    Very professional,friendly, hard working group of men. Kept re-checking all work to see that it lived up to their standards and mine. Worked the whole time they were here...didn't take any breaks. Am so pleased with this company and the contact they kept afterwards. Excellent job. My house now stays cool; I had several companies tell me the house wouldn't cool because it was hot outside. I will not hesitate to use them again.

    My ac started blowing hot air on 8-3-17. Called my home warranty and this is the company they sent out. My time window was 12-3. He showed up at 2:40 which ok isn't bad. He came in with no tools AT ALL went and looked at my backyard unit. After a couple of minutes came in and said it went out. Asked what was wrong and he told me it's like a car they just go out. Asked if was covered under warranty and he said well kinda I would owe $1600-$1700 but otherwise it would be cause they got a cheap unit sent from over seas so would be a minimum of 2 weeks to get it but then said I could have a unit in 4 days if I wanted to upgrade to the $20k unit. Told him I couldn't afford that so he said he would order the cheap one but when he was telling me this he made comment about my last name and said well he didn't tell people his last name but his name was Richard Long. Then told me how he was ex military and they always goast name first so was called Long Dick. My 14 yr old daughter got to hear this! So I was beyond upset which I'm sure he could tell so he left. My husband got home about 4:30 and told him everything that had happened. He called the home warranty company to say he didn't want that guy back but also to see what our exact out of pocket expense would be. They told us it was denied cause of a "thorny bush growing into our unit which punctured the condenser that ruined the unit". Let me say I do have a bush on each side which is a sage bush and stays trimmed so no way that happened. My husband then called the guys cell phone that we had cause he had called trying to find our house. He said he never told the warranty that and would contact them to get it all straightened out. Never heard from the company again until today when we called and put in a different location in the prompt and said we wanted a new unit. But after we had been without ac for 36 hrs we let someone else come look at it. It was a wire that didn't have a good connection! 36 hours and no ac with having a so called professional come look at it and that's all it was!!! He wanted to make his money on the $20k unit! Even better when they did talk to my husband today the price dropped to $10k. That's when my husband informed them the unit worked great and it was such a simple fix! Didn't take 5 minutes to fix it. It's scary the type of people this company sends to your home!

    The gentleman was very polite. He did wonderful work, and was in and out. He gave me a two day time frame, and got it done within that. He gave me an estimate before he started the work, and the cost at the end was a little below the initial estimate. This was my first time using this company, and I would recommend them to anyone! They did good work! He was on point with everything he said.

    I was determined not to get a new HVAC system.  But, Robert Herrera showed us how much we needed one, how we could save on electricity, how we could save on the cost of a new unit, and what we could expect in the future from MasterTech to service our unit.  Everything Robert told us he would do was done.  The work was performed quickly, efficiently, cleanly.  The installers were amazing.  Polite, friendly, helpful.  When the city inspector came to check the unit, he said MasterTech did an EXCELLENT job of installation and he passed it with flying colors.  I've already recommended MasterTech in Midland to a friend who is looking for a new unit in the near future

    He's been doing work for me for about the last 7 months. He fixed one of my door frames where the door wouldn't shut correctly. He's also worked on many other things. He's very professional. Even if he's already working on something, he's very respectful and will knock each time before entering the home.

    It seemed like the service was geared towards finding other issues with my HVAC system so that they could get more work from me. They did the tune-up on one A/C unit, but had trouble adjusting the thermostat without the operating manual.

    For many months, the tenant who has occupied the commercial building Eric Salas, owner of Eric's Plumbing Construction, built, have complained that a fine dust has coated everything in the offices. Another heating/ air conditioning company was called to see if they could clean out the air conditioning ducts. A service technician came out, looked at the duct work and heating/A/C unit. The findings included: Installation of new plenums and new duct work, sealed everything; fixed 24v electrical that was miswired -- the A/C was connected to the heat and when the thermostat was switched to cool, the fuses blew. Also fixed electrical that was stripped -- to prevent future shorts and tightened the lugs on thermostat. Mr. Salas was notified the work he and or his sub contractor provided April 14, 2016 (less than a year) was sub-standard and repairs to correct the inferior workmanship amounts to $3,225.00. I have asked Mr Salas to reimburse me for the current repair fees, incurred because of his negligence. He is claiming he didn't get paid for painting and doors -- which has nothing to do with the poor quality of not sealing the duct work for the heating/A/C unit as well as improper wiring. I will gladly produce ALL invoices I received from Mr. Salas as well as cancelled checks. I have asked him to produce any unpaid invoice and we will discuss the matter further. He refuses to take any phone calls. REporting his sub-standard work is my last resort.

    Serviceman was fine, even went to truck to get batteries to replace those needed in the thermostats as we were out of the correct size. He inspected the A/C and furnace, and replaced the furnace filter which had been long-but not those in the air ducts as I had also pointed out when orienting him to the house. My oversight in that I didn't physically go around to inspect what he did when he said he was finished. The invoice was for a lesser amount than had been quoted.

    Fantastic business. Chose to use One Way rather than the rude, fly-by-night provider my home warranty service assigned to my claim. Completely worth spending the money out of pocket to use One Way. My A/C was up and running again in LESS THAN 90 MINUTES after my initial call. Extraordinary service. Fast, yet done in a manner that instilled confidence and immediate loyalty. Intend to use only One Way for my HVAC issues from this day forward.
