    Zari's Daycare
I was in the need of sendibg my 12 months old baby to daycare and was looking for a better and resonable cost daycare. First I wenr zari's home and I didnt waste my time in finding other places. I was completely satisfied with the environment and care that zari gives to the babies. from next day i started sending my baby there. it is nice working with Zari. she will give many tips to handle baby when they are sick and when they are adamant. she is kind of mom to me and my baby. kids do learn the discipline as well in her home. i liked the home.

    Willow Bend Learning Center
We have been with Willow Bend for 5 years and now is time to transition to Kindergarten. Our daughter has learned so much here, and compare with other kids in other day cares she is far beyond in academics. They exceed in academics and go the extra mile to teach. Great place if you want your kid to learn and not just play! Ms. Savi and Ms. Robbie are great teachers.

Abundant Life Medical Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition
After having the procedures done my chest was a lot more flexable, not stiff, neck and shoulders were easier to turn. Janet is very professional, knowledgable of what exactly needs to be done to help you get better. She also does her research for your particular issue you are dealing with to make your body in less discomfort or pain. Nutrition counsling went well and I feel much better and healthy. You should give her a try you will not be sorry and it will make your day.

Chinese Medicine Wellness Center of America
I tried to make an appointment with this provider today. It was a HOT MESS. When I first called, I asked if the provider treated pregnant patients and if he was accepting new clients. The lady on the phone told me yes and I was offered a next day appointment. I was relieved and excited since I have an autoimmune condition which causes me SEVERE neuromuscularskeletal pain and I am unable to take my pain medication during my pregnancy. I then tried to provide my insurance information to her. She was confused and asked if I had insurance to cover acupuncture. I assured her that I do have insurance, it DOES cover acupuncture and that I have already verified the provider is IN NETWORK with my Aetna Choice POS II network. She asked for my ID number. I tried to give it to her and she INSISTED that it should begin with a "W" for Aetna. I explained to her that is not correct and to please let me provide the information to her. (NOTE: I have been in the medical field since 1993. The majority of my career has been in the revenue cycle including medical billing and coding. I have been billing insurance companies longer than this practice has been open). I told her we would start from the beginning so that she could correctly verify benefits. I tried to provide her the Provider line on my card to verify benefits to and she interrupted me twice more. I was FINALLY able to tell her what number she needed to call and then provided her the member number. She didn't allow me to provide the group number, tell her that my husband is the primary card holder or provide his DOB (all which they will ask her when verifying benefits). I asked her to call me if she needed more information. While I waited for her call back (because I knew she would need more information) I called my insurance company AGAIN. While I had already verified I had acupuncture coverage and the provider is in network, I didn't know my benefit limits. It was again confirmed that I have coverage, the provider is in network and I have 30 visits per year that cover EXACTLY what I need to see the provider for (neuromuscularskeletal pain). I finally received the call back from her. She informed me that they couldn't accept my insurance because it's not "regular Aetna" and she can't look me up online. I asked her if she called to verify benefits and she repeated herself about not taking my insurance. I explained to her that I had already verified their contract is STILL ACTIVE with Aetna Choice POS II and that we should do a conference call to verify benefits. She went on to mumble something about they don't send paper claims, they only bill electronically and she couldn't look me up online (likely because her information was incomplete and her "electronic" filing is likely entering claim data into their web form and NOT electronic claim submission through a clearinghouse using the EDI number 41124). She told me to have Aetna call her. I asked her AGAIN if we could do a conference call with Aetna so that we are ALL on the line. She agreed. I asked to call her back on my desk phone to accommodate the conference call; she agreed. I called her back and immediately conferenced Aetna in. We went through their automated system and at 3 min and 28 seconds it told us we were the next in line to speak with a representative. She then told me, I don't have the time to do this. SERIOUSLY? She couldn't wait 30 more freaking seconds to verify benefits? I told her I would find another doctor, thank you and hung up. I will find a practice that respects their patients and doesn't feel that 4-5 minutes of their time is TOO MUCH TIME to spend verifying benefits. I will also be calling the plan BACK (for a 4th time) and informing them of the providers refusal to see me as an in network patient within their practice (which is a violation of their contract with Aetna). Participating in network providers are required by contract to bill a patient's in network plan upon rendering services. I'll find a provider that WANTS my business.

