    Cody Irrigation Landscape & Lighting
I called Cody's to fix a pipe that a shady fence company managed to break while replacing my fence. They were booked solid for a while, and apologized for that, but got me on the schedule. They showed up early and got right to work fixing my pipe. I also authorized fixing pretty much anything else wrong with my system. They straightened up quite a few heads, adjusted those that needed adjusting, cleaned some clogged outlets, and fixed a zone that was not working. The damage to the broken pipe clogged several heads and smaller diameter pipes, which they had to replace. My system is now working perfectly, and while I hope nothing breaks on it again if something does happen, I know Cody's will be the first company I contact.

    Moore Sprinkler Company
We are having our fence extended and the company sliced the underground irrigation wires in several places so the fence work had to be halted until sprinkler wiring was repaired. We are do it yourselfers but still needed some advice and parts so we called Moore SC on JULY 4th. I couldn't believe they were open and the lady on the phone was super helpful, so my husband asked if they did repairs and the answer was yes! So when she told us they could come the very next day between noon and 2 we decided to let the pros do the repairs. Sabino showed up today at 2:45 and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly which is nice as you are paying by the hour. About 50 feet of underground wiring had to be completely replaced. All in all $282. I'm super pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of work. I'm sure it is difficult to gauge timing of appointments as there are so many possible issues with irrigation systems. I felt 2:45 arrival was acceptable.

    Clients First Landscape Solutions
Clients First Landscape Solutions did my neighbor's yard, and I loved it so much that I contacted them for my own yard. Zach met with me 2 times to make sure everything fit my budget and vision. He has great modern taste, and the yard is exactly how I envisioned it. There were a few bumps along the way that led to my yard taking longer than expected to be finished. Zach made sure to send guys back out to fix anything that I wasn't satisfied with. Great service and commitment to customers!

    EasyTurf North Texas
Very bad experience, front to end. The installation was scheduled for 3 days and took more than 3 weeks. During the installation the crew would show up for a few hours randomly a few days during the week and then leave. Before the installation started I flagged the sprinklers with high hopes they would not get damaged. Wrong. Heads were broken and a few went missing during the leveling of the yard under the gravel (next to the drip line that was cut at a few places). After a week of unsuccessful attempts to fix the sprinkler system with electrical tape, leaking/broken pipes and controllers not functioning I was offered the choice to call a professional irrigation business to fix the damage. Once fixed, they continued with limited success to level the yard while I swept the front of my neighbors house since piles of gravel started to accumulate. Meanwhile the installation had taken 3 weeks and grass and weeds grew back before the crew placed the turf in my yard. Consequence, the turf started to lift during the last 2 months and grass and weeds are growing through. Not to mention the backyard gate not opening. Finally, Easy Turf considerably overcharged my credit card. Admitting the error I was told they would correct the mistake which they never did and communication completely died.

    Bella Vista Landscaping
Great service. They came out next day, promptly repaired. They also checked entire system to ensure it was operating correctly. So happy with service, that when a neighbor ask about recommending someone, I quickly gave them Bella Vista's info. They too were pleased with their service.

    O'Brien Pro Irrigation
First, let me say that I purposely held onto writing my review for almost a year because I wanted to see the long-term quality of the work O'Brien Irrigation did for me. Well, it's been 10 months and I couldn't be happier. I was having a new outdoor patio, about 750 sqft of new pavers, added to my back and side yard. The space was previously unusable because of 3 gutter downspouts from my house and 2 downspouts from my neighbors house all emptying into the side yard. Basically, the side yard was mud almost all of the time. I went through 5 different irrigation/sprinkler companies to get their ideas of how to solve my problem, as well as how they would work in conjunction with the contractor doing the patio/paver work and O'Brien Irrigation came out on top by a long-shot. They weren't the least expensive but I could tell they were the best value. Don was very interactive and informative through the entire process. He listened when I shared my ideas and give constructive feedback and alternatives. There were times when the ideas I had would have meant more money for O'Brien but Don was quick to make sure I knew of a less expensive way that would actually be better in the long-run, he was right by the way. At the end of the day I was extremely happy with the job they did, their professionalism, and willingness to work with me and all of my quirky questions and suggestions. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and so should you. 10 months later and not a single issue with anything. Great Job! Ps. and really good job coordinating with Larry and the guys from Dallas Outdoor Kitchens.

    Focal Point Landscaping Inc
After 6 years of living with the builder grade flower bed and landscaping, it was time for a change. We wanted to have hardscaping done to accentuate the stone in our home elevation and completely gut the builder landscaping and start from scratch. In the course of the process we interviewed 5 different companies some from Angies List and some that are not associated. After careful consideration across design, references, price and overall experience we selected Ted Nichols with Focal Point Landscaping. Ted's attention to detail on the design and "listening" to what our preferences were was spot on. Was Focal Point the least expensive, no, but you also get what you pay for. During the project itself, Ted and his team arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the 3 day project on what to expect. Ted's crew kept the site clean and immaculate during their efforts and made sure that at the end of each day the site was immaculate. Ted is a hands on owner with his crews and jumps in to assist them which is not commonplace anymore. The outcome of the vision and design was amazing and we have received tremendous feedback from our neighborhood on how the new front flowerbed had enhanced our curb appeal.

    H&W Landscape & Irrigation
purchased a sprinkler tune-up from a deal in an email from Angie's List. I contacted/attempted to contact the vendor numerous time, set-up 2 separate appointments but they never showed up or returned any calls.

    Mia's Quick Service
They added four zones ( 15 new rotary sprinklers) to our existing system. This entailed adding a connection to go under the concrete driveway, replacing the existing timer/controller with a new one with additional capacity and adding a rain sensor. They also tested the existing sprinklers and discovered two that had broken connections that they replaced. The work was started and finished when promised. Nelson was very easy to work with and very obliging. I would certainly use them again for any sprinkler work I need to have done.

    Stenson Landscape & Irrigation, Inc.
As things always go the projects grew as we went. The single retaining wall became 7 including changing existing metal edging to stone. James made several suggestions along the way, almost all of which we did. We had shade issues and replaced all the back grass, over 200 plants, irrigation for the back, and a dry river bed for drainage control (11 tons of stone). We were planning on at least $20-30,000, but we spent $40,000. They spent over a month working. James and Matt were extremely helpful and explained everything well. The onsite supervisor Brady was excellent and went over expectations. Despite the cost our yard was transformed and amazing.
