    Babu Welch MD
Dr. Welch was awesome! He is kind, patient and explains everything thoroughly. I hope to never see him again (since he is a neurosurgeon!), but if I ever need treatment in this field I would search for him and travel to him if necessary. The ultrasound unit at UT Southwestern was also very good.

I had surgery done by Dr. Michael in October of the past year and then I had a follow-up with him in probably the end of 11/2012. Regarding my overall experience with Dr. Michael I would give him an "A." What I liked about him was that he listens to you, he does not hurry you. He explains things very well. His office environment is good. His staff is good also. Not only have I used him, my husband has used him.

    Spine Team Texas Southlake
They are very progressive in their treatment. They use non-surgical and minimally invasive procedures for treating the back and the neck. They have a thorough, professional staff. I've been going to him for a year and a half. Through treatment and a minor surgery, they have been able to reduce my pain by over 50%. It's like a whole new me. I had to retire for medical reasons because I had really damaged my back overseas. They jumped right in and said I didn't need to have surgery. I wasn't willing to jump in without really understanding their solution. I keep going to them. I wouldn't keep going to them if they weren't supplying good health for me. Their treatments make all the difference in the world. They are very professional.

    Cattorini, Dr. Jeff F.
He's very concerned, very caring, very communicative and he explains thing in terms you can understand. He can talk to me about passage joints and I understand. I know exactly what a passage joint is but most people don't. He's very good at explaining so his patients understand and he has an amazing staff. The wait is long, most people are willing to wait because he's do good. He makes it clear that its my body and my maintenance of my body is what's important. This will be an ongoing relationship because I have a degenerative disease in my spine.

    Bianco, Dr. Sabatino
It was an experience I hope I have over and over with any Doctor I have to deal with. They made it as comfortable as they could, having to come to talk to a surgeon about surgery on my neck. When all was said and done, we agreed I didn't need it at this moment. I am amazed that he let me participate on the decision making of my situation, where very seldom does that occur, especially with a specialist. Very kind and gentle with a good sense of humor.

Very well.   Would strongly encourage others with PD to explore.  This hospital wasn't the fanciest, but we felt the care was exceptional.

    Dr. Paul Salinas, MD
The surgery was terrific. He is like a big teddy bear. He explains things to me and he will go into depth if I need him too. He has a great bedside manner. I cannot say enough about him, he is just wonderful. I did not have to wait very long, because of things going on in my neck.

    Samson, Dr. Duke
He knew what he was doing and how to operate on my daughter.  He is the best at what he does, he's a brain surgeon.  She had a serious problem, had to get the information to him, and he had to decide whether he would take her.  We haven't gotten the results yet, I give him high ratings and will see him in the future.

The microdiscectomy surgery was done early in the morning around 7:15am, and I was out of surgery by 8:30am and was sent home by 9:45am. Dr. Rothbart reported that the procedure went as planned. My back felt better immediately except I had problems with nausea from the anesthesia which had me vomiting all day. My wife finally called the PA for Dr. Rothbart, and got a prescription for a suppository to stop the problem. I followed up with Dr. Rothbart once, then his PA a few times, then I was placed in the care of the Spine Team physical therapy group. They had me feeling really good 60 days after the surgery, and I was released from their care with home exercises and stretching to do daily. It has been 1-1/2 years since the surgery, and as long as I limit my lifting to 50lbs max. using proper technique I have had no problems. I golf, and bowl using a 16lb ball without any pain. It sure beats how I felt before the procedure.

    Loyola, Dr. Walter X
Dr. Walter X. Loyola is a very nice man, I was impressed, and I'm very pleased with him so far. I know he is very well thought of in the community. The office is gorgeous, beautiful, clean, and the staff are nice.
