    He said he was qualified to teach jazz when nothing could be farther from the truth. My daughter is now playing in a group at Richland College. The professors there (who all hold Master's Degrees) had plenty to say about the total lack of instruction from Mr. Cornish. We are out over $5,000.00 and she is now struggling. She has had no proper jazz instruction whatsoever. Mr. Cornish fraudulently misrepresented his areas of expertise. Him relying on Youtube videos of jazz pieces instead of being able to realize the lead sheets is beyond ridiculous. We were with another teacher and very happy. That teacher was classically trained and recommended we go to someone who could offer jazz instruction as that was a pressing need. We were given three names. The first one was a wonderful teacher that we spoke with that was very busy and didn't get back to us in time to about take her for jazz instruction, so we ended up with Mr. Cornish. We would have never switched teachers or driven so many miles if we hadn't had to switch to get qualified jazz instruction. Mr. Cornish was never hired for "general lessons." She didn't "agree to study jazz at Richland" either. She was in the high school jazz band needing help and Mr. Cornish was also to prepare her for college level auditions into the jazz groups. So, as I originally said we came to him specifically for jazz instruction and he did not and could not provide that. We placed our trust in the wrong teacher.

    I loved my experience with this company from the moment I walked in the door. The sales folks are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I got the exact shade of blue carpet that I had in mind and it was in my price range. Marty came out to measure two days later.... other companies that had come out to show me their carpet and measure were going to sell me 25 sf more carpet than I needed! Marty was honest and even though I told them 325 sf he said we only needed 300. Saved me some $$. The installers were top notch and even fixed a problem that I caused perfectly so that no seams are visible. We love our new carpeting and cannot be happier!

    Cable service is terrible. We go through a spell of losing signal that shuts down internet, TV, and phone service for approximately 5 minutes. Sometimes it happens multiple times during a day. It won't happen for weeks and then it starts up again. Two technicians have told us different stories as to why it happens, but neither had a cure for it.

    I am not really happy with them, but I need some of the channels and that is why I am using them. I have a contract with them for one year, but I am using them because I don' have an option to use anybody else. Their service technician was good last year when he came, and I didn't have any problem after them. They had a promotion where they gave all the channels for 3 months and then they took them off. There are so many channels but it is not worth it so I am trying to lower the service. Their price is high based on what I am getting. It is a service that they are providing and everything was good after the set up. I have never called them. I would probably use them again because I was using another company which was very bad and that is why I switched. They have a fiber option and they have provided a wireless connection and that is why it is good.

They are always sooooo fast to reply and (thankfully) double check all the details because I always seem to miss something. Kathy, Amy and Eric are so genuine and personable. I truly do look forward to working with them in the future.

    I went to the store approximately 12/1.  He said it would be 60 days.  I believe it was Feb when I received a curt voicemail from his wife saying I needed to pick up my clocks.  I went to pick them up.  I was told sorry, only 1 is ready.  I received no instruction as to how to keep it running.  6 weeks later the 2nd clock was ready.  I took the 1st 1 with me.  In about 60 seconds he told me how to maintain them.  I'm not a stupid person, and thought that, with what I remembered, I could do it.  I couldn't.  About 4 weeks later I took them back to the shop.  His wife was there, and again gave me the 60 second training.  My housekeeper was with me.  By the time we got home, she remembered and we were able to set clock #1.  We spent an hour or so with clock #2 and couldn't get it going.  Clock #1 kept going for 3-4 days.  At that point it started having problems.  With every hour it would move ahead an extra 1-3 minutes (it varied-not consistent).

    The man told me it wasn't good to transport them on their backs.  Which is why I took my housekeeper with me (to hold them upright).  I do not want to pay my housekeeper again if I'm going to get the same 60 second instruction and then not have them perform accurately anyway.

    All of the time I spent at the hospital was well worth it. I was much sicker than I knew. The Doctors, nurses and staff were all wonderful. I asked many of the nurses and staff why they were there. And they were there because they wanted to help others. This was maybe their calling in life. You could sure tell how much they cared and tried to do little things to help you get better.
    And most all of them have a strong belief in God, which I believe helps them do the difficult job that they do. There is a very caring culture at that hospital.

    The provider charged me $57.25 per day for storage fees because I could not receive shipment within 48 hours of returning their call for delivery.  I was leaving town for a prescheduled vacation.  When I learned about the high cost for storage fees I asked for an early morning shipment so I could modify my plans.  They offered me between 9am and 3pm, not an early morning slot.  The only alternative they provided was for me to pick up the delivery at their loading dock.  This is over a 200lb shipment.  There is no way that a single woman could do this on her own.  There was zero consideration for timing.  The storage fees were insane.
    I have scheduled the delivery, hoping to receive early.  If not, I have a neighbor to receive the shipment for me since I am only able to change my schedule so much without losing money on the plans that I already had made.
    I will write a separate review for the actual delivery of goods.
    Next time I have a large shipment I will clarify the carrier with the vendor from whom I am making the purchase.
