The assembly was completed very quickly. Before he left, the assembler said if we ever needed help with the treadmill to call him and he gave us his card. Within a week the treadmill was making a terrible noise and they told my wife that the walking belt was loose and to get an Allen wrench to fix it. The assembler did not leave a wrench with us and we are 73 years old. We paid almost a $1,000 for it and we have to repair it within a week!! We asked that they send the assembler to fix it but they refused, in spite of his promise. They do not stand by their work or the product. Avoid them.

Josh is very flexible and adapts to your style. First, I was intimidated by the number of bodybuilders in the new gym and felt a little out of place. Josh is a good listener, makes you comfortable and can push you just enough to challenge yourself. I was very afraid to injure my lower back, since for years I avoided working my legs (squats and dead lifts). Therefore, to start we slowly increased the strength of my muscles. The sessions are never boring and are different each time. We have split the work out days in leg, chest (push) and back (pull) which leave 2 days rest for every muscle. Once a week I take one extra rest day. So far, my body fat went from 22% to 16%. My new target for this year is to get to close to 10%. There is no miracle (unfortunately). It is all about workout, eat, sleep, and persevere. Having professional help is key to keep you on track and not quit when you hit some lows.

Everything went really well! I have been coming back for over four years, this gym is a little pricey compared to other gyms in the area but it feels like you are getting top of the line everything and is worth it.

He was recommended to me by my cardiologist. When I started with him, I had to be exercised sitting down, and now, I work out like the devil. You warm up and do exercises and at the end, you do cardio. He doesn't fool around, but he's very kind. He's easy to work with and very kind and gentle. He keeps an eye on your pulse and your breathing and everything. I have COPD, have rods in both of my legs, and am full of arthritis. He has a challenge, working with me. He tells you to never stress yourself beyond what you can do. He's just very professional. I just can't tell you enough about him. I can walk now. He's really good. He's given me a break on pricing. I wouldn't be able to do it without him for nothing. I'll always use him. As long as I'm alive, I'm going to use him.

The facility is super nice. In addition to the usual cardio, group classes and weight equipment there's tennis, a climbing wall, indoor basketball court, indoor and outdoor track and Olympic sized lap pool. A nice bonus is an on-site spa -- small, but nice. The dressings rooms are first class. Right up there with some of the high end spas I've been to.
Cooper is ideal if you have a family. Lots of activities for the kids. They also have a nutritionist and acupuncturist on site. The nutritionist holds cooking demos monthly to share recipes for healthy meals. You really couldn't ask for more -- except maybe a lower price for those of us who don't use all the facilities. My husband and I were members of 24 Hour Fitness for several years before moving to McKinney and the price to join Cooper was a BIG jump! The price to value equation is worth it, though.

I was nervous for the morning of the surgery. The nurses were able to comfort me and provide me good insight to the procedure, because a couple had the gastric sleeve months earlier before me. At Texas General you are checked in, then placed in a room with 10-20 other patients in beds, everyone is there for different doctors, some for the same. There are curtains to separate each of you - but the nurses are very attentive.
The anesthesiologist was great a nice. He gave me a small shot of something and I remember kissing my husband and being wheeled into the operating room. I woke up in my private room later.
There is some pain, but nothing the average person couldn't overcome. You start getting up to walk within hours of waking up. It helps ease the pain.
Overall, Dr Frenzel is the best! His prices and overall service can't be beat.I would recommend him to anyone and I will be back to him for additional services.

They have very nice equipment ranging from cardio to weight lifting machines. It looks to be some of the latest equipment available. The huge plus is that 24-hour fitness is open 24 hours, so you can work out any time throughout the day.  The fees are reasonable, as we pay approximately $50 per month for my wife and I.

They're open 24 hours which is really nice and well maintained. They're little expensive but it's worth it for the service and having all the access to the equipment; it brand new, it smells nice and it's really upscale. The pricing is a little bit high but that's gonna worth what you paid for.

When I first started with him I had pneumonia and was in rehab and he had to start with me sitting in a chair because I was in such bad shape. I am now doing full out workouts. During the workouts, he watches your respiration and pulse. He does so much, so well and is just so kind. You never feel rushed and he's just so encouraging in every way. I am so impressed with Bobby and want to tell everyone about him. He's reasonable in his rates and doesn't try to rob you. Even once when I wrote him a check, he said I paid him too much money and wouldn't let me pay the next few sessions; he's just so trustworthy. I really can't praise him enough.
