If you’ve never been to see a chiropractor before, we know that you’ll have concerns and plenty of questions. That’s why we always offer the initial consultation at no charge. The consultation is an opportunity to sit down with one of our doctors and explain your health condition. We do this so that you have a chance to get to know us better and for us to determine if we can help you. There’s no point in continuing on to any next steps if your condition isn’t right for our treatment. Dr. Nata...

AI've been going to see Dr Siegmund for probably 3 years and used to go more regularly when I had more frequent issues. My most recent 2 appointments were due to a flare up with neck pain and migraines. He is always very considerate if I'm in pain and his adjustments are very careful so I feel safe. Dr Siegmund is clearly very experienced because his adjustments are precise and most importantly effective. His team are very professional and I've always received good service from everyone I've met there. I did have an appointment with Dr Wafer there one time too who was also very good. They've even made sure to fit me in at short notice when I've needed a last minute appointments. They accept my insurance too which is important to think about. If you're looking for a chiropractor who is an expert and can help you when in pain Dr Siegmund and the Core Chiropractic team is an excellent choice.

FI started seeing Dr. Mark Marquardt early November of this year. Honestly, it has been a terrible experience and just felt as if the office was very sneaky from the start. First off, the spinal decompression machine is a Triton machine. Please do your research on this machine as this may deter you from even going to this office. I was offered a free consultation and the doc actually gave me 2 free sessions of the decompression (OR SO I THOUGHT). Secondly, they are not in network with any insurance as told by the office manager, Ashley. She did however offer to check my out of network benefits and see if anything was covered. Well come to find out she actually billed the insurance for the two visits, WITHOUT MY CONSENT! My wife called to simply ask if there was a consent in place for them to bill the insurance and of course there was not. Ashley said she would refund the insurance and did not see why it was a big deal. Ashley was very rude to not only me, but my wife and talked over her while she was speaking. My wife has been in the healthcare industry for 20 years so she knew what she was talking about and was firm with Ashley. Then that led to Ashley stating she was (and I quote) "white girl rude." When choosing where you would like to go for this service please keep in mind the office manager is RACIST (with her above stated remark) and will also bill your insurance without your knowledge. The services are absurdly overpriced and there are many others in the area that will not deceive you when you are already in so much pain.

BDespite our excellent care, we will not be going back because of our most recent experience with my husband's back. Dr. John set up a care plan for him and my husband expressed concern at the cost of such a lengthy treatment. Dr. John said they would work it out and my husband had the impression the total cost to him would be around $500. Instead we received a bill at the end for over $1000. This was not our idea of reasonable and felt we were misled. I gave a "B" for Communication above, because Dr. John is excellent on communicating about the medical issue and the treatment and how it will help, but not so great with the billing issues.

BIt is a huge clinic, not an ideal situation. But it is what it is. I think they are okay. If you have a variety of problems they are going to be able to handle it no problem. The immunologist is real good, I like him.

AIn early August of 2013 I saw Dr. Keng for the first time. X-rays were needed to assist in the evaluation. After the Doctor examined my medical records and x-rays she started with her plan for adjustments, therapy, as well as therapeutic massage. At the time I'm writing this it has been several weeks since my first treatment. I had been in tremendous pain for 24 hours a day for a very long time, but with Dr. Keng's help I started to see improvement after one month of treatment. Now I'm able to relax in a recliner without any pain. From being in significant pain 24 hrs. a day I'm feeling comfortable about 60 percent of the time. If you understand the science of chiropractic care it usually doesn't help immediately but through continuous treatment the body is taught how to correct what has been wrong with itself. I'm very satisfied with Dr. Keng and with everyone at her clinic.

AMy doctor at Texas Children's Pavilion for Women performed surgery on me to get rid of my cancer. She got it all the first time and I did not have to have chemo or anything else. She's a real great surgeon. She has an excellent bedside manner. She's funny and doesn't make you feel like you're sick. You want to feel as normal as possible and she makes you feel as normal as possible. I always left her office with a smile on my face. She's great. She always made my husband and I feel awesome.

AShe listened carefully to everything I said and asked pertinent questions. Through manipulation and massage she has relieved my neck and back pain. I do still see her every 5 weeks or so for maintenance and being pain free has definitely made a difference in my life!

ACore ChiropracticThey are very nice which I really like. The receptionist is friendly and nice which is a great first impression, they know your name, and are personable. Dr. Wafer is really good and always asks how I am and is genuinely interested in my well being. I see him once per month and he does not try to sell me on adding more appointments.- Dinah W.

ABatterton Chiropractic ClinicGreat. There have been a number of positive changes that have occurred over the course of my treatment. I cannot factually say the changes are related to the treatment but from my view they do seem to be related. One change I can say is certainly related to the treatment is that the increased mobility in my spine has required I completely change my golf swing!- Glynn B.

AVillage ChiropracticGREAT! No pain during treatment and I felt better after each visit until I was pain-free and healed. The staff got me in within an hour of my initial phone call. Dr. Andy did an X-ray right away as he suspected a ruptured/bulging disc. After the initial X-ray, I needed an MRI for a more thorough diagnosis which they were able to quickly schedule for me at a separate facility. Because of the disc problem, I had to re-schedule an abdominal surgery which was planned for in early July. Dr. Andy said I'd be healed completely by the time the re-scheduled surgery date came up and I was! Treatment started out 3x weekly spinal decompression (on a computerized table that VERY gently decompresses the spine), muscle stimulation and chiropractic adjustments (no "cracking" just gentle manipulations). It tapered to 2x per week, then 1x per week. Now I go in monthly just for an adjustment. My "Spinal Corrective Care Plan" included 24 visits over 2.5 months. The full price cost was $2,088.00. 3 payment options were offered: pre-pay discount of 10%, partial pre-pay with a 5% discount and a finance option.- Diane S.

ANorthwest Chiropractic CenterVery well. Dr. Junkin is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had therapy before his adjustment. During the adjustment he did some pressure points to relieve knots and pain. His adjustment style is not rough like others I've been to in the past.- Mitzi S.
