The back adjustment was fine- I liked the Thompson table that they use because it is gentler pressure on your back when you are being adjusted. However, the neck adjustment was so brutal, I thought my neck would fall off. I had a major headache within 15 minutes of adjustment that lasted nearly 3 days. I have been to other chiropractors so I know how gentle a neck adjustment can be while still being totally effective. I will never go there again.

ELDER ABUSE & FRAUD It was fine as long as I was a self-pay patient for 12 months. I then asked if this was a Medicare-approved practice, and Tracy Wolverton said it is, so I switched to Medicare and my top-of-the-line Supplemental policy, covering 100%, and for which I'd already paid my annual deductible. However, Tracy demands that Medicare patients pay in full after each treatment; she claims she then promptly files for Medicare and Medicare Supplemental reimbursements to be sent directly to them. However, she DOES NOT FILE ANYTHING while erroneously claiming 1) Medicare patients must pay a deductible exclusively for chiropractic - totally FALSE; and 2) Medicare is months behind in processing claims - by law properly submitted claims must be processed in 30 days, and electronic ones such as those Tracy claims to submit are handled in less than half that. She also refuses to give patients the treatment notes they are legally entitled to, which would permit them to file directly with Medicare and their Supplemental policy in order to receive their reimbursements. This is ELDER ABUSE & FRAUD.

I originally visited Dr. K's office because of a back injury. As time went on, I could see the benefits of regular treatments. My once finicky back is happy and discomfort is a rarity. I believe that my overall health has benefitted from treatment including trouble that I have had with my Thyroid. I have since introduced my family to treatment. An added bonus is their chiropractic massage therapist, Emily. She has magical healing hands! I will never get massages in commercial massage spas again. If you have soreness, visit Emily. My last comment is about the office staff & environment of this office...calm, soothing, helpful, friendly. Nothing short of perfect. You'll love them, I promise.

We have plenty experience with him and he is wonderful. You don't have to wait long. He listens, explains and takes time to review. He has an upbeat pleasant personality. The office environment is very well run, very pleasant staff, friendly, efficient, especially Anthony.

I committed to the daily treatments for a series of 32 visits and followed all the doctor's instructions.  I was stunned when after three treatments the pain in my leg was almost completely gone and after two weeks I have never had another pain -- this after numerous repetitive sharp pains on a daily basis for over two months.  The pain in my lower back was reduced but still there.  Then after about four weeks of treatments I have no pain in my lower back.  The results have been better than expected.  Dr. Nannis and Dr. Waters use different techniques but both seem to complement each other.  The staff -- Kim, Stevie, Nita and Mauricio are wonderful -- very skilled and friendly.  The only thing that surprised me is that most of the machines and adjustments are done in an open environment.  any treatments that requires disrobing take place in private exam rooms and all the evaluations and discussions are done in private.  But after a few times going to the clinic, I got used to the open space and realized it lends itself to the patients providing support and encouragement to each other.
I have never been to a chiropractor and was very skeptical.  But I attribute the healing in my back and leg to their care.  Time will tell if it is sustained but I do plan to continue some kind of regular maintenance visits for the foreseeable future.  I enthusiastically recommend Optimum Wellness Solutions.

Looked up reviews on Yelp and they were all great! So I purchased the Groupon for 1 massage and 3 decompressions. Massage therapist was great! Room could be a little bigger but it was sufficient. Dr. Bonds addressed some issues I was having and took some x-rays then some adjustments. Suggested I get my x-rays from my former Dr. so he could compare and would come up with a treatment plan. Great Experience!

Dr. Trottier seemed knowledgeable and helpful.  She said my shoulder was partially dislocated, forward and down, and maneuvered it back into position.  I felt immediate relief.  However, the shoulder problem reappeared and after a series of 3-4 treatments, I decided that this was not going to solve my problem.  Instead I went to an orthopedist.

The office was clean, the staff were pleasant, and I was immediately shown to a room. I spoke at length about my health issues with Dr. Aljamal and was impressed with his knowledge. The deep tissue massage I received provided relief from neck and shoulder pain. It is too early to speak to the effectiveness of Dr. Aljamal's chiropractic treatments, but I plan to return and try a course of therapy with him and will update my review once I do.

Mitch and Robin Shuchman at Pavillion Chiropractic have been providing chiropractic services to my entire family for at least 5 years. We have seen them be knowledgeable, thorough, repsonsive and easy to work with. More than once, they have met us after hours or on a weekedn to del with an injury or emergency. They are friendly and have truly shown care for our recovery. Mitch takes all the hassle out of billing nad dealing with the insurance company. My daughter and I participated in martial arts for over 5 years, and Mitch and Robin helped patch us up whenever we suffered a sports injury, which was frequent. Recently my daughter had a severe injury to her thumb, first thought it was broken, and they stepped in to provide xrays, multiple therapies and support to greatly decrease the healing process. Highly recommend them for chiropractic care and any sports injury type therapy.

Dr. Michael Wojnicki is concerned about making sure that you leave out of there. He's very knowledgeable about what he does. He had actually had back surgery before. That's kind of what lead him into opportunities for different ways of treating things, that not everything has to result in surgery. He would like to see you get well through chiropractor visits. The staff is very, very friendly. You go in and they take care of you. What I like about this office also is you don't have to schedule appointments far in advance. If something comes up, you can get in that day. They'll make time to see you. So, they're easily accessible. You're in and out of there quickly. It's not a long, drawn out process. They also have the latest equipment. I've seen other chiropractors in the past and you could be in there for an hour and a half. With Dr. Wojnicki, you're in and out quickly, but they still get the job done.
