    Stephens Cleaners
Sweater came back with the BBQ sauce dots on it unchanged and the smudge spots unchanged. it was as if they folded the sweater and put it in a bag on a hanger. No difference than when I sent it. The table runner came back with the three small honey dots still on it. They were now larger dots but clear as a bell they are stains. So disappointing. Cant you even get honey off?

    Expo Services
Jerry was very professional and made the process easy. He was very knowlegable about the products! Our building is shared amongst other businesses and was referred by Laquita Blevins. She has done business with him for years and came highly recommended. I'm so pleased with the work and quality of the product. His technicians came in and cleaned all the areas that needed attention and repaired some carpet and ceramic tile. The cost was very low compared to other estimates I had received. I will be working with Jerry and his company in the future.

    Stephen's Cleaners
I'll never used these folks again for anything. Took my Queen sized comforter to Stephens to get cleaned. Its been dry cleaned 3 other times and I've never had an issue before. In fact 2 years ago Stephens had done the dry cleaning and it came out good.  It is a well made Ralph Lauren brand and something I had not planned, or can afford, to replace. First, when I took it in, I told the person at the counter, Alma, that even though the tag inside said it could be laundered that it had always been dry cleaned in the past. She then said "Yes, laundering can bunch up the matting.  Our cleaner will decide and do what is best for the comforter."  I then told her "Well, then definitely dry clean it because I know that has worked well in the past and that's what you had done the last time".  She told me "I'm sure he will."
My husband picked up the comforter when it was ready 1 week later, brought it home, and when I unwrapped it and put it on the bed realized the matting was completely bunched up.   I knew then they had likely laundered  instead of dry cleaning it like I had specifically requested. I spent over an hour smoothing it out and got the middle fixed, but there were just wads of lumpy batting about 12 inches around the edges and in the corners I couldn't get out. Then I also noted the hand and finger print marks on the reversable back side where it looked like someone had tried to get out the lumps and had a bleaching agent on their hands. My husband and I took it back and showed Alma. I asked if it had been dry cleaned or laundered and she said she couldn't tell me. Really?! She looked at the tag and said, 'Well, this shows it can be laundered.' I reminded her what she had said about the matting bunching up in laundering, and that I specifically ask for dry cleaning. So  she took it back to work on the matting and to dry clean it this time to try and get the finger print marks out. When I picked it up the second time,  the finger/hand print marks did not come out at all. While the matting was much better, it was still  lumpier than before, but I knew it was the best it could be. I was resolved by this time, accepting that my comforter had been ruined and no amount of cleaning could fix those spots or bring the matting back to what it was before. I ask Alma to just return my $18.00 and I'd take this elsewhere. Alma refused to give my $18.00 back.  I ask to see the manager and Alma said she 'was' the manager.  Alma said she would only dry clean it again and that they had already done 2 cleanings on my comforter and could not lose any more money.  What?  I told her I did not want it cleaned yet again and said I had enough of them and would just like my money back. She again refused and said "I won't do that."  Surprising myself how calm and softspoken I was (defeated, resolved, and just wanting out of there, actually)  I gathered the comforter, said nothing more about getting my money back, started walking out and  then calmly told her I was on Angie's List and would tell others about my experience. She told me, and I quote. 'That's not nice. That's blackmail."  Surprised to be accused in this way, I said "Not nice? Blackmail? How is that blackmail?."  She said "Yes it is [blackmail] if you go out of your way to tell others [of this experience] when they don't ask about it."  I laughed and said, "No, it's not blackmail, it's customer service.  You need to learn about customer service."  Wow. I think her confusing writing a review on Angies List with blackmail, was the most disturbing part of this.

dry cleaning - used to be good, but the last 4 times I went, the shirts look like they had not been ironed.  I came back today and asked they make sure they are using starch and showed them the work.  They agreed the work was very bad.  The lady that said she owned it said they could not do any better and to go elsewhere.

I have never found a cleaners that does such good work.  several friends also take their clothing and household items there and have always been pleased.  they now have a drive-thru so I don't even have to get out of the car.  I highly recommend them for any items that you need laundered or dry cleaned.  they do a spectacular job on dress shirts.  other cleaners break buttons or iron in wrinkles but in the 20 years years that I have used them that has never happened.  on the rare occasion that a stain coes not come out they will tell you and explain why.  their quality is simple the best.

    Laundry On Wheels
Well, I called the company to just to see what type of services they offer because I got a coupon in the mail. I spoke directly with the owner. She was so friendly I decided to give the service a try on a one time bases. A staff member came to my home to get the laundry. Once they had my laundry they sent me a text with the weight and price. I paid the invoice via paypal. The next day I received my laundry in a brand new bag, my clothes were fresh, scented, and folded. All I had to do was put the laundry away. I'm signing up for a monthly package today. It felt wonderful not to wait at home all day for my laundry to finish. I look forward to being laundry free all summer.

I have been using Paramount Cleaners since my other go to cleaners went out of business last year. Paramount Cleaners has done an outstanding job, with very fast turnaround. Pick-up and drop-off is very fast and under cover. So rain is not an issue.  I wish now that my other cleaners had gone out of business sooner.

They ripped the collar and sleeve placket buttons off my shirts.
After I showed up at work two days running without collar buttons to button, I went back to inspect the other shirt that had been laundered, I found 14 missing buttons on 8 shirts. 3 of the shirts had tears in the fabric where the collar buttons had been. I didn't understand why these smaller buttons would be the only ones missing, so I took the shirts to the owner and asked him about it. He claimed that the buttons broke by hitting the sides of the washing machine. He offered to replace buttons on some of the shirts and claimed the other shirts were damaged.
After I thought about it for while, I realized that the buttons that were lost were only the buttons that the cleaners has to undo. I have to undo the rest of the buttons to get the shirt off. So, I can only conclude that the worker were just yanking on the material to undo the button. If the buttons pop off or the fabric rips, then the same thing is accomplished as undoing the button.
I think the owner must realize that this is the cause of the lost buttons because he's been in this business a long time. The fact that he didn't know it or wouldn't not admit it is enough evidence for me never to go back there and I'd advise you to do the same.

My experience with   Park West has always been excellent.  My clothes always looks clean, fresh, and neatly pressed. They provide a cleaning bag with your name on it so it is easy to transport your dirty clothes.  My cleaning has always been ready on time.  I feel the prices they charge are excellent and the quality of work is the best!  Park West has spoiled me!  I was in Houston for six week recently and I was not able to find a cleaning establishment that does the superior job Park West does.

I go to this location on a weekly basis. This store does a quality job. And my items are always available for pickup on the day that's promised. So far they have not misplaced any of my items, unlike some other dry cleaners that I had used in the past. The owner is friendly and professional. Their prices are higher than the discount places I used in the past but still in the acceptable range.
