    Integrity Constrution
The theater room above the garage ended up being roughly 20x20 space with a countertop to one side. The crew built a riser for stadium seating and provided custom cabinetry, wall trim, and custom front columns surrounding the screen. We are very happy with the results!!

    Rick O's Construction & Remodeling
Working with Rick and his crew was great. I met with Rick for an initial visit and he provided a quote, then met with Rick and Rudy to discuss cabinets in more detail. He also suggested an interior decorator, Suzanne with S2 designs, who helped with color choices and picking out kitchen components. The work was done very professionally and his work crew lead, Joshua, had a lot of very helpful suggestions, and helped me out when we needed assistance. The cabinets came out beautifully; we had a custom-designed microwave cabinet and a custom island that are both beautiful and functional. The stove was vented to the outside and works much better. We replaced the stove, countertops, backsplash, most upper cabinets, one lower cabinet, floors, sink, faucet, and hardware. The best things about Rick were 1) his willingness to reuse cabinets that didn't need to be replaced. This is important to me to throw away usable cabinets, 2) his flexibility and willingness to work with us when things didn't go perfectly. As an example, the granite guys installed our sink as an overmount because it wouldn't fit as an undermount. We didn't like it. Rick came up with the idea to buy another piece of granite then install the extra granite in the master bathroom. It cost money to fix ($1300) but we got the look we wanted in the kitchen and much better counters in the bath, which really needed replacing. 3) We had some artwork (glass and backsplach centerpiece) we wanted installed in the kitchen and Rick was very helpful making that happen, 4) Rick also hired quality subs and checked on progress at least once a week. The final product is amazing; we have our "country kitchen" with modern fixtures, updated cabinets, our artwork and better fixtures seamlessly installed. Things to know: 1) At least for me, his bid was higher than the other two I requested. However, I liked him and his plan best and went with my gut feeling. 1) Would agree with other reviewers that you have to be prepared for his crew to start with relatively little notice. He will provide a two-week window and I would start moving stuff out of the kitchen once you get this notice. 2) Rick has you buy a lot of your own stuff (backsplash, grout, kitchen pendants). This was fine with us, but you should be aware when interpreting the quote. He provides a very detailed quote that will indicate what the homeowner is buying. 3) As with almost every remodel, it took longer than expected. We were told 6 weeks and it took 12 weeks by the time the microwave cabinet was complete. Some of this time was waiting for things to come in that we didn't anticipate, some was just things take awhile to get done when you want them done right. Overall very satisfied and would use Rick again in a second. Cost: $29,910 for Rick; approx. $10K in addition for materials. TOTAL (with master bath countertops, sinks and faucets) $40K

    Houston Painting and Remodeling
Very trustworthy, honest and professional Company. This speaks for not only the owner but also all the craftsman that was needed for my project (Electrician, Stone Work and Concrete, Roofers, Painter, Gutters and also the guys that did the Hardi Sidin). You always hear the horror stories of the contractor taking the money and running, this was not the case at all with HPR. When I made a change the quote was immediately changed so I knew how that affected the cost. I have already recommended them to several people and they are currently doing the same upgrades on my moms house. 100% satisfied, would totally use HPR again for any future projects.

    Allsource Electrical Technologies, LLC
The electrician, Paul, was excellent - professional, courteous, thorough, and responsive to our needs and concerns. The project involved bringing the main panel up to code, cleaning up some diy wiring in the greenhouse, running an underground line to the future woodworking shop, and installing its lighting (indoor and security), outlets, and switches. Paul adapted his indoor/outdoor work plan to avoid soggy weather delays, and the cost was reasonable. We would definitely use again.

I was so impressed with the work Miguel and his guys did. They were able to come out and assess and provide an estimate the day I called. Then performed the work the next day at a fair rate and blew me away with the quality of their work and their efficiency! I would highly recommend them for your next electrical job. Best Ive ever hired by far.

    Mister Sparky Electrical
Great! Our kitchen had been remodeled by the previous homeowner and the electrical was very badly done. We had another electrician decline the job, and called Mr Sparky for an estimate for repairs as other providers no-showed weren't available for weeks. Mr Sparky set up an evaluation within one week and the repairs were done a few days after that. Their price was fantastic. Lee and Nina were the people who worked on our home, and they were both very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. They listened to our requests and the repairs are top - notch. Now all the runs make sense and all the junctions are accessible - - as they should be. They also installed a lovely new fixture and ran wire from the ceiling to the switch in my powder room. During the initial evaluation Nina identified some safety issues with our main panel, which we elected to repair as well. The main office contacted us me about the appointments and followed up when folks were on the way with their ETA. This whole thing was so easy and painless I'll be recommending Mr Sparky to everyone for electrical repairs.

    Warfield Electric
We have an older home, and our electrical panel was at 100 amps so we wanted to upgrade it. While at our home to give us an estimate, Jorge from Warfield Electric addressed all of our questions and concerns, and helped us determine how much additional amperage was best for our household. Once we decided to go ahead with the upgrade, Jorge was there for every step of it; keeping everything and everyone on track, ensuring permits were completed, guiding us on who and when to call to have electricity cut off/on, answering more of our questions, and of course doing a great job of installing the new panel. The 3-man crew (unfortunately I can't remember their names) from Warfield Electric that dug the 50' trench and laid the new underground wire for this upgrade also did a great job. They were all very professional and knowledgeable, and afterwards restored the yard very close to what its original condition was before digging the trench. I would definitely use Warfield Electric again!

Dave Roundtree Handyman Repairs & Svcs
Dave was very fast to respond asking about details, needs, etc. We were able to coordinate getting the work performed in under a week and Enrique did a very good job, was very courteous and someone that I would recommend to a friend. He was replacing several light fixtures that were having issues.

A home inspector noted some issues with the breaker box that needed fixing. I emailed Billy with the inspector's report and he was able to give me an estimate. The job was done while I was at work so I'm not sure how long it took but everything looks good.

    Vanin Electric
the electrician looked at everything and after trying to analyse, said that the problem is inside the walls and said that it would cost about $2000. Of course i declined. called another electrician, and they solved my issue for $385. the problem was with another one of the outlets on the side of the house.
