    K Griff Investigations, Inc.
I placed a call in to Ms. Griffin recently as I needed help in locating a family member that had taken off during the middle of the night. We had reason to believe that the family member was in the Houston/Galveston area, and had read some reviews on the K Griff agency. Ms. Griffin returned my call promptly. Since we did not have a current location on the family member, Ms. Griffin gave us advice on some things that might help us to establish this location before employing her firm's services. The advice was sound and we actually were able to locate the family member ourselves. I am impressed by the honesty and integrity clearly present in this firm, along with a clear interest in helping people. We did not end up needing to pay for services this time around, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Ms. Griffin and her firm in the future based on the help that she provided us when matters were truly urgent. Our thanks to K Griff Investigations!

    English Tutor / Spanish Tutor
Mr. Feldman was my favorite English teacher in high school and helped cultivate my love for literature and writing. His passion, knowledge, enthusiasm, energy, and love for his students was always apparent, and was a huge influence on me and my decision to become a teacher.

Affordable Big Screen TV Repair LLC
TV was not repairable due to leaving it on for too long. We did that for our indoor dogs but Alex advised not to leave these flat screen TVs on for that long. My TV had burned places so it might have caught fire! A warning to others here. Anyway, they had some TVs for sale and found a nice Samsung 60" that fit the bill. I was able to use the service fee against the purchase price so that helped a little. Price and condition were good plus they delivered so I am totally happy with the deal and service. Friendly and helpful.

    Bruce Douglas Brick Care
Bruce and an associate arrived promptly Thursday morning and immediately jumped in, each doing their portion of the job. They showed me where the rain had been getting in, causing the rust. The finished project looked really professional. A lot of old, porous mortar had been ground out and replaced. And with that crispy black new mailbox snugly secured by fresh grouting, it looked like original. I am very glad I decided not to tackle the replacement myself, and it certainly would not have looked a great as when Bruce and associate completed the upgrade. We're very pleased! Many thanks.

    TV or Not TV Service
At first, it was not doing well but then i figured out I had to use my regular TV remote to adjust the color and then it worked fine. The only complaint I have is that they had to order the part, and he said it would be 3 days, but it ended up being about a week.

    A Plus Management
Amy is a property manager in the Dallas metro area, as well as a Realtor. Amy helped me with a real estate transaction (buying). Amy Karns was recommended to me via my Arizona realtor when I relocated to the Dallas metro area. I knew the north Dallas area somewhat due to visiting friends in the area, but not well enough to house-hunt on my own, and plus I'd never lived in Texas. For home-hunting, I gave Amy a list of my nice-to-haves and my one or two deal breakers, and she got to work. She found a couple by the following weekend, and even in a community that had been recommended to me based on what I was looking for. The first two weren't good matches for various reasons, but within a couple of days another one in that same community popped up. This one was perfect, but I was waiting on my Arizona house to close before making an offer on the home here. Amy was very understanding and incredibly patient with me. We finally made an offer, and the owner took their sweet time filtering through offers. In the meantime, we still looked at at least one more home, but Amy kept me on the straight and narrow--she knew what I wanted and didn't let me settle for less. My offer was finally chosen, and Amy and I went through some rather strange and odd circumstances with that entire transaction--from the very beginning to the very end. She kept her cool when I was on the edge of losing mine. Amy was always available to me, and no question was a dumb question, and there was no such thing as too many questions. She used her experience and knowledge of the local real estate market to navigate us to the closing (and a day early, at that!). I'm very happy to now own the townhouse I wanted, and I couldn't have gotten there without Amy. I highly recommend Amy Karns if you're looking to buy or sell a house in the Dallas metro area.

