    Danny Did It
Danny was great to work with. I needed to "update" my house to get ready to sell. Danny did excellent work. You can tell he takes pride in his job. I really appreciated that he was in constant contact with me. Danny replied to every text and even sent me pictures of how my remodel was progressing. I would certainly hire Danny again.

    MIA Painting
We and our family members have used Israel for several years. His skills with a brush are outstanding and he is a truly gifted painter. He and his crew never make a mess and leave things in perfect order. He is our go-to guy for painting and other related projects. We highly recommend him. He is courteous and professional.

    Marc's Handyman Services
Marc was very friendly and professional! He was punctual and took his time hanging my TV and pictures thoroughly. I was late coming home from traffic and asked him to hang additional pictures and he was always very friendly, patient and understanding. He even helped me decide where I should hang my pictures and gave recommendations on what would look best! He made sure his measurements were precise and that everything was stable and secure. I will be using Marc in the future and would highly recommend him for his punctuality, patience, affordability, precision, friendliness, and professionalism!

    Marc's Handyman Services
After a bad experience with another hire. Marc was able to come in and not only correct the other contractors mistakes but he went above and beyond to make sure the tiniest detail were corrected to my liking. Id recommend him for any sized project. Hes diligent, skilled, pays attention to detail, and is very affordable.

    Handyman Connection of Pearland
I have been dealing with the Pearland office, Mia Aleman, since February 13th, 2019, when I called to find help fixing my fence/gate. A fellow named Darrell was sent to my home to assess the job and write a contract, which he did. The contract was to fix the problem, (a dead tree had fallen on the fence and gate), and clean the gutters, $500.00. I was to pay for the new posts, concrete 2X4s and pickets. Unfortunately, the work was not started immediately, due to the poor health of Darrell as well as inclement weather. On 3/1/2019 Darrell showed up with an unknown worker he had picked up somewhere to dig out the posts, as he was not capable due to his bad back. I was not happy with this, since that person had not been vetted by Handyman Connection, but I accepted this situation since I wanted my repairs done and gutters cleaned! After this day of work, I was left with such a miserable and untenable level of craftsmanship, I complained not only to Darrel but to Mia in the Pearland office. Darrell promised to fix all the problems HE had created, and I took pictures and sent those to Mia. I made a list and presented it to Darrell, who, on his return to my home, promised to fix his dreadful work. However, when I insisted on the fixes I had iterated on my list, he quit the job and left! Mia eventually sent Robert Cherry to look at and fix the horrid mess that Darrel had created, and he did a very good job. The only thing that was not fixed was the post set in concrete that would have entailed digging it out and resetting it to make it vertical. I accepted the post as it was, or is. Today is April the 11th and my gutters still have not been cleaned! I have not heard from Mia Aleman, nor have the new pickets on my gate been painted.. While it is true the painting of the new pickets is not specifically mentioned in my original contract, I certainly look at it as part of the fence/gate job, and the original employee Darrel promised to do it on his return visit. Even if it were not, why, when this job has been such a complete fiasco, until Robert was assigned to it, would Handyman Connection not try to mitigate its mistakes by painting three pickets as well as fulfilling the contract, i.e., clean the gutters, in a timely manner? By the way, Robert did move the fence to meet the newly installed, albeit crooked post and replaced the lock and hasp on the gate, neither of which was specifically mentioned in the original contract. I intend to send a copy of this letter to Handyman Connection Corporate, (if I can find it,) and do a review of this company on Angie's list. Sincerely, Pat Covington 713.868.4945 Here is the list I made for repairs after the first workman quit: MOVE GATE BACK TO ORIGINAL POSITION STRAIGHTEN HINGES, POST APPLY PICKETS WITH NO GAPS REMOVE "SPACERS" BETWEEN POST AND FENCE AS WELL AS NAIL "CLUSTERS" RE-ATTACH LATCH AS WAS ORIGINALLY APPLIED LINE UP 2X4s TO ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL PICKETS (INSIDE FENCE) REPLACE BROKEN PICKETS PAINT PICKETS CLEAN GUTTERS Think long and hard before using this company, because there seems to be no recourse after they are paid .I want to say, Robert Cherry did a great job fixing the majority of problems created by the first workman.

    HOME MENDERS
I called and tried to schedule appointments with 3 companies with solid ratings from Angie's list. Tony, the owner, was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for a quote last December. We reviewed the quote and scheduled him for the second week of January. Over the New Year's holiday, my Mother, the home-owner, had a stroke and Tony was very cooperative about helping us get the job done around our schedule. He offered good advice about paint quality and colors. He repaired any cracks or joint issues and painted the Master bedroom, a two story feature wall in the living area, all of the kitchen and eating area, the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. We had damage in the two-story rotunda ceiling and the dining room from Hurricane Harvey and he repainted and re-textured both of these and we are very pleased. We also needed to repair comers and trim on the stairs that the dog had chewed as a puppy. He took care of this and you cannot even tell there was ever damage. He repaired a hole a plumbing estimate put in the master closet wall and repainted it as well as repairing some minor grout issues on the kitchen back splash. We highly recommend him and will call on him again for future projects we have discussed with him.

    HOME MENDERS
Tonys only fault as a contractor is that he is a perfectionist. If the work does not meet his high standards then he tears it our and redoes it. He doesnt increase the price for getting it right. This might add to the time required to complete the job but maybe not for he will stay longer each day to do his best to keep on schedule. I over do everything. I wanted the north side of the house to be extremely strong to resist hurricane force winds and rain. I special ordered European storm force and burgler proof windows. The best recommendation came from the city building inspector. He said this was the the strongest, most over engineered house he had ever seen. Jokingly, He asked if he could bring his family here for the nexy hurricane. Tony does excellent work, has high character and we totally trust him with our home repair work. We still use his services and I dont even ask for a bid. He is honest as the day is long.

    Shadow Creek Home Service
Welcome to Texas...unfortunately wood rot can happen on trim and door frames. Robert was personable and professional (and has a good sense of humor). Robert replaced some interior trim and a portion of my rear door frame which became the victim of the aforementioned wood rot. Included were the frame piece, trims, caulking, painting and drywall. The quality of work was very good. There were a couple of very minor details that needed extra TLC, which he promptly took care of, so if something isn't right, be confident that he does address it right away. The cost was in line with his quote, though a few extra things were needed which couldn't have been foreseen. Cost was reasonable, though I recommend you make sure to get receipts for anything that becomes permanently yours (ie. if paint and you keep the cans - my paint was too old so he went to get more so a receipt would have been appropriate - I forgot to ask, no big deal). An invoice would be nice with a breakdown should you need for insurance purposes (I didn't need these for insurance purposes.. just a heads up that if you do, let him know). All in all a great experience. He will be my go-to professional in the future.

Leo and his crew were amazing! We hired Leo for two separate jobs. He was quick and always professional. They cleaned up after completing the jobs and pricing was fair as he is insured. He is our go to handyman for almost any job we need done.

    ROB PHIBBS ROOFING
I've been a customer of Rob's for a little over eight years. His company has helped me pack and move two condos in Ohio cleaning out the places making them rent ready. He's done several things for me from painting, pressure washing and various other all around handyman services. He is very reliable, reasonable, personable and I am very happy with his work. I look forward to continue working with him as I move forward. I highly recommend him to all my clients and will absolutely continue to use his services.
