  Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

  I can���t say enough good things about this company. It was very easy to schedule on-line and Beth is one of the few who promptly use e-mail. Keith was on time and promptly cleaned the carpets. It was refreshing that they provided the advertised service without any upsell or add-ons. Keith was exceptionally neat and didn���t leave wet areas on the adjoining tile. We had some issues with the carpet after it dried. I e-mailed Beth pictures of the areas in questions and she promptly offered to reclean any areas in question, without blaming our carpet or any other excuses. It was scheduled with a day of identifying the problem. Again, Keith was on time. He examined the areas and promptly recleaned them without any excuses. He was just as neat and pleasant as the initial visit. Our carpets look great! There were some heavily stained areas that we had given up on, but Clean Master made them look like new. Clean Master is a very professional company that provides a tremendous price value and I recommend highly.

  PROFESSIONAL CARPET SYSTEMS

  I arranged for my upstairs carpets to be cleaned. An appointment was set up for an estimate and no one showed up. I called and the person said he tried to call me but no one answered, I was home waiting for him. I asked if I was still on the schedule for Friday, May 18 and he said yes. They were scheduled to arrive between 10 and 11 Friday morning. Finally, at 11:30, I called the company and had to leave a message. It is now 2:00 PM and no one has even bothered to return my call. I have a busy graduation weekend coming up and am really upset with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.!!

  Laser Carpet Care And Restoration

  Laser Carpet Care & Restoration (part of The Laser Group) responded to a water damage call at my home. Tom J. initially handled my issue. He then turned it over to Tim P. who submitted repair numbers to insurance company. Insurance accepted all but one item which was not related to repairs. He wanted to resubmit his numbers and blend in the denied item. I told him that the insurance company would figure it out. He then told me to take my business elsewhere because I did not agree with his approach. Additionally, he told me that if I took my business elsewhere he would call the insurance company and ruin my insurance claim. He just inexplicably snapped and then hung up on me. After talking to his boss who seemed to not care, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I decided that I was not going to give them my business after Tim's bullying act, and threat to be a hurdle to the restoration of my home.

  Brett and his assistant Josh were great! On-time, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We have had our carpets cleaned a couple of times over the years but never so well. The carpets almost seem new again. We are getting ready for family visiting over the holidays and this really spruced up the house. Very easy to recommend this company without any reservations.   Big Guys Carpet Care

  These guys are honest, cheap, fast and good! They cleaned my carpet thoroughly and did a free repeat visit to retreat the carpet. My son puked on our carpet, and I��� noticed the smell coming back slightly a week later, so they came out and redid the carpet for free, no questions asked. It���s fine now. We���ll be using them again!

  The end results were fine but be prepared to here about how bad the job will be if you don't pay an extra $20 or $30 bucks per room. My wife stepped in and agreed to the extra $20 per room. Probably will go with a national company next time.

  Zerorez Carpet Cleaning

  Would 10 times since 2007 getting one's carpets cleaned count as loving their service. We get our carpets cleaned once a year. We tried once before with a chemical cleaning service which will never do again. Zerorez is easy to schedule and they arrive during the scheduled time. If you have a lot to be cleaned I would recommend getting them started in the morning. One time they came late in afternoon and finished after dark and my neighbors complained about the truck noise on the street. Their servicemen work very hard and work up a sweat getting it done. You can help them get the job down faster and better when you vacuum all the carpet to be cleaned. Take down/remove all the small breakable items on furniture. And move the heavy furniture out from walls. Then they spend their time cleaning faster. They clean and can also put down a preventing screening agent to block spills and dirt which will last for several years. It is will worth paying for the additional treatment especially if you have pets. When our cat has an accident on the carpet it is much easier to clean up. And when our dog did #1, Zerorez was able to get the stain out of the carpet and the pad underneath.
