    Choice has never found anybody to come fix anything at my home in OK. The price I paid for them was down the drain. I have 4 homes with them. Choice has small print that allows them to not pay for most items. They don't replace water heaters. They will only pay up to $1500 per claim. Washer and AC units exceed that price. Choice will hire the most undesirable quacks to come out. I had to have a drain unstopped and it took 3 weeks and the quack they hired and FINALLY a plumber that could run the snake down the line. I will never use them again.

    The first unit never worked right, but every time we called, they responded. We went a whole west Texas summer with unreliable air conditioning. Action Air replaced the outside unit in September. When March of 2018, we needed cooling again and turned on the new unit. It worked once, but never again. We called Action Air and though our unit was no longer under warranty as it had been considered a "fix" for the first bad unit, Action Air got with Daikin and Daikin picked up the cost of a THIRD unit. Action Air installed it, replaced the register inside and we've been cool ever since. So, it spite of a really, REALLY bad start, Action Air finally made it right.

      Mr. Taylor and/or his crew were punctual at every appointment. My job had some special design issues that required more effort than a normal installation. These problems were handled gracefully. They did a very professional job including the cleaning up after the work was complete. They were pleasant and to our liking there was no loud music nor any profanity. After the installation the Technicians explained the new system thoroughly to my wife and I making sure we understood it and how to use the new Wi-Fi thermostat interface.

      Between work and home I have recently dealt with seven contractors on jobs in progress. Two of the seven did what they said they would, when they said they would, for the quoted price. Liberty Heating and Air is one of the 2. They did more than was expected, quicker than expected for the original price. After the installation was completed and paid for I had some questions. Mr. Taylor returned my call quickly and provided me the information I needed without hesitation.

      Liberty Installed the HVAC system for my neighbor several years ago and they have taken care of any questions or concerns they have had since their installation without delay. Their recommendation went a long way in my decision to use Liberty and I feel the choice was well worth it.

     For these reasons I would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and honest repair or replacements of HVAC systems

    Bosworth was prompt and very professional. Billed me as they were instructed and made the experience great. I use Bosworth all the time they are always as responsive as their schedule will allow. An the work is always done right and correct the first time. Have never had to call them out to re-fix the same problem.

    Very professional and stuck to the original estimate. Our old unit was 20 years old and the a/c was not working. Back in March, the company recommended replacing the unit, which I assumed they would since it was an old unit.  We felt the estimate was a good price and it included 10 warranties which is nice.  They installed our unit about a week later and had to upgrade the unit because it was all that was available but they stuck to the original price.  We also got an nicer thermostat than originally listed on the estimate.  The guys were professional and had the work done in a timely manner.  They cleaned up after they finished installing everything and took the old unit for us.  
    In August, we had a problem with the unit leaking water inside.   We called them and they sent someone out a couple hours later.  Since we're still under warranty, the service call was free and they fixed the issue.  I've been impressed with how quickly they respond to service calls, even in the busy summer months.  We've been very pleased with The Darville Company.

    This service went well. Bosworth installed the brand new central heat and air heat pump unit in December of 2009 with a 10 year warranty, so this service was under warranty. I have used them a lot over the years and what follows is my opinion of their service. They do not always get there when they say they will, but none of the others I have used do either. They are a bit expensive, but they do good work. They have been around a long time, so you can count on them to do a good job and they do stand behind their work. You can get work done for less money, but if you want the job done right the first time, Bosworth is worth the extra cost.

    I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon.  The two young men were very professional and friendly.  They explained what was wrong, how it would be fixed and the cost.  They made sure everything was working properly before they left and said if there was any more trouble to please let Darville know.  I was very pleased with the promptness and helpfulness.  Will use them again and recommend them highly.

    I can't say enough good things about them. It was kind of pricey. But it's very energy efficient. I lowered my electric bill. My house is totally electronic. That's kind of a big deal. It was about $9000. It's a 16 sear system. Plus I requested them to do, they didn't have to. It just wasn't working good I got some stuff done several years ago and it wasn't done right I had them do some duct work to fix what should have been done the first time. That's why it up the price. The service guys were very accommodating. They aim to please. I probably could've gotten a cheaper system. But my experience with the low bitter is you got what you pay for. So I don't mind paying a little extra to get top notch customer service, reliability and everything.

    This Company was referred by my Home Warranty.  They came out to fix my A/C. They put in a new unit quickly- BUT did not have enough Freon with them. They did NOT tell me that.  I called the next morning-Saturday, since I had no AC working, and they said they would be out Monday_April 27th. No show. I have called almost daily with NO return calls. On Friday, May 1st, someone finally answered phone, and said he would call me right back with a time for Saturday morning... NO call, and No one showed.  Sunday I called again, and he said he didn't have any Freon- that someone would be there first thing Monday,  then changed it to noon. It is now just before 1:00 on May 4th, and no one is here.  They cashed my check-not by deposit, but by a cashing service, who called to confirm I wrote the checks. The house was over 83 inside this week.. So, 11 days without AC and no calls.


    I would NOT recommend this company.
