    Sandstone Chiropractic
First impression was the nice entrance and the very friendly and courteous staff from start to finish. The appointment was on time and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. This establishment was in tune with my idea of a healthy lifestyle and providing me information to help me accomplish my goals in that. I will definitely return and can highly recommend this place of business.

    Keyes, Dr. Kevin
Very strange experience. Made the appointment one week before the scheduled date. Went to the location to see a sign on the door that they had moved two weeks before. I wasn't told when I made the initial appointment to be sure and come to the new location. Drove to the new location and arrived 15 min early to complete any paperwork. The receptionist was the only one coming in and going out of the office. No one else was visible. She never greeted me. A few minutes later she sat at her desk, called me by name to bring up my drivers license and insurance card. I did. I told her that it would have been helpful to have been told when I made my appointment last week of the new office location, because I went to the old location first. She smiled and said, and quot;Yes, we've moved.and quot; A few minutes later I was approached by 2 young women who introduced themselves by name, and I was told to follow them. Went to a back office where they took vitals and then left. A few minutes later a doctor entered, not Dr. Keyes, and not the doctor with whom I had the appointment. He told me his name and sat down and started going over my information. That complete, I have now returned to the front desk. X-rays were of course needed and I was told that I would have to go back to the old office location for those. When I asked if the x-rays were covered as part of my appointment the receptionist told me I would need to call the x-ray facility and she gave me a phone number. The doctor returned with my specific prescription and I explained that I could not go to the x-ray facility until I knew if they were going to be charged as part of my appointment/co-pay, or if there was an additional co-pay with additional charges/billing. He then told the receptionist to call the x-ray facility and ask. She took back the phone number that she had given me earlier and made the call herself. She then told me that I would need to contact my insurance company to find out. In the meantime they wanted me to come back the following morning for x-ray results and treatment and would I like to now make that appointment. Really?? This shouldn't be a NEW question for an office that has been in practice for some time. Ok, the Chiropractic office was beautiful. Dr. Keyes has been in practice for a while and had good reviews on Angie's List. This is no reflection on him, as I never saw him, but I wanted to share that experience with you. The whole visit was too strange to say the least and I won't be returning.

    Kevin Coupe MD
We originally met Dr. Coupe when the practice was Fondren. Since that time the practice has moved to a new location in The Woodlands and is now UT Physicians. Everything that happened from first visit to MRI to surgery and follow up went was first rate. Very professional, very helpful at each step great follow up.

    ABC ACADEMY
I have been a member of this community for a long time.  It is a Christian based center and they are very loving.  They have a great curriculum and a lot of outside interests that have been brought in like gymnastics, music and computers.  It is an enrichment environment.  They care so much and they are very attentive to the needs of children and families and check with families about food allergies and stuff like that.

    Presbyterian Day School
They are just awesome. It is a Christian based learning environment that is so warm and nurturing. The kids begged to go. They don't want to stay home, even on Sundays. They want to go to school and be with their teachers and friends. It's a wonderful environment. The kids learn so much. They offer a curriculum. They also have Spanish, art, music, and a gymnasium. It's a great program. This is for kids that aren't even old enough to start school yet. It's a preschool.

Elements Therapeutic Massage - Lake Conroe
The front desk staff was very welcoming. I chose a Sunday Noon appointment and the staff was there ahead of time (even though they don't open until Noon) to invite me in and get my paperwork started. I was introduced to the masseuse, Connie, who had a very calming spirit. She was very attentive to my stress areas of my neck and asked me if the pressure was just right to get my knots out of my lower back. She adjusted according to my responses. I found her very pleasant, good at relieving stress and someone I will request again.
