    First Rate folks. Talked to Phillip Roberts, told him what I needed he had several suggestions on the tint, quoted me a price & scheduled an appointment. Gabriel Garcia came out to do the installation (Gabriel knows his stuff) showed us samples of several tints, explained the pro's and con's of each to ease the decision making. Did a great installation. The tint has been on for several days now, cuts the heat and glare, does everything they said it would. Very happy with the ease of doing business, the product and installation. We are going through the house now and have picked 5 more windows we want them to tint. Would we use them again - YES Recommend to friends - YES

    It went real well, when DB gave me a time of 15 minutes arrival, he was there in 15 minutes and I was impressed he fixed the problem by simply cleaning the connections and didn't charge me for Towing that was not needed. He was super nice and will recommend only him in the future!!

    It took 3 weeks and ended up being over the insurance companies estimate, but it looks like they did a good job. They handled all negotiations with the insurance company without involving me. The car looks good except for a few minor cleanup issues. Not a big deal. They texted me with updates a couple times a week and the job took about as long as they said. Seemed a little long to me but they did what they said they���d do. That���s a plus. They weren���t cheap, but did good work. I���d use them again.

    After he had written up the thing, he realized the car was out of warranty. I told him oh well I will pay for it and he said no don't worry about it. I'll take care of it. I didn't pay a thing. They treat you like visiting royalty there. I watched them while I was waiting and they treat everyone there like royalty. The waiting area is very nice. They have muffins, and free coffee and cookies. I loved it. Everybody was sitting there with their laptops. They have it set up so people can do work there.

    I used to use them when I lived in Waco years ago. They were all very nice. You have a guy that takes your information. I never talk to the oil change people unless they have a problem. The ones I come in contact with are always really polite and nice.

    It was super reasonable. I had the van painted three times by them and every time I've walked away going, "Unbelievable" The price at other places would be 10 times what they charged. It was a tricked out van, it had multi-colored stripes. What they did wasn't a normal paint job. What sticks out is their honesty.

    Well I think they did a good service but they were just not very responsive in telling us when the car was completed and it was kind of awkward at pick up to, they had to chase somebody around to get the keys it's very unusual we've used them quiet often and it was just an unusually bad visit we just got bad provider bad service provider.

    We have been blessed to find Honesty Automotive. They are great, reliable, and trustworthy. We have had minor and major repairs done with them and we are happy every time. For the Acura- they replaced a very expensive and time-consuming sensor For the Jeep- Differentials, brake maintenance, etc.

    They did AC checkout that found hi pressure AC hose was leaking. They added refrigerant as they had to order the hose so I operated for about 5-7 days on this recharge. AC worked very well during this period. After they replaced the original hose with the new hose, the AC never cooled as well as it did when they recharged it (before replacing the hose) or as good as when new. Months later and it is not cooling. First I suspect they did not properly charge it after the new hose was installed (which they should have done since the old hose was leaking) and I suspect it is not cooling now probably because the new hose is leaking at connections and/or because of improper charge after installing the new hose.

    In June 2014 we bought a 2012 Ford Explorer LTD and a Chevy Impala from North Central Ford. After a few weeks the Radio in the Impala would sometimes just scream a pitch that got louder and higher as the engine revved. This never got fixed.

    For the first few days we thought we got a great deal on the Ford though��� until we noticed a ���Clunking��� noise in corners and on Bumps.

    I���d like to think we were good customers because we just kept going back to North Central Ford for all regular and irregular maintenance, over a half dozen times. Every time we���d give them new reports about how and when the clunking occurs. Our ���bargain��� Ford had turned into the proverbial clunker.

    Around 75K miles my wife brought the vehicle in for maintenance. She mentioned that the Brakes were making unusual noises. They put it off as ���Normal���. Weeks later when it got worse she took it back. They claimed we need new brake disks. I called them claiming we would not pay for new brake disks because they shrugged off our warning only weeks before. (In my opinion their negligence turned a simple brake pad replacement into a huge bill.) All the sudden the disks no longer needed replacement, they could be refinished (turned).

    The Ford had a 100K mile warranty against body defects. On our very first service appointment after 100K miles, North Central Ford finally did end up finding the clunking noise. This clunking WOULD have been covered by warranty had they ���found��� it in one of the previous 6 or so visits. In spite of the fact that I pointed this out to them on the phone they charged us over $400 to fix it.
