    I can almost always get in to see Dr. Weaver when I need to. He is very friendly and caring and has always helped with whatever issues I've had. I saw him for vertigo and he was able to help more than the medical doctor I saw for it.

    Dr. Gundlapalli is my pain doctor. I've been going to him for about two or three years. Their office is very efficient. I don't have any complaints. A good thing about him is his wife is an anesthesiologist and she works with Dr. Ingram. So she worked with me when I had the surgery.

    He was recommended to me by Dr. Adams. I've been going to a pain clinic. The doctor there recommended him too. So, that was a good recommendation coming, from two doctors. He had me go for MRI. He had done surgery on the shoulder of the lady there. She thought he was a God. She said that he fixed her shoulder. I felt good about the recommendations I got for him. They're very efficient. They always tell, "Be early for your appointment" and I'm always a little bit early. Not a whole lot, usually about 10 minutes early. I usually get right in. The nurses are really pretty good. His PA is very good.

    I originally opened my Massage Envy membership in Austin, and that branch was excellent! When my husband moved to Odessa for work, I found out there is a Massage Envy in Midland. I called the Midland location in January for my first massage and I also booked my husband a massage because he had a gift certificate to use. I used my credit card to reserve both of our massages. When we went for our massages, the front desk staff appeared unfriendly and did not great us upon entering. My massage therapist was great! Prior to leaving, I filled out the paperwork to transfer my membership from Austin. I did not immediately book my next appointment because I didn't have a steady work schedule yet. I called the following week and they didn't have an opening for a month. A few days later, I noticed on my credit card statement I had been charge for another massage four days after our massages. I immediately called and spoke with the manager. She informed me that my husband had booked a massage. However, he was at work that day and we even met for lunch at the time that he supposedly went for a massage. Somehow they had opened two separate accounts with my husband's information and put my credit card on file for both, which did not make any sense to me. After a week back and forth, she finally reversed the charge. When I went for my February appointment, I had to fill out new member paperwork because they had lost my file. Again, the massage therapist was great, but the office staff seemed unfriendly. I did schedule my next appointment at that time. At my March appointment, my therapist didn't get me from the waiting room until 10 minutes into my appointment time. She then informed me that I needed to fill out a new member form again because the front desk staff had lost my file. After my massage, I informed the staff that I wanted to cancel my membership. The gentleman at the front desk gave me the required form to fill out. I booked another massage at that time with the same therapist because she was so good! At my April appointment, I confronted the front desk staff because I was still being charged for my membership after I had submitted the form to cancel it. The manager had to dig through multiple files to find my paperwork, which ended up being at the bottom of a stack in her office. At that time she informed me I had to cancel my membership through the Austin location because my membership was never transferred. I was furious! I called the Austin location from the parking and spoke with the manager there to explain the situation. She was very professional and understanding and took care of everything before I got off the phone. I will NEVER return to the Midland Massage Envy.

    Dr. Cox is professional, gentle and quiet. He did a variety of tests the first appointment and got me started on a treatment while other tests needed to be performed over time. No one minds answering questions and it is easy to make appointments even though the office is busy. I am taking my daughter to see him now.

    I had the initial carpel tunnel surgery on my left hand in February of 2010. Everything went well and there was nothing unusual about the surgery. Three weeks later I had the same surgery on my right hand which also progressed as expected at first. After about a week, I realized I still had no feeling in my hand. When I consulted the doctor, he said to give it a little longer. After 2 weeks, the feeling had still not returned in my hand so he sent me to a nerve specialist to check it. The nerve specialist said he could find no indication of active nerves in my hand and said the only option was to re-open the incision to see what was going on. Dr. Duke re-did the surgery in March of 2010 and found that I had developed a huge amount of scar tissue which he had to clean out and then close the incision and stitch it on the outside to avoid a re-occurance. After the second surgery on the right hand, I gradually began to notice the feeling returning to my hand. It was approximately 6 - 7 months before my hand returned to normal.
    Throughout the entire situation, Dr. Duke and the surgical clinic could not have been better. There was nothing in the situation in which they were at fault in any way. Would definately use B O S S if I require orthopedic surgery in the future.

