    She was able to find the perfect cruise. We were not interested in the Far East. Tina located a cruise that went from LA to French Polynesia, Australia and New Zealand and then returned to Fort Lauderdale Florida. She was quite knowledgeable, thorough , very prompt and responsive. Unfortunately we were not able to follow through with this 97 day cruise. We will book another cruise through her in 2018 and hopefully be able to do the above tour in 2019. We would highly recommend her and would not think of using anyone else for future cruises.

    did not receive a call back for 5 days, booked elsewhere. person who called did not identify themselves or where they were calling from & made a rude comment that they did not book air- I said I was looking for a package for 2. obviously they did not really listen to the detailed voicemail I had left

    We were trying to find the best way, best price to get our son and his family from Berrancabermeja, Colombia, South America to San Antonio, TX. Tina explained that even though her agency would not be our best resource to accomplish this task, she gave invaluable advice, directing us in the best way to proceed. 

    As small business owners, Designs Faux You in Kerrville, TX, we know how we treat our customers. Tina's personal, caring customer service was wonderful and genuine. We would recommend Tina wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a cruise or other package vacation. She was kind, thorough in her explanations, and generous with her time, and we are grateful.

    They were very nice, professional and reasonably priced. I've used them three times. The drivers do not feel creepy. The cars are clean and they were on time. They will text me when they get to the house. I would use them again.

    On 11/1/13 I filled out an online request via a website for a quote for a ride to the airport. Within a few minutes a gentleman from Endeavor Limousine called me and we agreed to a price of $80.00 (to go from Pflugerville to ABIA). The driver of the limousine said she was the daughter of the owner. I asked her for a receipt as this was a business trip. She said, oddly, that she had nothing to write with. I pulled out a pen and a piece of paper and gave her my email for them to send me a receipt. I tipped her $20.00 in cash. I never received a receipt. On 11/4, I checked my Wells Fargo account and noticed that $96.00 had been debited to Endeavor Limousine. I emailed them and they replied that it was customary for them to add a 20% gratuity. I mentioned that I had already given a gratuity, and demanded they return the overcharge. They said they would investigate and get back to me. They never did. They have now stopped answering my emails. I do not trust this company.

    I brought my boat that had a possible transom leak.  They gave me an estimate that it may cost about 3500.00.  I took the boat to them and they looked at it.  When I called them to see what they thought they raised the estimate to 5,000.00. I told them that I would pick up the boat.  I took it to another boat shop in town and they fixed the transom seal for 1000.00 including a Carburetor rebuild.

    As has been my typical experience with RV Outlet Mall, they did the bare minimum.
    On the inverter installation estimate: It took them a week to get back to me on the inverter install, so by the time I had my estimate I was already picking up the unit because they'd already had it for a week and I needed it back. They told me I'd have the estimate by Friday. On Friday I called and they told me the only person who could do estimates was Bubba, and he was out that day and would call me first thing Monday. He never called me on Monday. Instead he waited until I arrives Monday afternoon to pick up the unit before giving me the estimate (At which point it was too late). Here's the kicker: They wanted $1,200 to install the inverter. I'd already purchased the inverter and all the required parts, so this was labor only. I did it myself and it took me three hours to install. I cannot fathom why they'd need $1,200 for something so simple.
    I had asked them to look at the unit and recommend repairs or service before leaving on a very long 10 day trip. The only thing they recommended was a wheel bearing re-pack. Turns out I had a bubble forming on my roof, which ballooned on the first day of my trip (I left four days after picking up the unit from them). When I called them to inquire about how this was missed when they had it they said they didn't even bother looking at the roof even though I had specifically asked them to inspect the unit for any issues that might arise. When I asked why I was told and quot;Because it wasn't on the work order.and quot;... So basically it wasn't on the work order because they didn't bother looking at the unit and telling me a repair was needed, so why would it be on the work order? I asked them to inspect the unit, if they had done so as I asked and they would have noted a bubble forming on the roof, then repairing the roof WOULD have been on the work order.
    I have been using them for over 5 years. This is the second travel trailer I have purchased from them and their service department has never been friendly or helpful. They do the bare minimum not to be outright rude, but they come as close to that line as they can and get away with it. I've continued to use them up to this point because they are one of two authorized Keystone service centers in the north Austin area and they are the closest to me. However after my last experience, I called them to see if they would take care of me and they flat out told me if I wasn't happy with their work to and quot;Find another RV dealerand quot;. Talk about customer service...
    I will never own another Keystone RV and I will never do business with RV Outlet Mall again.

    We requested a cab for 5 passengers (told by another company we would have to take 2 cabs even though I asked for a van) and placed the reservation over the phone. The driver was extremely nice and called to give us a heads up he was on the way. Arrived at the time we requested and confirmed he would be available to pick us up after the show. We called after and he was in the area and brought us home safely : ) I would definitely recommend North Austin Taxi Service!! By far the best taxi experience we've had!

    I did not realize that I was contacting Hotels.com at first; I thought I was calling the motel directly.  When I found out, I completed the reservation anyway.  Hotels.com quoted me a price, praised the motel they put me in, and billed my credit card as part of the reservation confirmation process.  This process was painless, but there were some problems:  Hotels.com billed me for $14 per night per room more than the motel would have charged if I had gone through them directly.  I didn't find out about the price differential until I got to the motel, but by then - under Hotels.com policies - it was too late to get the price adjusted.  The praise that Hotels.com gave the motel was misplaced.  It was not especially clean, and the maintenance and Continental breakfast were both poor.  I will not be using Hotels.com (which the motel told me was actually Expedia) or Expedia again.
