    Did not get the limo I ordered, the air conditioner was not working properly so we were all sweaty by the time we arrived at restaurant, the inside was dirty, no ice, no cold water to drink, didn't know if plastic cups were clean because there was the trash from previous use...Would not recommend them to anyone!! They appeared to have no pride in their service and vehicles....They did return a portion of my money back but that doesn't make up for a ruined evening.......

    The bus that showed up was HORRIBLE.  The driver said the TV/DVD system went out the night prior while transporting a high school football team.  You gave me a "luxury" bus that was transporting a high school football team the night prior?   When I asked the driver why it didn't have the amenities I asked for, he stated that it was because they were not requested.  Shofur farmed this reservation out to a 3rd party.  This is not the way their website depicts their company.  Multiple emails and calls to the company were not returned.  When I once got ahold of a real person on two separate, I was intentionally put on hold indefinitely.  This company has zero customer service once you pay for the trip.  They will give you any bus regardless of what was agreed upon.  Stay very far away from this company!!!!

    The customer service telephone rep was friendly and professionally even mentioning that the Angie's List magazine contained $4 off coupons since I said I found their service on Angie's List.  The driver arrived at the appointed time, helped me with my luggage and was very professional yet friendly as we drove to the airport.

    I plan to use Allen's Limo Service again when needing a ride to the airport.  Very satisfied with the service.

    I called on this provider specifically due to other Angie's List reviews reporting how great the limo service was with kids. Looking at their website, the service looks very professional and the fleet of limos looks appealing. Most unfortunately, our experience was nothing like the others' apparent experiences. I called Scotty back in July, 2014 to book a limo for an October 3rd concert, specifically mentioning that our party would have six kids and four adults, and we would be needing a 10 passenger car. It was the kids' first concert and we wanted to make it very special for them. Scotty assured me he would take care of us. When I called to confirm everything on October 1st, I was again reassured that everything would be taken care of. But what we got for service the night of the concert was horrible. The driver did show up on time and was very friendly, however the car he was in was dated and worn, with duct tape holding things together along the roof���yes, duct tape. The car was a six passenger car. When we told the driver there were ten of us, he apologized and said he wasn't expecting ten. Nonetheless, we had expensive concert tickets and we needed a ride to the show, so we got in. The driver told us it would be fine. It wasn't. Ten passengers in a six passenger car is not fine. As we pulled out of the neighborhood, one kid tried to roll up the back window, but it wouldn't roll up. So our driver said he would pull over to look at it. He stopped on the highway, in the median between lanes of traffic and the highway entrance ramp, so that cars were racing by at 70mph on both sides of us. With children in the back. He apologized about the window, but we told him to forget the window and get us out of that situation. Thankfully, we arrived safely at the concert in all our duct-taped, broken window glory, and proceeded to pile out like a circus clown car. After the show, our driver was right out front waiting for us, but then apologized again and said we had to stop for gas. So there we were, at almost midnight, pulling into a station to get gas���.We couldn't believe it. When we finally arrived back home, our driver announced that we had belongings in the back. He then opened the trunk and handed us our trash���a couple of empty bottles and a few glow necklace wrappers. At that point, I told him I was not paying the remaining balance for the service and that Scotty would need to call me to discuss. Scotty did call the next day and I got yet another apology. He then offered another limo service for a later occasion, but added "on a weekday would be best for us"���.wow. The level of unprofessionalism, all around, was just unbelievable. Such a disappointment. I will never use this company again, nor will the friends who were with me that night.

    It was fine.  Driver friendly but boy did he talk!  Although he left me off at area gate 1 when I departed from gate 39 !!  He must have known I needed exercise.

    Could not have been better.  Great service and a nice gentlemen.  The cost of service reflects both fares $90 per trip ($75 + $15 tip). There were no add-on fees or "hidden" fees as charged by other car services.  He was very transparent on his fees.
    Will use him again and will recommend him to our friends.

    Jim was punctual and extremely professional. We booked the trip via email, and there were no hidden fees or charges. He would send a text message when he was on his way to pick me up, and then another saying where he'd meet me upon my arrival. Cold water and sodas were waiting in the town car. Visit his website for a half-off code for first-time users--this made it way cheaper than parking my car at the airport for two weeks! Would definitely recommend.

    My company uses Starcrest as our limo service. On the 20th of Jan. Dave picked me up for a business trip. He was at my home early. He is the consumate professional. We went to the airport, I reached for my wallet to get a tip and found that my wallet was home. My flight had been canceled as well. Dave took me home, offered to come later to get me. I simply had him take me straight back to the airport instead of rescheduling for the day. Dave waited for me to get my wallet and then we went back to the airport. I had to change my flight on my return and Dave had a driver waiting for me when I got off the flight. He made a very difficult trip "doable". My transportation to and from the airport is never an issue when I use Starcrest. Great company!