    Word FenceWorks
Very difficult. Rescheduled several times, took a long time to complete. I have some outstanding work that they still need to do, and said they needed to get paid to take care of bills, and even asked if we could give cash or go to their bank with our check, which we did. Now that it is time to finish the job and complete the repairs that are out of code with our HOA, they are avoiding my calls, send me to voice mail, do not answer text. Brandon is overwhelmed and can not keep up and makes promises that he can't keep. He has left his wife in a predicament where she is afraid to answer calls because she can no longer commit to work as she is afraid he will not be able to deliver. She has even changed her voicemail to redirect all calls to Brandon's voice mail so she does not have to deal with the problems. Brandon is overcommitted and can't keep his promises. I am in violation of my HOA, and they have sent me certified letters and are about to fine me. Brandon promised to come out and fix the fence to code, and has not. He also had a friend help with some of the initial work which is extremely flawed and Brandon promised to come back and repair, but now that he has to pay for the boards needed for the repair and has to use his time, he has put us to the back of the list. If you use them, do not pay until 100% complete, otherwise only pay 50% and the remainder upon complete satisfaction and never expect to see them back for repairs or promises.. or warranty work

Green Oaks Hospital - Wysong Campus
This hospital is abusive and commits serious medical malpractice. I tried to commit euthanasia after much careful deliberation after being seriously ill and almost 100% bedridden for over a year. Unfortunately I was discovered before I was dead. Dr. Doyle Carson misdiagnosed me as borderline (attention-seeking) after a two-minute interview even though I met none of the criteria for the diagnosis. He didn't even ask why I attempted to kill myself. He then proceeded to force a medication on me that I had experienced a serious, life-threatening reaction to in the past. I informed them I could not take this medication and it was forced on me on spite of abundant previous medical documentation of a serious reaction to it. The hospital ombudsman did not respond to multiple requests for assistance. I was called a liar and the doctor would not even meet with me to discuss the issue. I choked and had spasms so bad that six or eight teeth cracked and some had to be extracted. I almost died. The treatment for the reaction is simple, benadryl. When I reported the reaction, barely even able to speak, collapsing to the floor choking, I was taunted and laughed at by the head nurse and staff. Hours later I was given a single dose of benadryl. When it wore off, six hours later, and I was still in agony, barely able to open my jaws or speak, I was denied a second dose of benadryl. Medical protocols said I should have been given benadryl by IV for 12 to 24 hours for this reaction. Also, I was a minister candidate at the time and was blocked by staff from working on my studies. I was told I could not have my study books or a pencil, or even a crayon to write my exercises with, in the name of safety. I was completely calm and compliant, such measures were abusive. I had multiple serious health conditions including a nervous system infection and ricketts at the time and could not sit up without support for more than a few minutes. The staff insisted I was being difficult and was not physically ill in spite of recent hospital admissions. They were utterly abusive and this hospital should be shut down. Their medical "treatment" was medical "malpractice" and outright abuse. My legal case against them was blocked from going to trial by medical malpractice reform laws. The attorney I spoke to informed me that under the new malpractice laws only those with extensive lost earnings could prosecute and he has to turn down 99.2% of legitimate cases of malpractice brought to him. I presented my case myself all the way to the Texas Supreme Court but lost because I could not get my case to trial because of the new laws. Several rape victims' cases didn't go to trial because of these laws and another elderly woman who had scalding water thrown on her and died had her case dismissed without going to trial because of the new laws. Lack of legal recourse for malpractice and abuse means these monsters can do whatever they want. It was like mental health treatment in the dark ages. The United Nations International Criminal Court Prosecutor later offered me refugee status and Australia offered me asylum, in part because of this experience.

Borchardt's Gas grill Repair & Cleaning
Extremely well. Two gentleman arrived on time and got to work right away doing a thorough cleaning. The grill was really dirty - cooked on grease that had dripped all through it. They took it apart and steam cleaned some of the parts and did the rest by hand with a vacuum and some type of chemical to cut through the grease and grime. They were here about 2 1/2 hours and I was shocked at how clean they got it! It almost looked like new. All the grease and grime was gone and it shined all over. The men were very nice also, polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

    Elodin Design, Inc.
We are very pleased with the final design. He created a site very much like we imagined with all the required features. He was great to work with, prompt and very capable. He was very clear in his proposal and a great communicator through the entire process from beginning to end. We collaborated through phone and screen sharing. He has a good understanding of church website requirements and capabilities required. The site can be viewed at [*** Link removed ***] We look forward to working with him again in the future.
