FChoice Home WarrantyChoice has never found anybody to come fix anything at my home in OK. The price I paid for them was down the drain. I have 4 homes with them. Choice has small print that allows them to not pay for most items. They don't replace water heaters. They will only pay up to $1500 per claim. Washer and AC units exceed that price. Choice will hire the most undesirable quacks to come out. I had to have a drain unstopped and it took 3 weeks and the quack they hired and FINALLY a plumber that could run the snake down the line. I will never use them again.- Shirley C.

AThe Bosworth CompanyBosworth was prompt and very professional. Billed me as they were instructed and made the experience great. I use Bosworth all the time they are always as responsive as their schedule will allow. An the work is always done right and correct the first time. Have never had to call them out to re-fix the same problem.

ACMS Air and ApplianceHe thought my problem was with the breakers. Sure enough, he flipped two breakers and it started working again. I felt foolish, cause I had tried one of the breakers with no result. But what was impressive, is that he didn't charge me for a service call. I had used this company before for a washing machine issue, and was very impressed with his professionalism. It's rare to find someone who doesn't try to cheat you in this day and age, and I would highly recommend CMS for any appliance issue.

FLandmark Home Warranty
Pros:
None
Cons:
1.) High cost for annual service.
2.) High deductible $60
3.) Every service provided has a long list of "Excepts"
4.) Pest Control (which is extra) is non existant
5.) Upkeeping Air Conditiong unit (which is extra) is on an appointment basis and only at certain times of the year. What it consists of a company coming out and telling you what you need to do to upkeep your system, you pay $60 for this...not actually servicing the unit.
6.) Key Entry (locksmith) - is non existant - they put in so many qualifiers that at the end only someone who is purple, born on 3/3/13 at 3;30 will qualify.
We paid up front for a full year service with Landmark - thinking they were high priced for a reason, they are it's to scam you out of as much money as possible.
1.) Forget about getting anything electrical completed - the exceptions will override everything.
2.) Forget about getting any plumbing fixed - the exceptions will override everything.
3.) They will not fix anything but simply say it can't be fixed and then give you a small fraction of what it would cost to actually replace your appliance.
4.) We called them out at least 10 times out of those perhaps 3 were fixed, 2 were replacements appliances (see #3) and 1 was a replaced water heater. It still cost us $380 + 60.
5.) Each contractor that came out would respond in a way that was favorable to landmark for not having to fix the problem. In other words, the problem was stated as one of the long list of "exemptions"...even if there was no evidence to suggest that was the problem.
6.) They also were horrible about keeping track of service calls and the result
DO NOT pick this horrible service. We had American Home Shield and that was so much better than Landmark.

CMIKE'S APPLIANCE SVC
Mike was punctual and machines are now working properly. However, I would NEVER use him again. He gruffly answered questions about what was wrong with machines and what might have caused problems. He said he would charge more if I used credit card. When he returned with part, and submitted final bill, I asked him about the 5% senior discount. He said he never gives that, but he would take $10 off the bill if I wanted. I have just moved here from Houston, and I know that this is a boom town area with small town attitudes, but he was not very professional. I do not think he should indicate on AngiesList that he takes credit cards or gives discounts since those features come with the caveat of making the customer wrong. I doubt he has ever heard the business theory and quot;the customer is always rightand quot;.

DALL HOURS APPLIANCE REPAIRThey came out and looked and after a few weeks came back with the wrong glass and said they would return when they had the right glass. That was 4 weeks ago. I called to see what their hold up was the young lady said she would check and get back with me and she never got back with me. The glass on the oven door is still broken.

ACMS Air and ApplianceCarl was great!
I called CMS to schedule an appointment thinking that it would be awhile before I could be scheduled. Carl was very helpful and said that he would call me in a week to come out. I honestly thought that he sounded pretty busy and that I might have to call him back to reschedule. I shouldn't have worried! He called promptly the morning he said he would be there, and arrived at exactly the time he said he would.
Later, he found that we needed a part that was not provided with the kit we purchased, and he made a special trip to Home Depot himself, instead of making us get the part ourselves.
We have recently dealt with some other service providers and been less than satisfied. Dealing with CMS was a very refreshing change. Courteous, professional and dependable... My parents have used them for years, and we will too. Do yourself a favor, call CMS for all your appliance repairs or installations.

AExpert Plumbing & Drain CleaningMy experience Expert Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was fine, it was a good deal. The guy came and you could tell he's been doing it for quite some time. It was kind of extraordinary for all area. The pricing was not anything I would have prepared for though. It was very expensive.- Mike L.
