    Would NOT recommend this school to anyone. The administration is very disrespectful and very poor at communication and conflict resolution. We were told by the assistant principal, without appropriate explanation, that there were concerns for the safety of my 3 yr old child. With all of this said, most of the teachers are very nice, but I am so glad to be out of a school being led by an administration of poorly educated, individuals who discriminate.

    I have been taking my son here for about 15 months. He has a very good bedside manner and is knowledgeable. He sees a wide range of conditions. He talks to my 10 year old like they are a person. He is a very good doctor. The office staff is very nice and helpful with scheduling tests we needed. I had no problem with scheduling and only had to wait about 3-4 weeks to get in.

    They have excellent physicians. Truly professional and caring.
    However, they employ mediocre staff in physician offices.
    I go to Dr.Guss. I can not praise Dr.Guss enough. She is an epitomy of excellence in medicine.
    Her staff was given the correct pharmacy number, they somehow managed to call the differnt pharmacy.
    That happens (not a big deal) but that shall be easily corrected on the physician office side (so I thought).
    When I called and talked to Chevon, she indicated that I could easily fix it myself by calling the parmacy. Really?
     Is that what I needed to do? Did they hear about customer service? Do they understand that our time needs to be respected? (Especially since we are helping with the revenue stream to the Medical Clinic of Houston).
    My husband likes his Dr.Lux very much. Dr.Lux knowledge is vast, his friendliness is exemplary.
    However, my husband is frustrated with communication with Dr.Lux staff. When he leaves messages to Lilly, he knows that he shall call again and again as nobody is going to call him back.
    I guess, this review must be brought to the attendtion of Business Director of Medical Clinic of Houston.
    Customer perception is your reality, guys, and even superb physicians will not save your reputation if you hire the wrong office staff.

    The staff were stand-off-ish and even rude at times. I did not feel welcomed by them or as if they cared if I would come back. The medical assistant who took my vitals and drew blood was friendly enough, as was the physician's assistant who saw me later. I did not feel a connection to them though. I like friendly doctors who seem like they'll remember your name for the next visit. After leaving this practice, I decided that I would find a new office to visit for the next time.

    I've been to see this physician (Dr. Elkhousy) before, and it was a good experience.  However, not this time.  Don't know what's changed, but his PA (who's been friendly in the past) said they were "busy" today and he didn't even spend 5 straight minutes with me.  Granted, I was there for injections which I've had in the past, and helped, but I had a few questions this time and wasn't at all satisfied with the visit as I don't feel I got to ask my questions.  Really felt like I was being moved out quickly, not happy.  I have 2 more injections to go in this series, and I will attempt to ask my 2 questions next visit.  If not satisfied, although he is good I will seek another physician.

    It is a big health care system.  I go there for adult medicine and not for geriatrics.  I like that everything is in one place.  My tests, specialists and my primary care everything is in one place.  They are computerized so when I come from one doctor to the next they just have to pull up my name and all my records and previous history is in one place.  Their customer service is fantastic.  Their overall service is excellent too.  In fact they have many locations so they try and have their services close to every part of the eastern area.  They are excellent with billing and in fact I have received two refund checks from them because I overpaid or something.

    It was excellent and I was very pleased with them. My husband was in intensive care there for quite sometime. We were happy with his treatment of how he is taking care of but among the people I dealt with, the physician is the worst.

    The nursing staff and physical therapists are top notch. Caring, compassionate, understanding of my needs. They communicated everything that was going on with my surgery, care and condition. They minimized disruptions to allow me to get some rest.

    Room was well maintained and clean.

    Food was delicious and service was excellent.

    Everyone I dealt with at the hospital were true professionals.

    I never got the chance to get in and seen by the physician, the front office staff closed there window and only came out to call the person that was already a patience. and I kept waiting for an application to be sent out to me, so I can start filling it out. I expected a longer wait time, because I'm a new patience, but not completely ignore. I am glad I am not a patience here!
