  • Joe Cavazos with Pro Builders did a great job replacing our roof. Joe is very professional and trustworthy. He did everything he promised to do in a timely manner and the work was top notch. Knowing that we can trust Joe and Pro Builders to complete a job as expected with great workmanship and without hassle they have a customer for life.

  • Wonderfully easy. Prompt, responsive and professional to deal with through the entire process. We're originally from Ohio near an Amish community and our house is filled with beautifully well constructed furniture. Now we have our own Amish quality builder here in Texas with Woodchuck. We certainly recommend for any of your custom wood needs.

  • Excellent!! I sent a picture of the cabinet and received a quote the same day. We discussed what to expect, how long it would take and the day he would start. Things could not have gone better. Everyone that has seen his work is impressed.

  • From start to finish, Bill was professional, personable and easy to work with. He always met appointment times and I always received same day responses to phone messages and texts. The install went smoothly. The original upper cabinet was removed and the new full-length cabinet installed. In addition, the crown molding at the top of the cabinets was replaced to make sure it would be a seamless fit.

  • Walt came by to discuss my needs. He measured, gave great suggestions (which I followed), and gave me a quote on the spot which was less than half what my trim guy quoted and only slightly more than it would have cost me to buy prefabricated cabinets and install myself. I hired him right then and am very happy with the results. I had to follow up with him a few times when I didn't hear from him, but other than that it was a flawless transaction.

  • Walt, the owner custom built and installed two cabinets for me. One cabinet was installed over my custom built saltwater aquarium to house back-up batteries, feeding tubes and supplies for the aquarium. The second cabinet was built and installed over my master bathroom commode. From start to finish Walt was very professional. He listened to my specific needs for the aquarium cabinet relative to size, custom slots in the bottom of the cabinet to run electrical wiring and hoses. Measurements were perfect and the install went very quickly without a hitch. The same can be said for the master bathroom cabinet. The finished product matched perfectly with the other cabinets in my bathroom including the custom trim work to match my crown molding in the ceiling. Walt and Concepts Realized take great pride in their work. They really do listen to the client to ensure all of their needs are met. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for high quality cabinetry work.

  • After contacting Mr. Duane Logan in late March to come to my home and provide me estimates for 2 custom built cabinets, he FAILED to deliver the estimates even after I contacted him once by text and again after speaking to him on the phone.

Mr. Logan promptly came to my home, took measurements, spent time discussing the particulars of the project and then told me he would get back to me with an estimate.  After a few days I sent him a text message asking when I would recieve the estimate (NO Response).  A few days later I contacted him by phone and he said it would be another day or two.  That was on April 4, 2016 and I have not heard from him since then.

I find it very unproffessional not to promptly follow-up with a  potential client in a timely manner.  If the job was too large for him or  his schedule could not accomodate additional work he should have been professional enough to contact me and tell me so.

My initial experience with him I felt good about.  However, after the way he failed to keep up his end of the bargain, it makes me wonder am I better off in the long-run since it's a pretty good chance he would have also failed to deliver on the final project.

I will never contact him or ever think about using him again!

  • I needed to replace several lower kitchen cabinets as well as complete some minor repairs to others and was having difficulty finding someone that could match the existing finish.  I came to Angie's List and Marott Contractor's profile got my attention.  I called Scott Stock, we spoke on the phone where I briefly outlined the project then set up an appointment for consult.
Scott arrived and we reviewed the cabinet project.  First impressions are important to me, and I was impressed with Scott's knowledge and professionalism during our meeting.  So much so that I added the granite upgrade and backsplash to our project discussion.  Scott outlined the scope of work to be completed and provided an estimate.  I recall several binders of representative work for review and he left a disk that I could review with my wife later.
Moving forward to the project start;  the new cabinets, kick boards and molding arrived and the finish matched so closely that my wife could not tell them apart from the existing ones.   Scott remained on site to manage the granite and backsplash installation.  His presence and interaction with the installers ensured an amazing outcome.
Scott takes pride in his work and it shows.  I am very pleased that I selected Marott Contractor's for this project and offer the highest recommendation.

  • Carpenters and painters were undependable regarding start and completion times. Neighbors noted that more than 2-3 hours were spent daily by workers smoking, eating and malingering in the back patio. Workmanship results were unprofessional with overlapping paint, Daily left work without cleaning work areas. Left trash in garage, materials in front yard with one 12 x 12 old carpet and padding left in front yard for pickup and disposal by workers never done.  Closet in master bedroom had protruding nails(discovered when finally unpacking and hanging clothing), inferior ceiling trim and paint stains in carpet.  Promised all work completion within two-three weeks of start date but 7 weeks with family unable to unpack and able to live in kitchen and master bedroom only until final completion.  Strongly recommend against using this merchant for any type of work. Neighbors agreed, due to witnessing workers lingering constantly in back patio and also speaking constantly on cell phones.  This residence is an exclusive, gated, active adult living community in North Dallas where all residential land was fully built-out and homes selling for a premium.  When residents moved, sale of home required repainting and repairs of previously completed work by merchant contractors

  • Patrick Cross with Artisan Home Woodwork was amazing.  He worked very fast - cleaned up after himself - and his work was superb.

We will use him again and certainly recommend him to our friend and neighbors.
