Hannah and Belinda were so kind! My dog loved them. He came home happy, and not stressed! Because i have s disability, they came to the car to pick him up and bring him back. It was an awesome experience!

I am not going back to them anymore. They are just too busy. They are always a wait whenever I go there. It is dirty. I love the vets and they are awesome. They are very good and knowledgeable. The price is good and that is the reason I have been going there. I am kind of over it now. Even if we have an appointment, we have to wait about 30 minutes to an hour. It is just faster walking in than to make an appointment.

It is associated Melinda’s Grooming.  She owns two stores and I use Town & Country.  They go by weight on the dogs.  I have two dogs.  They are just very friendly.  I like that they keep all the dogs in the front of store.  So when we walk in, we can see our dog.  They are not in the back.  They say that our baby is ready when we call.  They understand that the dogs are the people’s kid.  They are very nice and they do a really good job.

I've been using them for about a year. My 2 dogs are Akitas and they are only a year old but they already weigh 80 pounds. I love everything about them. They have the best bedside manner. They know me and my dogs. They know exactly who I am. It is a little expensive but they treat them like they are my babies. They are an amazing company.

I took them the night before for test. They had the surgery the next day and they called me telling me my babies were just fine. They even let me come see them later that day to check on them. That helped a lot!!!!!! I got to come get them by 11 on the third day. They took such good care of my new babies. They cost a little bit more than the other vets I called but they were also nicer and more friendly. They made me feel safe leaving my puppies with them. I had to go back 10 days to get stiches out and it took less than 10 minutes and we were done. There is never a long wait when I go in and they always remember my puppies as soon as they see them. Wonderful place to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Each time I checked into the clinic, I requested a certain vet, and both times I was told that he was not there. I agreed to take whichever vet could see him. I don't know if I could have gotten better treatment for my dog if I had gotten my requested vet, but I am completely frustrated that after all this time and money, my dog still has the same problem. I tried to call the clinic after the first antibiotics and speak with the vet, but was informed, rather curtly, by the girl that answered the phone, that I would need to bring my dog in to the clinic again. Now I am, of course, hesitant to return to this same clinic and heaven forbid that I try calling them. I wouldn't want to upset them by being the nuisance that they seem to think that I am.

They are just really concerned about every animal that they see. I've taken my cats; I've taken the dogs and my daughter's cats and puppies. There are several vets there, I see Dr Williams. The whole staff is very animal oriented and they love all the animals. They are just really nice people to deal with your animals and they work with you on timing and appointments. The place is clean, it does not smell. They have reasonable prices.

They are very good. They are very nice people. They take care of your animal with quality care. The daily boarding cost $10 and about $8 to $10 for the nail trimming. They have very nice grooming salon in the front. There are three girls in there grooming and taking care of the pets. The boarding kennels are very nice; all of them have a nice exterior outdoor run, so that when the weather permits, the dogs can run in and out of the building. The building is air cooled. Out here and quite often in many places, we use an evaporative cooler which works nicely when humidity is low; they do have that in the boarding kennel area. They have very clean facilities, and they take care of their animals, serving them at least three times a day.

Our dog is a Maltese mix and can be finicky but everyone (vet, techs, staff, etc.) were great-very paiient and understanding. They also send you a laminated wallet-sized card with your pet's pertinent information on it. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done.

I took my son's Great Dane in for a shot for his knee arthritis.  The office was clean and well arranged except for the nasty pond out the front window.  The wait in the waiting room was short but I was kept waiting in the room for almost 45 minutes.
When the vet did come in he yelled at his "girls" and they all filed in.  The room wasn't nearly large enough for me, the vet, five skinny teenagers and a 120 pound dog.
When he told the 'girls' to do something he would yell at them.  A few times he called them stupid, which offended me but they acted like that was normal behavior.
The vet informed me that it wasn't arthritis, it was bone cancer and he wanted to keep him longer for x-rays that I didn't have the money for.  He told me to come back in a month for another shot.
The next month when I took him in I asked him about the bone cancer and he sarcastically asked me if I knew what 'swag' was.  I said "I guess not" and he said "stupid wild a** guess and I don't make those.  I never said he had bone cancer".  Two of his 'girls' were present when he had said it on the previous visit and they both shook their heads when he wasn't looking.
In my opinion he is elderly and becoming senile.  I don't know if the records they keep are detailed enough for him to recall the last visit and any impressions he may have had well enough to continue to practice.  I don't trust my dog's well being to him and certainly wouldn't leave any of my babies overnight in his care.
