Horrible! Groomer did not listen to my instructions at all! Showed a picture of previous cut and what my expectations consisted of. Then was no where to be found when I was expressing my discontent! One employee had the nerve to ask if the picture I was showing was actually my dog and another employee told me that they couldn't put his hair back so there was nothing that they could do! Really! Truly disappointed and disgusted with grooming. I will not go back.

I am very happy with them. They are very nice people. I have 4 dogs, two big ones and two little ones and they are not as well socialized as they should be but that is my fault not theirs. They help me take the dogs in and help me bring the dogs out. It is a nice little personal touch that I really appreciate.  They give me a little report which I appreciate. They ask me before they do things, what do I want done and I tell them. Then according to what I want done on each dog, they do that  and then give me a report.  The one specific thing that had me started with them, was that they grind the nails, they don't just cut them. That is far better especially now with my new furniture.  The price is probably average.

They are fine and we have had no problems. They are very attentive with the animals. They are very loving. Once when I went to pick up my dog, my dog was not in the kennel, she was out interacting with the other doggies. Once they also bathed my dog, since she was out playing in the mud with the other dogs. My dog has been very happy. I would drive to their location of about an hour, because it worth it. In my heart I did not want to worry about my dog. They also called me long distance to let me know that my dog was not eating very well, due to being in a new location. They also took pictures of my dog and sent it to my phone too. I was very impressed.

The appointment was made a few days ahead of time. When it was time for the service, the truck arrived in professional looking van and the representative was also in a uniform. She went over the order with me and took my dog in her van. It just a short time, about 20 minutes, she returned with a fresh clean dog. I never left my house, and the van never left my driveway. Deserved a great tip!

It was very hard to put our dog to sleep but they treated him with kindness and dignity. We even got a sympathy card from the entire staff expressing their condolences and how they would miss Shadow. Overall, I would rate them an A+. The only minor point I would have is that there prices are not the cheapest, but for the care they gave, I think it was more than worth the cost.

When we arrived with our 2 dogs, we were cheerily greeted right away, and it didn't take long to get us into our exam room. The staff immediately look our first dog back into the lab for blookwork and vaccinations. He was brought back pretty quickly, aand they then took our 2nd dog back for his bloodwork and vaccinations. After that, we waited a few minutes for Dr. McCain, who listened to their hearts and lungs, palpated their tummies, and looked in their mouths at their gums. One of my dogs needs his teeth cleaned so that's coming up soon. After the visit, we got the bill and paid it, set up Chico's dental cleaning appt, and that was it.

Lake Olympia Animal Hospital gives discounts on health checks for animals who have been rescued and are being fostered.

Whenever we have boarded our cats or dogs there, it worked out fine. They get good care while they're there.

Whenever we had to put down our animals, even a gerbil, the doctor was always as sensitive and caring about the gerbil as he/she would be for a dog or cat. The euthanasia was set up very calmly and every step was discussed quietly for me so I wouldn't be surprised at what they were doing. They gave me time to say goodbye to my babies, holding and talking to them. When I was ready, they administered the meds. At that point it is a very short time before the pet is gone and no longer in pain. I had more time to sit with my baby, and when I felt ready, I went out to take care of the paperwork. They work with you about what kind of cremation options to choose. A few weeks afterr that, the office always sends a very loving and touching condolency card that we always appreciate.

We've been going to Lake Olympia Animal Hospital for over 20 years, with 3 cats, 4 dogs, a rat, 2 gerbils. They have never been anything but wonderful at any time we've been there., They are friendly, organized and obviously love animals and clearly understands the feelings of the owners for their pets. In early January of 2011 we were fostering a sweet little female chihuahua we named Lamb who'd been living on the streets for who knows how long. She had heartworms so we took her in and kept her calm while the medication was working. Unfortunately, at some point, the heartworms moved from her lungs into her heart, which was ruining her red blood cells which then made her start sneezing and dripping watery red fluid from both ends. Dr. Remark told us she was very very sick and didn't have much time left, but our option was to take Lamb to Texas Aand M Veterinary School for heartworm extraction. We almost flew up there we drove so fast. Texas Aand M was amazing. They took her in right away, and after some images were taken, Lamb was prepped for surgery. They did the surgery immediately, taking out 17 12and quot; worms!! It was a success, and she has been perfect ever since. Without Dr. Remark's wonderful care of Lamb, she would have died, so we owe a great debt of thanks to Dr. Heather Remartk. We've also seen all the doctors that work there at some point or another, and I am always impressed with every single one of them.
