After having the procedures done my chest was a lot more flexable, not stiff, neck and shoulders were easier to turn. Janet is very professional, knowledgable of what exactly needs to be done to help you get better. She also does her research for your particular issue you are dealing with to make your body in less discomfort or pain. Nutrition counsling went well and I feel much better and healthy. You should give her a try you will not be sorry and it will make your day.

They are fairly new. It is $12.99 a month but they do have one other charge which effectively makes it $15 month which is roughly half of what I was paying at my previous fitness club. It is a really good price. What I like about them is they have really good equipment, and it is well maintained. It is clean and way cleaner than my previous gym. They have more equipment and it is newer. For that price, it is topnotch. I can’t imagine beating that price for the quality of what’s there. They are for the money by far the best club you are going to find. They have trainers too but I have never used them. I just have nothing bad to say about them.

I had a trainer, a good guy, a good trainer but they fired him for some reason, I am not sure why but I have had many trainers and he was a good one. It is a very poorly maintained place. The monthly dues were a little bit over $30. They are typical of this industry which is, once they get you in there, they don’t give a damn whether they actually maintain the place. This is not the fault of the managers or the people that work in these clubs because they are good people and they try hard. That manager is a good guy. I didn’t know a single person there that wasn’t really trying to do the best they could do but the company controls whether or not they fix their issues. They are unable to keep their aerobic machines maintained particularly treadmills. Half the treadmills there didn’t function correctly, some of them were horrible and this is not unusual with fitness clubs. The company has the charge and resources to fix those things and so it is their fault and not the people that work there. I liked the trainer but he was fired and they don’t have enough trainers in the club; they just didn’t have enough people. The people that maintain and manage the place are all good people. When I was there and after I left, they only had two trainers and for a club of that size that is not enough people. I bought those sessions in bulk for around $50 for an hour and you have to buy a huge chunk at a time, you have to spend several thousand dollars to get that price. So that is probably the only way to do it so you can get the cheapest price you probably can and then, they sell those on 30 minute sessions which I don’t think, initially they made that clear. It is kind of confusing when you sign up for it but overall, the trainers I have had there, I was happy with. The first one was really hard on me, really reckless and dangerous. After that, I got a younger guy that was usually pretty good but I came up to the point where I had to make a decision whether wanted to renew and I didn’t feel any direct connection with the club because they had fired my trainer. So I went looking elsewhere and signed up with another gym.

Unfortunately, they were very rude, and they rejected my attempt to enroll citing that I was going to pay with Medicare.  This, however, was completely false because I wasn't even trying to use insurance of any kind.

The classes are varied and offer all sorts of aerobic exercisizing, including low impact. Most of the classes , however, offer a blend of dancing and floor/ballet-like work. I find it to be a very effective workout and one which I can moderate if necessary. Your monthly ticket allows you to attend as many classes as you wish , so if you are really enthusiastic, you can go to two classes in a row. Several classes are scheduled in the a.m. until noon, then resume at 420pm. It is easy to find classes to fit just about any schedule. Just FYI: a number of years ago, a jazzerciser's husband said "you all have the same legs!" He was referring to the slender and toned limbs marching around the center. Quite a compliment for jazzercise!

She is excellent. Her office environment is great. She walks on water. She is awesome. I have been going to her for a couple of years now. What makes me want to continue going to her is her bedside manner. She is just very good with her patients.

I joined aqua fit for the swimming classes, 3 times a week. My husband ended up joining me once a week too! We have been in classes for about one year now. It has been very helpful for me to build up my strength and muscles and keep me flexible, due to my Scleroderma. My husband enjoys the exercise on Saturdays. We love the classes with Chad, Melissa and Linda.

When I started going to Aqua Fit for water aerobics in April, I immediately felt better. The first few weeks were amazing - I felt so much better. I have continued going about 2 to 3 times a week and continue to improve. They have a very flexible plan so I can pay for the number of sessions a month I think I will need and I can go to any class. The classes are at different levels so I can pick what fits me best. I can also go any day of the week. It is great!

I was a member of this LA Fitness location for 3 years. Although the price was right for a 3 year membership (paid in full, up front), over the years the facilities started declining. The pool, which was my main reason for attending, needed repair (ladder damaged, etc), lights out, etc. The trainer I had a free evaluation with was young and couldn't relate to someone who was an older female. He took a cookie-cutter approach to using the machines. The classes, which come with your membership were hit and miss - depending on the instructor. I went to LAF to workout, but discovered there were those who used the place as a resort - playing in the pool or interested in talking while you're trying to concentrate on a workout. After having a few bad encounters (young boys in the ladies locker room) and seeing men using the hot tub in improper (see thru) shorts instead of swim attire, I decided to let my membership lapse.

Lab lost or failed to do proper tests. They called a third time when they lost the results AGAIN, charged the insurance company twice for the test they lost, which caused the doctor to charge us twice for reading the results that should have been in his hands the FIRST time. Then DDA acted like it was the patient's fault that the tests were lost. They were non-responsive to the doctor when he was asking for the results. My husband, who was the patient, had to personally go to the lab to follow up because the doctor was getting no response from them.
