They laid a concrete slab and covered both an existed pad and the additional concrete with a roof that tied in well to the home. It looks like it was built with the home and our neighbors have shared very favorable feedback on both the work and the way the contractors kept the sight tidy during the project. AAllied Outdoor SolutionsWe hired Allied Outdoor Solutions to add a sidewalk and resurface our patio and pool deck with Carvestone. From the moment we met with David we felt great about our choice. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and process and gave us every cost up front. Once we signed up our project managers, Carlos (for concrete) and Ben (for Carvestone), were great with communication. We did have some challenges getting our Carvestone scheduled but it was due to our work schedules and Carlos definitely helped get things moving. AFamily Christian DoorsNever did I feel pressure from Dustyn to do more. I called for a general tune-up for a creaking/jerking noise from the door. He evaluated and showed me that the current single spring was making the noise. It had been replaced 4 yrs ago. He recommended a double spring for the single door with replacement of rollers and lubrication and checked the motor. Very satisfied with work and door runs smoothly.- Karen E.

AThese guys at Osborne Overhead Door are really excellent people to work with. They were professional, and very courteous. I placed the call at about 2:30pm, they were done, by 3:20pm. They were very fair on price and recommended a little maintenance on the garage door, which I had never done since we moved there in 2009. The garage door is so quiet now and these folks are professional and super. I will definitely hire them for any future needs I might have. Thanks again!!!
