There are contractors and then there are the RIGHT contractors and Kevin and team at Clear Creek Home Improvements fall into the RIGHT contractor category. Kevin is very responsive and prompt to your communications. He lays the job out for you and checks in with you about it all along the way letting you know when certain things will happen and who will be coming that day. His crew is so friendly, polite and tidy! At the end of every day, they organized the area and made sure they left it clean of that days trash and debris. They came promptly each day and were hard at work until the project concluded. The project stayed on target, was well coordinated all the way through and finished in the time frame that Kevin had initially estimated. Let me finish by saying that my project was a tricky one do to my existing roofline and gables but Kevin and team are experienced at what they do and were able to design a solution accomplishing something that others were not sure how it could be done. I just sit back and stare at how good it looks! Communication is timely and professional. Wyatt quickly sent over a rendering of exactly what we spoke about over the phone so we could visualize our project. Craftsmanship is excellent and you can tell by the way Damian, Sterling, Jakob and Wyatt work that they know exactly how to execute to the plan. Even custom adds we asked for were done precisely how we described them. What sets them apart from other companies we have used is that this is truly a family business. Your working with Wyatt, Damian, Sterling and Jakob. You see what they have done on previous projects and know that is who will be working on your project. ANortex Fence & PatioThe fence is more than I hoped for! The patio likewise! The detail and overall aesthetics are plus plus! These were major projects and all work was top notch. The stone work is fabulous! I also had them put seamless gutters on the back, which had a minor issue and Josh (owner) was back out in no time to take care of it. They were extremely helpful with design ideas as well as choosing the material to be used to provide the desired look within budget. Very punctual and cleaned up each day. Very prompt and courteous service and I will absolutely recommend and use again.
