    There is a pharmacist there and my immunizations, pneumonia, flu shots and everything, I get from her. She knows me by face. She is just friendly.  I have all my prescriptions at one time so I can pick them up at one time.  It is another very good store. She certainly deserves recognition.

    I have been using United Healthcare for medical and dental insurance for the past three years. My policies are through my employer so I really don't have any choice in the matter. However, I have been reasonably pleased with United Healthcare over this time. I have never had any issues with not having this insurance accepted by any medical or dental providers of my choice. Coverages are reasonable, however those are probably more driven by my employer. I have never had any significant billing issues with either United Healthcare or applicable physicians and anytime I have ever had to call or interact with them, it has gone fairly well. Overall, I am happy with United Healthcare.

    Better than usual. My costs were actually less than last month for the same prescriptions.
    I go to the doctor every 6 months for follow up care for high colesterol and high blood pressure. I have never had a problem with the doctor visits.
    Every now and then they make changes on the pharmacy part and I don't like it. Last month my prescriptions cost $35.00 more than the month before and this month they're back to the old amount??? Crazy, that's one thing I don't like is it seems like they are monthly changing prescription coverage.

    I have one dependent I pay over $400.00 for him. When my daughter turned 26, they said they sent COBRA forms but I don't believe them, she lost coverage and was unable to get coverage because of pre-existing conditions. Now she's on a special policy for people that can't get insurance because of pre-existing conditions guess who her new carrier is.... United Healthcare. Her policy is about 1/4 of what she would've paid for COBRA, what????

    I have this insurance provider through work for years. Overall it is fine but recently they start to use their own medication provider. And they have quite few exclusions for the medication reimbursement and they cannot even explain why they are not covering the medications that they have been covered for years.

    In the mean time, the premium did go up a lot.

    I initially filed for this policy with AIG on March 4th, the day after my ex husband's death.  They have been dragging their feet on the grounds of the divorce and the way that clause is written in the divorce decree, stating that the policy was to be held with me as beneficiary, in the first place to pay all child support, and then to revert to his estate and to be held in trust for the benefit of the children.  I think they first required a copy of the decree, which I had actually already sent them in January, because I was afraid of what my ex-husband's girlfriend might be up to. Then I think they asked for a copy of the will, which I sent them right away.
    My accountant provided me with a calculation of support owed in arrears, along with an accelerated child support calculation going forward.  AIG had requested this, and had assured me verbally that it was a technicality and that the lump sum would be made payable to me.  The letter asking for this calculation states that, once they received it, payment is generally processed in 10 days.
    I sent the calculation on May 4th, and followed up with a phone call on the 10th.  After claiming they hadn't received the calculation, the representative said, oh, here it is, and she would have someone call on Monday the 13th.  I received no phone call.
    On May 17th, I called again, and was transferred to a claims analyst, who said the documents were in legal and were out of her hands.  After a similar discussion on the 22nd, I filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance, and called American General and asked to speak with a manager.  I was connected to a manager, who assured me she would follow up, but having heard nothing back as of the 28th, I called and left her a voice mail.  Still no reply, so I called again yesterday (May 30) and got her on the phone.  She gave me the same old song and dance about it being in legal, and she would contact the appropriate attorney herself, but these things take time.  
    I spoke with a representative at the Texas Department of Insurance today.  She confirmed that my complaint has been received and said she was very glad I had filed the complaint, because this was just wrong, but it takes TDI a number of weeks to follow up on these things.  I have also spoken with a friend in the insurance business, who is appalled at this situation, and filed a complaint with the BBB.
    I recommend avoiding doing business with this company at all costs!

    I liked the fact that Walgreens was open 24 hours. They are so busy that it takes forever to get your prescriptions filled. Just the other day my husband went there and dropped off a prescription. They said it would be done in about an hour. When I went through the drive-thru, I sat there for 20 minutes. It was way passed an hour before the prescription was done. They are just too busy and don't have enough people on staff to handle the volume. I think people use them because they are 24 hours, but it isn't worth it to me. I wouldn't use them for my everday stuff, because they take too long.

    It has been a very good experience with Kroger pharmacy. I never have any problems. I never have to wait at all. They are very prompt. They are helpful with giving the information that will help us.
