The receptionist there is pretty rude that I get to where I hate to call or even go out and talk to him and check in. They are always rude. They always have somebody else to talk to behind them or beside them instead of checking us in. They didn't use to be like that but I guess since they have redone their phones which has been about 6 months, it has just been bad. If I sit a long time, my attitude has been adjusted by them one way or another. I would recommend them for the doctors, but I would not just because of the receptionist. The doctors are wonderful. They are super excellent doctors. Everybody else is great, the nurses and anyone else I come in contact with.

Dr. Madden was very thorough with my first visit, he took his time and looked at every little detail in my records to make sure my last doctor covered all the right bases during the first half of my pregnancy. Facility is very clean and his nurse is well educated and knows her stuff!! Since Dr. Madden takes so much time with each patient making sure everything is correct his appointment times get a little off but I havent had to wait longer than 10m past my scheduled appointment.

When I talked to him about fertility issues he was quick to give unnecessary medication and when that did not work, he put me on medication that's dangerous but he did not tell me what kind of issue was, how it works or anything about it. When he couldn't explain what he was giving or anything, I quickly opted out of his service. I won't recommend him at all.

Dr Case diagnosed my son with Mono. She helped us get into a new pediatrician (most have wait lists). She followed his care and reassessed him. I really liked her and I trust her assessment. I wish she could be his primary care. We will be seeing her again in a few months (once the mono is resolved) to assess if he'll need his tonsils removed. If you need an ENT in Midland, Dr Case is the one!

I started going to Dr. Lively in February. He and his staff are very friendly. You may have to wait 10-20 minutes to see him; however, this seems to be pretty common in every ob/gyn office I have ever been to. This is my 3rd pregnancy. Their billing is completely up to date. They let me know at my first appointment what my insurance would cover and what I would owe. Staff is very friendly and very forthcoming. I love that he has a patient portal website where you can login and see your next appointment date and time and any lab tests/results online.

Dr. Patel is awesome!  We hardly ever had to wait more than ten minutes to be seen, which is rare for Midland.  He recommended ear tubes for our daughter and since he put them in, she's never had another ear infection and they're still in over a year later!  I have nothing negative to say.  We had a great experience!

I called for new patient appointment, was told doctor had to approve me and they would call back, they didn't. I called them after waiting a week, this should have been a red flag, but I made the appointment, went to see the doctor, had a full exam. That was 8 days ago, prescriptions still have not been called in. I was told they would schedule other tests I needs for that same week, I'm still waiting on that also. Time to check into another doctor!

My husband originally had an appointment in May and saw Dr. Rastogi's nurse practitioner, Sally. Sally spent about an hour with my husband getting history, examining and setting up testing. We've known her since she was a child and think very highly of her. The appointment with Dr. Rastogi was set to be a follow-up about three months later. Dr. Rastogi saw my husband and reviewed his testing results. She spent about an hour and a half with him reviewing his health issues and making suggestions that were natural in orientation. She is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She is changing her practice and beginning in March, 2014, you have to have signed a contract and pay membership fees monthly before you can see her due to regulations with Obamacare that would change the way she practices if she kept all her patients. It's a shame as she is a very good doctor and not just anyone can have access to her. We like her very much! Really good doctor!

Poorly. Trying to schedule a timely visit is horrible. 2 weeks or more for visit. Then get in and two more weeks until whatever procedure he calls for. Procedure itself went well, however after the procedure doctor stated that nothing was wrong. Blaming stress or anxiety for the diahrrea. Having diahrrea for 2 months will certainly CAUSE stress and anxiety!!!!
Office staff messes up paperwork and is not cordial at all. Wait to see doctor is over an hour with an appointment. Speaking of appointment... if you call for an urgent appointment (sooner than 2 weeks) you are told to go to the ER.
I don't feel the doctor can do anything outside of regular checkups. Any advanced issues he (M Patel) cannot toubleshoot and won't help a patient find someone who is capable of diagnosing the cause.
If all you need is someone to do an upper/lower gastro procedure and you are not in a hurry they will do fine. If you have a major or chronic problem and are suffering.. Don't bother!!!

Dr. Ganta doesn't have the warmest bedside manner, and his office staff are very neutral (not friendly but not rude). For the most part, I feel like I am getting adequate care. The only complaint I would have, care-wise, is that he reduced the dosage on one of my medicines and I feel like I needed it to stay the same. He is a very competent doctor, but somewhat cold and not overly friendly. He's not rude though, so I will keep going back.
