  • My family has been using Phillips for years. I have always liked the doctors and never had reason to complain until now. When we bought my sons glasses we were told they would be guaranteed for a year. The frames my son choose are Oakley's that the stems snap into. One of the stems snapped off and can not be found. Phillips will not honor their year guarantee supposedly because the piece cannot be found. How does that make sense? Broken is broken. After years of coming to Phillips with my family the first time we have an issue we are told they won't help us. So I'm done. I'll take my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same.

  • He's excellent. My wife has had trouble getting contacts because of the shape of her eyes and he's had dozens of different kinds of ranges on her. He's always trying new things with her and he's always been helpful with me. I've been going to that office for 30 years. Both of them are really good. They'd bend over backwards to help you.

  • My overall experience with him went very well. I would recommend him to other members. The way he communicates with me, as far as being his patient stood out to me the most. He always explains things very well. His staff, they are polite. Once you get in there, they get your information and you just have to wait in the waiting room until they call your name.

  • My visit went as expected. I am having eye issues which need to be seen by a specialist. Dr. Gray's office has set me up with a retinal specialist and will continue to monitor my vision needs after the specialist. Without Dr. Gray's use of top of the line optometric equipment, wouldn't know how bad my eyes have gotten.

  • The exam was perfunctory at best . The lenses themselves were off by at least one factor in every category when I had them tested at another facility (after having headaches for over a month). Poor quality product. You really do get what you pay for. Don't go here if you value your eyesight.

  • Made the mistake of going to a large retailer type to get my eyes checked and new glasses. Big mistake. Exam was minimum, cattle car mentality, shoddy product. After a month of headaches, went back to phillips and got my eyes checked again. The Rx from the retailer exam was "off" in every category. Ordered new lenses from Phillips and haven't had a bit of a problem. Advice: DO NOT TRY TO SAVE MONEY ON YOUR EYES! Don't skimp, Phillips is a bit more expensive, but you can trust them to take good care of your vision.

  • They had very new technology for assessing my prescription, but their selection of eye glasses is extremely limited. When I picked up my glasses, I ordered contacts, which they made me pay for in advance (over $150). After six weeks, I called them to ask where my contacts are. They informed me they never ordered them, despite charging me for them! After nearly two months, I still don't have my contacts, but they should be ready Monday. We'll see!

  • Dr. Ceballos is very thorough in her examination using the very latest techniques. She spends time in explaining what the test is and what the results mean. She has a staff that assists in the eye examination.

  • Dr. Thomas C. Turner did a good job. It was a good experience. The only bad thing was they got the payments all messed up where my insurance was supposed to pay for the surgery and I ended up having to pay for it and wait for a month for insurance to reimburse it to me. It turned out great. It took about 20 minutes and he was done. He was very friendly. I couldn't have a bad experience with Dr. Thomas C. Turner. Since he has tow offices, he goes to one place and sometimes he is hard to get. I would use him again in the future.

  • There was nothing special. I had an appointment with Phillips Eye Clinic. They did an exam and set me up with some glasses. They have a good chair side manner. The billing and administration was good as well. I would use them in the future.
