    SIMPSON'S TREE SERVICE
The service I received from Simpson Tree Service was prompt, efficient and courteous! The professionalism of the team. was apparent the minute they arrived. They went over what would be done and asked if I was happy with their service before they left. I couldnt have asked for anything more, and I will DEFINITELY be using their services from here on out. My trees look GREAT now!! And I am so thankful that I didnt put it off any longer. THANK YOU!!!

    SIMPSON'S TREE SERVICE
They did an excellent job removing a few trees. One of the trees was leaning at a 45 degree angle and they removed it safely. I asked them if they can leave some of the wood chips for mulch and they did. Their tree grinder makes excellent mulch.

    HOUSTON ARBOR CARE TREE SVC
They did excellent work in removing a large Bradford Pear tree that was planted too close to the house. The tree was growing very rapidly and the branches where too close to the house and neighbors garage.

    Mike's Complete Landscaping
Back yard ground was bare after another lawn service killed the grass with overtreatment. Mike quoted installation of new sod, plus planting ground cover in a heavily shaded area, and some trimming on a couple of trees that were providing too much shade. Work was done in a timely manner, crew left the area neat and tidy. Two months later, the grass and ground cover still look beautiful and healthy.

    Houston Tree Service Pros
David left me high and dry. Huge disappointment. Was suppose to plant the plants I brought and trim some trees. He made an appointment and later called and said he could not come that day as he let go of a staff employee. Said he would reschedule. Left messages and text for him and he never responded back. He did work for me in the past and did a good job but had a time issue problem. Had to find someone else to do the work. This person needs to find a new profession. He is not dependable and has no customer service skills. Will not be calling him back. Luckily, paid no money down. Be very careful if you use this company.

    RF Tree Service Corp
Everything went very well. They cut down 2 trees that were about 40' tall between my neighbor's house and mine. It was a tricky spot that left little room for error, but they did a great job with no damage done. They were very reasonably priced and were very professional. I would definitely hire again.

    SIMPSON'S TREE SERVICE
We received an itemized quote from Simpson's for removal of a small tree and trimming all of the dead branches off another very large tree. The trimming quote referred to "everywhere possible". When Simpson's arrived on site we discussed the job and spoke about "removing all of the dead and leave as much green as you can". So far so good. When the job was completed, I noticed a giant section of dead branch was still there. I was told that had to be removed with "topping" and it was not included in the "trimming" quote. We'd never been given a quote on "topping", even though our goal had been to remove all of the dead branches, and this was a huge 20 foot section. I was told it'd be another $600 for the topping. We called the office as the original appraiser was not part of the work team. The office told us topping was that expensive, couldn't explain why that was not part of the original quote, or why it was never discussed at all in the two previous interactions. We sent in pictures, and the office told us the tree was dying, topping would definitely killing it, and in their professional opinion, we were wasting our money trimming it (this is after the check cleared, of course). So, either we have a job that was not fully completed - we're guessing because Simpson's realized they underbid, so they simply stopped working - OR we have a job that shouldn't have been done at all, which Simpson's chose not to advise us on until after they were paid. One of those situations is true, and either way, I advise not using this company. I should also mention, during the job, a large branch was not properly tied and it fell, knocking down several boards from the fence between us and the neighbors. Luckily, it didn't hit a house or one of the guys standing within a few feet with no helmets on. Simpson's never came to tell me they knocked down the boards - and when I confronted them about it, they said they had already left to buy new boards and would replace them. I guess my neighbors were just supposed to wonder why suddenly a small section of fence was very obviously no longer stained?

    Emigdio Santiago Service
On June 6th, I received an estimate from Abigail Santiago on behalf of Emigdio Santiago Service. I also obtained a few additional estimates. On July 13th, I called Abigail to let her know that I would like for them to do the work. She initially indicated that they could do the work within the next few days. However, she called back to let me know that they could do the work later that afternoon (same day). They promptly arrived at the agreed upon time. Once here, we discussed what was to be done and they immediately got to work. They did a really nice job of trimming both trees. Additionally, they did a nice an job of removing the one tree away from the house by cutting it back by 4ft. Once completed with the work, they did a wonderful job of clean up. They hauled away all limbs and debris away when done. Overall, I think they did a great job.

    H&H Escobar Property Services, LLC
The crew arrived late as they had been working for an earlier customer who expanded the planned work scope. That happens when you are not the first customer of the day. The company could have done a better job communicating the delay and updating us with expected arrival time. However, once on site the crew could not have been more professional and courteous. They timed what needed to be done and cleaned up as they moved from tree to tree.

    Texas Tree Trimming
Response was as appointed and friendly. Equipment was adequate to perform the work safely. Work was done as specified. Debris was removed (1 large trailer full). In addition, they suggested removal of some trees 3" to 8" diameter. We accepted some of these suggestions. They provided estimates for removal of two larger trees.
