    EZ Home Remodeling & Repair
Ernie and Z came by to give us a bid on the work we need done, which is pretty extensive. They arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their bid was very reasonable and were very willing to work with us on special projects. They said they will be able to start the job in two weeks which is just perfect for us. I am looking forward to seeing what they can do. And, I am sure I will be able to give them an A when all is complete.

    Superior Drywall and Remodeling
Joe showed up at the time we had discussed and gave us a fair estimate. He and his brother returned at the time he had promised and completed all work as discussed. The quality of work was excellent and both Joe and his brother were very polite and pleasant. I will certainly be calling him again.

It went well.  I was completely satisfied.  He did a wonderful job.  Everything was done on time and professionally.  They were clean very Christian men.  I didn't have to worry about anything.  I trust them and would recommend them for any work in the future.

    Bryant Contractors Inc
Pat Bryant and his company were by far the worst contractors I have ever dealt with.  The job ran months behind schedule because Pat did not assign any PM to oversee the job.  It was very evident that he cared very little about this job.  Tons of mistakes were made, deviations from architectural plans, permitting issues (due to negligence and lack of oversight).
Save yourself the headache and DO NOT use Bryant Contractors

    Brother's Remodel & Design

After our initial visit with Don to discuss our needs to extend our master bedroom & bath, Don came up with a rough design that would fit into our budget of 30-40K. He told me in order to get a more accurate quote I should let Mark, their architect, draw a design on paper.  He said Mark would meet with my husband and I on several occasions to discuss our options to stay within our budget and would also show us 3D design, so we could actually see all the changes.  Mark and Don showed up at our home and I again told Mark everything we wanted to include in our remodel.  He said he would see what he could do to stay within our budget.  I asked Don again, before I signed the contract for $1200 to draw up our design, if Mark could give us everything we wanted and still be in our budget and he said it would be tight, but he could do it. For about 2 weeks we worked with Don & Mark via e-mail, making revisions on the design.  I asked on numerous occasions to meet with Mark directly so we could communicate face to face and cut-down on numerous revisions. After revision five, Mark called me to discuss the design and began to tell me with changes made the cost of remodel would be about 100K. Needless to say, I was very upset and relayed that to Mark. I asked if I could get a refund or discount on his services, since they weren't within in our budget and useless to me. He stated he had already put in 9 hours and that wouldn't be possible. The initial design Mark provided didn't have anything my husband and I asked for and after several revisions, never did Mark or Don state that interior changes would increase our budget by 60K. They are the professionals and "experts" and should have told us upfront that the remodel we discussed would not fit into our budget.  If they would have been honest with us upfront, I wouldn't have wasted our time or money drawing up plans for remodel that we cannot afford.   We feel very deceived and disappointed that Brother's Remodel was not honest with us. I received their official quote of 89K and their drawings, that will now sit in my closet collecting dust.  I'm now fearful to get quotes from other contractors. I don't want to be scammed again. I would not recommend Don or Mark to any of my family or friends.

    Brother's Remodel & Design
We needed an estimate very quickly. Don squeezed us in the evening before a holiday weekend. He got the estimate to us the following Monday and kept in touch with me until we made a decision. We did not use Brother's for this project, but we definitely use them for future projects.

    Brother's Remodel & Design
Took longer than expected - not their fault.  They ended up having to take out a wall between the bathroom and closet area to make the vanities I ordered fit. They had to sheetrock, add a door into the bedroom, and redo electrical. They repainted the bedroom to make everything match. The tile work was excellent!

    American Home Improvement

The Re-Bath unit installation went very well, even with a few normal glitches along the way. After the unit was installed I changed my mind about the wall surround for the unit. Originally, I wanted to install ceramic tile. However, after some thought along with input from Heath at A.H.I., I decided to have them install the manufactured wall tile surround designed for the unit. That was a very wise decision.

The unit installation required some serious modifications to the sewer connection. Their in-house plumber did a superb job of taking care of that problem and the connection of the water supply lines. After the unit was installed, one of their trim guys took over and did a fantastic job of trimming out the whole thing. It looks great and I make a point to show it off to anyone who comes to visit. All the trim molding work in the kitchen and hallway was done beyond what I expected. Very high quality work.

By the way, the work of tearing out my old bathtub and preparing for the new unit was really neat to watch. Imagine using a sledge hammer to literally bust out a cast iron tub. Then, in order to bring the Re-Bath tub into the bathroom, part of the bathroom wall which opens into the hallway had to be literally cut out after removing the door molding. They restored the cut-out as if it never happened. Believe it or not, through all the above, not one ceramic floor tile was cracked or even scratched and not one scratch on the cabinet fronts or the fake marble counter top.

I'm not kidding, these guys are good.

Yes, their product is a little higher priced than maybe going to a big box store, buying a generic unit and paying someone to put it in. BUT, consider this, all the men I observed doing my job knew their job and knew how to do it right. If you want cheap, then buy cheap. That's what you will get. But, if you want it right, then be willing to pay the price to have it done right, plus the very attractive warranty which came with my unit.

You may ask if I am happy with my Re-Bath walk-in tub. Happy doesn't even begin to describe how much I have enjoyed it in the months since it was installed. It has been a literal life-saver for me. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

    Bryan Smith Floors
Bryan showed up everyday, did quality work and stuck to the budget.  He made the arrangements for the electrician and plumber so that all I had to do was choose the paint color.  Bryan was pickier than I was about the quality of the work. I am very happy with my beautiful new shower.

    Richard Ruiz Remodeling
Whenever Richard does work for us, we can count on him to do great work, have great ideas, and be up to date with the latest in designs. He cleans up completely when finished each day and is neat and respectful of our home when he's working. We feel compfortable with him in our home and you couldn't meet a more easy-going, cooperative person. As my husband said, "He's just such a pleasant person." There's just not much that he can't do around the house-repair the roof, install fencing, lay tile, whatever. There is one thing you need to know and have a high tolerance for-Richard works for a contractor during the day so he works at your home on the weekend and after work during the week.