    Good Health-By Design

You will arrive to a fresh clean place, she will discuss what kind of troubles you have been having. Then you get comfortable and let Laura put her therapeutic hand to work on your body. To say she is amazing, an artist of true massage therapy would be an understatement. Its not a clinical or robotic / generic massage, She knows the human body and naturally knows what to do to restore & relax you to better health.

Hear is what I just wrote on her web site for a review and I mean every word...

    Recommend? YES!! OMG YES!!

5 Stars....  Sure but I would give 10....

I have been having massages for 20+ years, I was trained in massage

many years ago and I have had my share of generic massages. Well you

wont get a bad one here that's for sure... I'm an IT professional meaning, I get migraines and stress knots in my back that would cause the average MT to cry. Laura is Amazing...!!! I don't think I could say enough or thank her enough for all the times that she has restored my body from the things I do. I moved to DFW 5 years ago, I found Laura 4 years ago after many bad massages from others so I wont go anywhere else.

What about using Laura for your business? Yes.. I have, one of my clients was at my office and suffering from pain in his back due to sleeping wrong because of pulled muscle during a work out. I told him to go see her, I even called to make sure she was available. I told him that if you don't LOVE it, I would pay for it. He was shocked by my confidence in her, so he went... Yeah, he is a regular now..

So if your in sales or just looking for gift ideas to thank your clients... Or need a gift for a boss, coworker, or friend. Maybe your a professional athlete or body builder and you need regular sessions to help your body heal... Don't hesitate, or be afraid to finally trust someone that can actually help your body heal & relax.

I promise Laura is a wonderful professional, this is what Massage Therapy is suppose to be.

    Another thankful client.

    Primrose School of South Plano

The Primrose School of South Plano does not deliver the quality education, safety and healthy balanced menu as advertised.

We had multiple issues, which were never resolved (except one which was a spelling issue). The teachers refused to spell our child's name correctly. After the 4th notification, it was finally fixed. We found out about corporal punishment being utilized in the classroom. The owner knew about the inappropriate behavior (from a teacher) & never thought to discuss it, or bring it to our attention. We had no choice but to leave. This was a good school turned into a high priced daycare center minus the care!

The Texas Department of Family & Protective Services recently published:

746.2805 - Prohibited Punishments - No Harsh, Cruel or Unusual

A caregiver stated that she requires children to lift their arms and keep them raised for a length of time for discipline. The caregiver stated that she will require the children to start over if they put their arms down before she allowed it. Another caregiver who has witnessed the punishment stated that the children will sometimes cry during this form of punishment.

This is part of the services you can expect to receive if you choose to enroll your child at this school.

I want parents to be properly informed.

This physical therapy place only takes people over 65. It's wonderful. It's one-on-one with the therapist. You're not having a therapist go between three people. They take Medicare. I went from a lot of pain to be enabled to walk three fourths of a mile. I'm not going any place else. They talked to me all the time. I'm recommending it to all my friends. I came in and I could do about 20 minutes, at the most, being up and then I had to sit down. In six weeks I got back to walking three fourths of a mile. That's pretty awesome. Three times a week. I did everything they told me to do and I had no problems from it. The biggest thing with these people is, if I was staying here - I would be able to pay a nominal fee or my insurance might cover it - they have people come in and do the exercises to light music. It's wonderful.

I used Adventure Kids Play care.  They have a lot of activities for kids.  I think it's a good service.  My child believes that their video games should be allowed earlier in the day as well.
