    We went to Hurst TV and Appliance to shop for a new dryer. Since our washing machine had been having problems, we decided to get some information about washing machines as well. The person who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose a machine that best suit our needs. Because of his help and expertise , we decided to get the washing machine well. The units were on sale and we got a great deal. In addition, they only charge $79.95 to deliver and install the appliances and haul away the old ones. The technicians who delivered and installed the appliances were very professional and provided information on use and care of the machines. The new appliances are exactly what we wanted and work very well. We are very pleased with the service we received from Hurst TV and Appliance and highly recommend them!

    He delivered the washer and dryer to my home.  He advertises a warranty with the product.  While washing my first load, I noticed very loud noise coming from the washer.  I called him with concerns.  He stated that I needed to level the washer.  Once I confirmed it was level, I called back because the noise could still be heard.  From that point on, he never answered his phone again.  I've left several messages and texts with no response.  Now I have to pay out of pocket for repair because he ripped me off.  After speaking with a few friends, it seems he has a history of this behavior.  I've decided to take the necessary steps to file suit against this guy.

    We've used them ever since we've moved in Dallas. Every time we've had an appliance issue or bought a new appliance, we've gone to Hurst. I've used them for years and I've always been very pleased. They're competitive. They're great with customer service and taking care of your needs. They did a good job.

    They were very helpful. We are in an older brick home and the space was limited. We wanted to try to get the largest refirigerator we could for the amount of money and the space. We found one and they found one. When they came out to deliver and install it, it was such a fit. The serviceman really worked and got it in. It was really close so he had to put in a lot of extra effort to get it just right. The price was comparable to whatever place else we looked.

    The work turned out perfect.  In March of 2013, I called for repair on my washing machine, and they were fabulous. He came out and he told me that he didn't know what that was, but by doing one thing, it had stopped. He told me it was a seal. I said that I hate the washing machine and I would buy it. He talked me out of it, and he told me that I should continue using that washing machine until it failed. He did not charge me a service fee, because he said he didn't do anything.  I used it for another year, and it did not fail, but it got a leak on it. I went back based on that experience to buy a washing machine. Everybody was nice, and liked working. I had a question and I stopped by there, and they called me by name. That was good customer service. I would highly recommend them. The honesty and customer service stands out.

    The service was great. They went the extra mile. I talked to the sales man on the phone, and he gave me so much information, that I had the stove delivered without going into the store myself. He sent somebody out to look at a hole in the ceiling that I had from an old stove. The salesman that I talked to on the phone was very very nice.

    This was a terrible experience.  I purchased a Samsung Side by Side refrigerator for around $2000.  They delivered it, and it didn't have any packaging and had fingerprints all over the stainless steel.  When they installed it there was a box for the water filter but the water filer was missing.  The store managered called me after the delivery to see what to do.  While I was talking to her on the phone, I realized that not only was the water filter missing, but that there were circles on the condensating glass shelves.  Then I noticed on one of the shelves inside the door that there was actually food.  So they delivered to me a used/returned refrigerator and tried to pass it off as new. 
    I went back to the store and ordered another refrigerator and asked it to be delivered new in the wrapping.  They picked up the damaged/used one and delivered it on Saturday and unpacked and installed it.  Then the delivery guy said, oh I can give you a couple hundred off of this because it has a little damage.  He showed me the damage at the bottom of the side, and I asked him to pull out the refrigerator.  It wasn't a small dent, but was about 18 inches long, near where the compressor is.  They said if I didn't take this one I would have to wait until they could reorder another one.  I opted to return it. 
    I have spent more than three weeks fooling around with Lowe's so I could have a new refrigerator for my new house when I moved in.  However, they just could not make this work.  People should be careful when you buy from them that they don't try to pass off old used dirty appliances as new.

    My experience with Oliver Dyer was wonderful.  I loved being able to speak with a real live person on the phone and was delighted to be able to make my purchase over the phone and not have to drive across Fort Worth.  They will definitely be my first call for my next purchase or repair.
