    VERSPRO Reconstruct
Horrible. The "completed" home has water damage from water coming into the new build. Expandable foam was used to remedy the issue. Lol any professional builder knows that wont stop water. The drain system has the drains above the graded concrete so you have puddles sitting by the drain. Worst thing is they didn't run the electrical so it can be connected to the home. Poured the concrete so now it has to be busted out so the feed cable can be buried. They want a final payment from my insurance. No way. I'm going to hire a new contractor . The city is involved now. There's a lot not done to code. Electrical inside even. My licensed electrician said it was a mess. Save yourself a headache. Hire a professional builder. I'm calling the news next if this isn't remedied quickly.

    Dean's Handyman & Remodeling Services

I contacted Dean regarding getting the attic stairs replaced. The wooden stairs had some cracks and no longer were safe to use. I told Dean I wanted to get a more durable set of stairs. Dean quoted the price and scheduled an appointment for the following week.

Dean and Kevin arrived on time and not only did an expert job installing the attic stairs but they completely cleaned the work area and left it spotless. The ladder on the attic stairs is aluminum and exactly what I wanted. This high quality work was well worth the  money.

    The Affordable Handyman
They did a great job. They took a little longer than planned because we kept giving them more to do. Jack Collins and his crew, John and Chris are extremely trustworthy and honest. They accidentally scratched our newly installed door from Home Depot $1600, and even though they could have refinished it, they did what I wanted and replaced it with an identical door. They were great with our german shepherd and goldendoodle and cat. They let them out when needed, etc while we were at work. If I didn't like something, they changed it without hesitation. I love to design so I was able to be creative and do what I wanted. They are not designers but that was ok with me because I wanted things my way. They were patient with me when had trouble deciding on things and would give me until the last possible minute if needed. Jack was always so available anytime any day to call with questions, even on his day off. His biggest concern was that I was completely happy with everything along the way. Chris did a great job texturing our ceilings and seemed to be capable of many different things and very experienced. John was amazing!! He is deaf and mute and could easily communicate with Jack. He worked so hard and did a great job. He made such an impression on us that we decided we wanted to bless him and his family with some extra Christmas cash. He was very deserving. We have more things lined up for them to do when we are able. We love our new home!! Larry, the owner, came by regularly with his trailer to haul off things and even picked up the tile we picked out at the tile store. The they were in our house for about 9 weeks total. If I wanted to go in my room and lock the door and take a nap they left me alone. Living through a remodel is not easy. Because of our large dogs we opted to stay in the house during the process. I highly recommend these guys. I wish I could post pics.

    Charles Wyles Contractors
He was great to work with as we changed our mind while we were working on the project.  He is a real Jack-of-all-trades, but he seems to have mastered all the trades we needed. I have called him back for odd jobs since then and he's never disappointed me. The work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend him to my famiy and friends.

He is a personal friend of mine.  I was trying to get multiple bids and he is the only one who gave me the bid.  He did the job and did it well.  His price was competitive for what others may have charged.

    Dean's Handyman & Remodeling Services
The project went very well. I was looking for a handyman to do multiple projects, a couple now and others in the future depending on the outcome of this first project. I have had a difficult time finding someone that worked in this area and could come sometime within 2 months, but did not have that experience with this company. Initially when I contacted him I didn't receive a return phone call to discuss the project for several days, but he was out of town at the time and I was working on another estimate at the time so the wait was not a problem. However, he did contact me to see if I was still interested in an estimate and came out to look at the porch very quickly. We were able to set the job up quickly. It ended up being pushed back a week or two because one of his crew members was injured, which was completely beyond his control. He immediately let me know what the problem was and communicated very well through the rest of the project. We set a convenient start date and the job was completed in about a day and a half. Overall, the project was completed much quicker than it would have been with anyone else and they were very professional. Our yard was completely clean when the job was finished and we were very happy with the results. I would definitely hire them again and have recommended them to another friend already.

    ACCENT TILE & REMODELING, LTD.
Once we got on schedule, the work went well.  We chose the tile and he ordered it.  His crew was meticulous and made sure to do it right.  They were on time every day and worked hard.  They did good work and obviously cared.  One of the tile men had been with the company for 15 years.  He even suggested something to me that I hadn't even considered and I'm glad I took him up on his suggestion. (Tiling around my tub to match the shower.)

Recieved estimate and then we called him and told him to put us on his schedule. He was booked a couple of weeks out due to weather ......which was fine with us we were not in any hurry. 2 Guys came and worked on exterior of house all day until completion. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. We also referred our nieghbor to him and I believe they will be doing work for them also.

Lawrence S Fortney Home Repairs & Maintenance
They were punctual each and every day and if they had to run a few minutes behind in getting here in the morning, they would call to let us know.  Having them in our home was a pleasure, they made it feel as if friends had come to visit!  They used all their own tools/equipment and always came prepared.  They cleaned up completely every day so that our home stayed in good order through the entire time the work was being performed.  They work so well together, always in sync with what the other one is doing/saying.  We thoroughly enjoyed them being here and can't wait to start on the kitchen in  couple of weeks.  We had been searching for someone to take my daughter's Grandpa's place as our "handyman"....he has done our work since I was 15.  He has now retired and I was not looking forward to locating someone new.  I selected 3 from Angie's list to get bids and Larry and Mary Pat were by far the very best choice that we possibly have made.  I almost hate to write this, knowing it may make them even busier than they already are, but I cannot help it, they deserve all the accolades and then some.  Thanks Larry and Mary Pat and thanks Angie's List!! :0)

    ANGEL'S HOME SOLUTIONS
Angel came to our home as we requested, and gave us an estimate for the work we wanted done.  He made an appointment to complete the work, and at the appointed time he and his crew arrived with the materials and began work.  The job was completed in one day, and turned out very well. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work, and Angel and his crew were very professional during their day here at out home. They were responsive to every request we made of them, and they cleaned the site thoroughly when they were finished. I would strongly recommend Angel for similar projects, and I intend to offer him additional projects that we have in mind. We also feel that he gave us a fair and reasonable price for the work he did for us.
