  • The breaks on truck were very spongy at times break peddle would go almost to the floor. Paris Toyota said this was normal and would not fix. Breaks were not safe, I soon traded for a new Cherolet. I would not buy a cup of coffee from Paris Toyota!,

  • Eric Layton is the best.  He is so kind and very helpful.  He suggested the tires that was best for my car.  He noticed my inspection was out and took care of that.    It was also time for an oil change and took care of that for me.   Tire City is a family owned business and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

  • Got me right in. Handled ins. Claim. Had me out in 3days. Treated me very fair. Best price around. Not sure if I would take a brand new vehicle here or not because he doesn't have state of the art equipment like the bigger shops but for older vehicles or for repairs that are paid out of pocket he is the man to see.

  • As always they did quality work, the only problem I had was that it took over a week to get the work done. I give them a pass because it was the week of the 4th of july and they were short handed.

  • My friend had bought 2 previous vehicles from this Dealership with no problems, so she had decided that she could trust them. Big mistake! Both of the other times, she had brought along a friend who was at least knowledgeable of Auto mechanics. She isn't adept at Auto mechanics in any way.
She picked out the vehicle she liked and asked to test-drive it. Swaim told her that the vehicle only had enough fuel in it to make it to the nearest service-station (less than 1/4 mile away) and so discouraged her from driving it. One of the Swaim salesmen started the car briefly so that she could hear the engine running. Without further ado, she bought the car.
After she bought it, she noticed that the ignition was had to turn and that the Driver's airbag assembly was a little loose. Swaim told her that it just needed a little graphite to ease the key in the ignition. They also told her that the key they had given her was the only key in existence. Of course, the ignition became harder and harder to turn, eventually locking up completely. At the same time, the air-bag assembly had gotten looser and looser. Finally, she called Swaim to ask if they would do the estimated $30 repair, or pay for it and add the cost to her agreement. Swaim refused out-of-hand, saying the only thing they would do would be to reposses the vehicle, clean it up and resell it, 'As-Is.'
Normally, I would tell anyone to look a used vehicle over closely, especially if buying from one of these sort of places. But in this instance, Swaim stepped out of line completely when they sold a vehicle with a known-to-them safety issue, which they purposely obfuscated! (The ignition could have locked up at any time, including while the vehicle was being driven, due to the loose airbag assembly.)

I was really pleased with Hicks Tire & Muffler Shop, he tried to get me the best price he could, he knew what he was talking about. The only bad thing was that he said it would be done that week but, they are very busy and it took till the next week to get done. Other than that, I was pretty much satisfied. I would tell others that I would trust them but, just be patient.

  • When we first discovered that my wife's murano door handle was broken we took it to the local Nissan dealer to have an estimate provided. They told us that the repair in question would cost us $225. We decided to hold off on the repair and take it to a local auto service shop (Jason Henry's). Jason Henry ordered the part and performed the service for a total of $105. His service, communication, and quality of repair were all excellent. I would highly recommend Jason Henry for any automotive repair you might need.