    Anumi Day Spa is fantastic. It is always very clean, the ladies are always professional, it is a nice quiet place. They provide different types of massage therapy, if you want hot stone, they also do cupping and they also do the lymph nodes and they also have a lady who does the pregnancy massage. My husband uses it every week.

    My daughter was not allowed to use the restroom. As I got off work to pick up my 3yr old at 3:20pm Wednesday I was standing out side the door and heard my daughter ask the teacher to use the restroom. The teacher told her "no go to sleep" at that time I walk in and she cry's to me telling me she is not allowed to use the restroom. So I solve the problem by taking her to the restroom. After that I was walking out the door and the man in the office ask "Whats going on? Why is she crying?" so I explain to him the reason and so on. I thought maybe she (my daughter) will forget the incident tomorrow. The next day she begged and cried me not to take her. I was concerned why? I decided to withdraw her on Friday. So when I called the guy told me that someone already withdrew her. I didn't understand who? why? when?. So i continued to verify the withdraw and he asked me " Why is the reason for the withdraw?" I explained to him the reason. I also told him I was concerned that their nap time was too long. Their policy says Nap time is from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm it was already 3:20. So he passes the phone over to the owner. The owners name is Luis as I tried to explain to him my concerns he kept talking over me with such careless attitude. He wouldn't allow explain the situation and kept on with "you don't make any sense" I was so immature and annoying. I told him " How can I make sense if you're not even listening you keep talking over me sir" He then told me "you're a child I don't understand you". Wow I was offended how can any one want their child to be taken care of such ignorant people that do not even listen to concerned parents? I am glad she is no longer in this facility my child deserves better. Worst day care I ever experienced!!!I do not recommend this day care to anyone.Thank you

    I had two children at this daycare. My children were over the age of 2 and loved this daycare. The workers in areas over the age of 2 were great. My children were so happy to go and they would tell me their teachers were so nice to them. Children needed to be picked up by 6p.m. sharp if not there was a $5 a min charge. Well I would have my children picked up by 5:45 p.m. latest. One day I did have a flat tire and was running late and called the day care I had no one else to get my children that day and would be there ASAP. I arrived at 6:07 p.m. and was told if I did not pay $35 in the morning my children would not be accepted into the center. I was little thrown back as this was the first time I have ever been late and my children had been at the center for over a yr. In the morning I paid my fee disappointed that they actually charged me. Couple of weeks went by and one day the center opened at 7 a.m. normally but one day the center did not open until 7:33 a.m. and this made me late for work. I worked at a call center at that time and being late was horrible. When I mentioned that evening that I was late to work for the center opening up late Monica in the front rolled her eyes and stated it's not like it happens all the time. I responded and stated I understand that but when I was late one time in one year I had to pay $35  for my one time mistake. Overall my children were well taken care of but front staff were rude. I would pay my fees on time pick up my kids on time and there were no further problems. I recently went to the daycare and to see about enrolling my newborn. First time I had ever seen the baby room and it was to hot. I then saw the i believe it was the 12 months- 18 months room and the worker looked so mad and was texting. The room smelled as if there were children that needed a diaper change. Then I saw the believe it was 18 months- 24 months and worker seemed happy and room smelled good. I had enrolled my other children from 2 yrs - 5 yrs and were taken care of great but baby room and 12 months -18 months I did not want to try that. I will wait till my baby is 2yrs of age and only reason I consider this center is that it is close to my job.

    Went in after back and hip kept hurting. Office staff friendly and helpful after 5 minutes was called back for my appt and Dr Terry came right in he is very friendly and attentive. He checked me and asked where I was expericing pain and went right to work. He is gentle but knows exactly how to relieve pain
