  I had came across Michael���s name through lots of recommendations from neighbors. Everyone said he was wonderful, and they were not wrong! I needed the following items done around my house: pressure wash my deck and two story stucco home, re-coat my deck with replace a second story window frame board with a hole in it and paint the new board, gutter cleaning, repair and seal cracks in stucco all over the home, then paint it. I had to be out of town, but after meeting Michael and hearing how great he is from all my neighbors, I trusted him completely. I came home to a perfect home - job well done! Michael was even able to ���rebuild��� part of a stucco wall for me that had such large, gaping cracks that it crumbled when he tried to fill them. I have recommended him to everyone I know!

  Company was initally very professional and prompt to provide quote. Prices were a little higher than other quotes but reasonable. I had asked for a quote for a smaller scope and was given a price. I then asked if my patio and sidewalk could be added to the new quote for a discounted rate and was told no, which was fine. When I called to schedule, I was told the price was going to be an additional $50 dollars from the quoted rate because I wasn't including all the areas and I could "take it or leave it because he (Mr Orr) no longer wanted to do my project anyway because I begged for a discount" so he would no longer honor the rate he emailed me for the house only. It was a disappointing phone call considering he previously told me they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. I hope that Mr Orr was simply having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way simply because they have a small project. Prior to my phone call with him I was willing to pay the higher rate vs his competitors because I believed in his company. Now I am not so sure about his customer service guarantee if you are not a corporate customer.

  They came out as scheduled and did the wash as I observed. When I wanted to walk to the front of the house to see if the hornet nest areas were clean, he barked about the beach going on me. Okay, fine. He took a photo for his book. Later I realized he did not bother to move my floor mat where the hornets nest had been. If you want to have me back off, then you need to step up and do it with the client in mind. That area of the concrete had a darker stain under the mat, he could have moved it, but didn't, it would not show up in his photos so who cares? He seem to have a dislike for his job and for clients in general, cause when I asked him about a thing or too, he looked appalled/disgusted/offended and went off on a complaint indicated his special offer price was this and that, etc. therefor I was bothering him.
