  • This contractor is not alllwed to do plumbing work by the state, but he did refer me to a plumber. He was very gracious and called me in a timely manner. I would recommend him and I will call him if I need other services.

  • Honesty & Integrity - "F" We hired Five-Points Construction to complete a garage concrete slab and driveway. Shortly after paying the 10% deposit and 50% of the total project cost ($13,380) it was identified the bid did not include some key elements of the engineered plan, as well we decided the slab should be smaller. In short, once they had our deposit, they took every opportunity to identify ways to increase costs. They would verbally tell us they would "make it happen within the original budget", but once forced to put it in writing we were presented with a price increase. We were unable to reach agreement with Five Points Construction on the revised pricing for the smaller plan and cancelled the project. Now Five Points Construction (or individual) refuses to refund our Project Deposit. The facts are simple; ** the project never started and no costs were incurred by Five Points ** The project was cancelled ** They have not returned the deposit.....$13K ** I am now having to engage legal council, at additional expense, to assist in getting my funds back. What type of Company / individual takes your money when they provide no services? Is this someone you want to do business with??

  • I am extremely satisfied with all phases of this job. Eric Marsh come out to my house and listened attentively to all my pre-job questions. He speaks technically and accurately and gave me a high degree of confidence from the beginning. He understood my needs and concerns and suggested a system that would fully cover my needs at a fair price. Installation was just as smooth, they showed up on time and the installation went perfectly. Also, the post job support has been impeccable and highly appreciated as I tend to ask even more questions as I get to know my system. Erik has made as much time for me as needed to help me fully understand and appreciate all system features. I would definitely recommend Integrated Electronic Solutions and Eric Marsh and will certainly contact them for any future needs. By the way, their company also provides professional Electrician services and did some complex lighting wiring/switching modifications for me at a very reasonable cost. This company is now my go-to company for electrical and video surveillance needs.

  • Excellent. The bushes were completely taken out as well as the other plants and weeds. Mike re-positioned all of the bricks to widen the front planting area in front of the house. Looks so much better. He then showed me a design of that area with the kinds of plants that would work best in my front yard. All Texas friendly perennial plants, which I love. He had the brush stumps taken out and them he tilled the whole area. Planted the plants and place new dirt and mulch all around. It looked fantastic! Looking forward to spring when everything will really start grow! He also took out a circle of nothing bricks and put down sod. Mike worked with me to get the most value out of my dollar which i really appreciated. He re-used all of the brick I already had on the front design which helped keep the cost down. My plan is to have him work on my backyard sometime next year. I highly recommend Arbor Landscape Company.

  • They were trying to get to me on Thursday but called at 3:00 and said they could not get there until Friday from 3 to 5. Brian arrived on Friday on time and checked out the toilet issues. He was very nice and very professional. Explained what he would need to do and the cost. I had him just address the front toilet problem since that was most urgent. all that it needed was unclogging which took less then 5 min. The price quoted for the other toilet was ridiculous. I would not recommend this company for any type of basic plumbing issues only if you have some heavy duty serious plumbing issues would I say yes to giving them a call.

  • All of the work was professionally done, completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up after themselves. I could not have asked for a nicer more professional group to have working in my home. After each phase was completed, the owner and manager would come by to check to see if I was happy with the work. They also offered a couple of suggestions to do in the kitchen which i agreed to and I am so happy with each one. In addition they helped me pick out the granite and sink, again very happy with the end result.

  • Jimmy Smith and Peak Roofing & Construction are a great company to work with! I researched a number of roofers and had 3 provide estimates. Jimmy and his team far surpassed the others in his level of detail, expertise and ultimately in the quality of the work performed. Jimmy took the time to explain the process, including working with my insurance to ensure my estimate and claim was thorough and included all covered repairs. I received no compensation or benefit from this review. Matt H.

  • Tom was responsive to my request for a bid. He and Dennis showed up at the scheduled time, performed the work as requested and for the amount which was bid. Our house is older and the removal of the existing door was a little move labor intensive than expected, but they performed the work beautifully. I would definitely recommend them to others and will call them again when work needs to be completed.

  • Hmmm, where do I start? I chose Luke’s Landscaping for my parents because of all the great reviews. At the beginning, I was satisfied with the mowing. They damaged a sprinkler cover, which they replaced right away and they were prompt in their communications. Then I contacted the company to have some landscaping done for my parents. It was decided to have some flowers and mulch replaced in early October. It is now the end of November and after over a dozen emails with the office manager and finally being told the work would be completed last Tuesday,….Guess what? Yep, the work is still not done. I even called 2 times (within the past week) and left messages asking for someone to contact me. And still…no response from anyone. For a company who touts the importance of customer service - i.e. "Customer service is our most important goal. ...great pride in customer service," Luke's Landscaping falls mighty short on this. I was very patient and gave the company ample time and multiple opportunities to have this landscaping completed. I am extremely frustrated and have cancelled their yard services. Shame on you Luke’s Landscaping, you lost a costumer. Keep this up and you may lose more.

  • DO NOT USE FOR ELECTRICAL! I have not used their services for any other trades, however, their master electrician (Mike White formally Black Diamond) is dishonest and unethical. We did a whole home remodel. Mike quoted a specific scope of work, and later refused to acknowledge that he guaranteed that they would run new circuits where needed in the home. I had to dig out the original quote to show him where it was in print. They did lazy and careless work and Mike was rarely present on the project and never did a thorough review of his journeymens' work. Switch boxes all at different heights, outlet boxes (some only 3' apart over a counter top) at diffferent heights, junction boxes EVERYWHERE when not all necessary, boxes placed outside of manufacturer's specifications (detailed plans and specs sheets for all appliance and fixture were provided in every workspace; AND we reviewed them with Mike and his journeymen prior to commencement of work and throughout the duration of the project.) One of his guys electrocuted himself on a 50amp circuit for our range, because they left the wire hot while it was still loose in the wall. Dangerous for them and dangerous for my family. Mike refused to fix any of their mistakes without a battle. He would lie about what code requires/allows to avoid correcting his mistakes (which I would have to call the city on the spot to call him out on his lie so that DFW Improved would make the correction.) In the end, we had to pay another electrician out of pocket to come in and test ALL of their work and correct some of their work prior to closing up the walls with sheetrock. (I personally fixed the easy stuff like box placement, which sometimes required running a new wire, because DFW Improved placed boxes too high and cut the wires too short.) This was a nightmare to deal with, and I didn't get much help when I would call the management/owners of DFW Improved to hold the electricians accountable.
