    THE MUTT PUDDLE
I contacted the owner and they found the issue where my primary account was deactivated so they reactivated it and deactivated the incorrect one. The girl also called to apologize. Im good with that and back to taking him there all records were found.

    Pet Smart - Plano
They gave me a discount this time. My dog is old. Basically I bathe her before I take her because she hates the dryer. She gets very agitated. So the last two times I bathe her before I took her. The last time they said they could not give me a discount even though I had bathe her. But this time they did.

    Scruffy to Fluffy Mobile Grooming
We have a groomer that comes to our house.  It's called Scruffy to Fluffy.  For both dogs it's around $130.  They do them both at the same time.  It usually takes like an hour and a half for both of them.  She takes them both out and then brings them both back in.  She interacts very well with our dogs; she loves them.  They're actually very excited to see her.  They like her.  I really like her, the owner.  She's very nice and she does a really good job on our dogs.

    CHASTAIN VETERINARY MEDICAL
They tell me does fine for the grooming. She does not seem traumatized or anything. She doesn't mind going back in. They groomer we have is quite popular and sometimes it is challenging to get an appointment. Sometimes it's a week or two to get in. They do one thing that I think is not good. No body likes to see their pet kept in a crate all day long waiting to be groomed. What they do is have you drop your pet off early, like 7 am. They only way they guarantee your pet is going to get done promptly is pay an additional $20 for express appointment. That just gauls me to no end. I just can't find anybody I like better with the way she looks groomed and everything. Plus it's nice to have your pet groomed at the vets because they have all the rabies records. I just try to get their at quarter till 7 so she is the first one. It is first come, first served unless you get bumped with an express.

    fur friends pet salon
It went great! I called them Monday late afternoon and left a message asking to schedule a grooming on Friday (a rare day off I would have time to take the dogs in). Fur Friends called me back the next day and notified me they were booked that day, but offered to put me on a standby list in case anyone cancelled. They called me Thursday and said they had an opening so I committed to the schedule and brought them my dogs the next day. When I got my dogs back I didn't recognize them, but in a really good way. My dogs' hair was cut exactly to my specifications and for the first time in a while they smelled very clean. Fur friends went a step further also by adorning them with cute clover scarves in observation of St. Patricks day. The facility is in a welcoming corner unit of its strip on Eldorado, everyone was very friendly and courteous, and I found their price very reasonable. I will recommend Fur Friends Pet Salon to anyone! Job well done Fur Friends!

    Good Karma Pet Spa
We use Good Karma Pet Spa.  It's kind of expensive for what I do.  He was really nice and everything was okay but I almost had to spend two hundred dollars at the vet afterwards.  She did a good job.  We are going to try one more time.

    Good Karma Pet Spa
I received a reminder email the day before our appointment, which I find very helpful. We arrived on time, and Nancy was ready and waiting. She knew how I wanted Snowball groomed, as she has been his groomer for the three years that we have had him. Nancy called 10 minutes before she was finished with Snowball, to minimize his wait time once he was ready to go. I arrived to find Snowball looking and smelling beautiful, wearing a pretty boy-type bandana. His nails were smooth, which is important because he is a Therapy Dog, and he must be well groomed in every way each time we make any type of visit.
Good Karma is a peaceful place to take a dog for grooming. It is in a house in a country setting, with soft music playing in the background. It is clean and well-organized, and without all the noise that typically accompanies a grooming place.

    Classy K9 Cuts
We were referred here by a friend and went a few times, but then started having issues. If you have a rescue dog and not a full breed don't go here!! They only care about full bred dogs and don't take the time to work with rescue dogs who need a little more attention.
The biggest issue was the communication with the groomers. They did not listen to the length we wanted and we specifically told them not to cut our dogs toe nails as he did not do well with this. When we picked up our dogs they completely had done the wrong length on them, had shaved the tail when we asked them not to shave it and our dogs toe nail was bleeding. What was worse is the groomer wasn't going to say anything about it until we pointed out he was bleeding. They then tried putting the powder on it to get it to stop bleeding which made our dog even more angry and in pain. We were so angry that they did not listen to us and did the toenails anyways.
I called the manager to complain about what had happened and all he did was say he was sorry and hoped we would come back. He never offered to reimburse us our cost or give us a free grooming session next time or anything. We have not been back since and will never go back as they don't take enough time with dogs who are nervous and need a little more attention. They are way too much about the schedule and not focusing on the dogs behavior and rushing through the appointments.

    Good Karma Pet Spa
It went very well. Nancy bathed him, cleaned his ears, trimmed and smoothed his nails, trimmed his paw pads, and cut his fur to my specifications. She put an adorable little scarf on him. He looks beautiful!

    Pet Love Mobile Grooming
I do not relish writing bad reviews, this is one of 2 that I've written in my lifetime.
My dogs look and smell awesome. The groomer even made the trip here in the snow. I just assumed they wouldn't be coming but I should have called to say that it would be more than fine to come another day but she showed up regardless.
The main (and substantial) issue is the pricing structure is not forth coming. I was given a tentative quote but was told that the price would depend on the dogs particular cut. I'm fine with that. What is not ok is ommiting any mention of the "fees" associated. I was charged an extra $24 and then a fuel charge of $4.39 over and above the quoted groom charges.
To make matters worse, the gentleman on the phone when I called to let them know their error was dismissive and rude. He also explained to me that the owner herself, was the one who gave me the quote. That owner should know she lost herself a customer today and I hope she is embarassed. That's no way to run a service based business. No apologies were offered by the way.
