    Quality Moving & Storage
It went Extremely well. Ben Linzer and his helper were positive, pleasant, polite, and easy to work with throughout the moving process. They arrived on time. Furniture and packed boxes were moved from a storage unit and a house to an apartment. No problems. There were no dings in the furniture. No dings in the walls or doorways. It was a hot and humid day. Nothing lost. We started at 9:00 am and finished about 3:30. Everything was put in place as requested. An excellent move at a reasonable price. Best move I have ever experienced. I cannot get the "cost of service" field below to accept anything but the cost was $550.

The service went the best I have ever seen. They did a fantastic job. A crew of 3 movers came out and completed the move in about 5 hours. The staff was very meticulous and really took their time in insuring our furniture was wrapped. All of our furniture came out undamaged. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the move.

Lakes & Hills Receiving Storage Delivery & Moving
It went very well.Three men loaded all the furniture and boxes that we we had packed. Removed the side by side refrigerator doors to be able to fit through the door. They were fast and didn't waste any time. They were very efficient and worked well together. We were amazed at their professionalism that we call them MIRACLE workers seeing how well they packed the truck and the storage unit. We plan to use them again when we are ready to move to our new house. Very friendly and courteous!

    Einstein Moving Company
What a frightening mess I was facing...moving a house and storage shed 50 miles away after living in one place for 25 years! I did all the right things in getting prepared for the move...packed boxes, moved valuables myself prior to the big move, got all the utilities turned on at the new house, etc. etc. The only thing left to do was find a moving company that was reliable, professional and REASONABLY PRICED. After calling 4 companies and reading review after review, I decided to use Einstein Moving Company. Why? Well, for starters, their quick, thorough and very reasonable quote made quite a statement. Then, unexpectedly (and very welcome), I was inundated with constant communications from the owners. They gave me awesome tips on how to prepare for the move date and made me feel that none of my dumb questions were dumb. I felt like I knew these guys personally although we'd met only via email. On moving day, Ryan Hughey and Justin Burton arrived exactly on time and were just...well...just awesome! These weren't just two guys off the street. They were so professional and friendly and helpful. No matter what they were asked to do, they jumped right in there and got it done. They wrapped every piece of furniture and, if needed, they even wrapped door frames. The move went smooth as silk with absolutely no scratches, dings, chips on anything...walls, doorways, furniture, floors...no damage anywhere. And not one thing arrived at my new house broken or dinged. To top it all off, they did the move in less time than I had planned on, so I ended up paying less than anticipated (which allowed me to give Ryan and Justin a well-deserved generous tip!)! All I can say is these guys are the best out there if you are really wanting professionalism, awesome customer service, and good price. I will be forever grateful for their genuine caring and kindness during this stressful time. YOU ROCK, EINSTEIN!!!

    WORST MOVE EVER!!
They were over 1 hr late arriving.
Only the young "boss" guy seemed to know anything at all about moving and loading/stacking boxes.  The other two followed his orders as long as he was right there.
One guy (who I understand is no longer employed with them) continually stacked my boxes way too high, even when I asked him twice not to carry that many on his dolly (they were stacked way above the handle!)  He had a load of all my boxes of dishes and antiques and got almost to the top of the ramp of the truck when they all dumped and fell to the concrete below!  The 'boss' was very apologetic and tried to help me see what all was broken.  After seeing a couple of my grandmothers antiques in pieces and knowing they are not replaceable, I just had him close it up and get back to loading.  After all, I was paying for 3 men by the hour! (NEVER AGAIN!)
The guy that dumped the dish boxes over the side left an hour later with one of the moving trucks....leaving us down to two guys and one truck.  A couple of hours later another guy and truck showed back up.  Because the PLANNED packing of the two trucks didn't work out, many of the items that should have been in the second truck ended up on top of everything in the first truck.  NOT GOOD PACKING OF THE TRUCKS AT ALL!
The move was to another city about 90 miles away.  When we got to our new house, I thought they would already be there waiting on us as we had to stop and let our dogs out.  After about an hour and a half, I called and then I find out they had to go drop the new guy off and pick up yet another helper and would be to our home in about 45 mins.  It was 8:30 pm now.  The newest addition to the team was energetic and very helpful. The 3 men worked as a team unloading and placing furniture where we wanted it.  The drawback was that one of their trucks had no lights on the inside of it at all.  Since we were long past sun-down and in a rural area with few streetlights, it made it very difficult and dangerous for them and our belongings!  I do have to say I was very pleased with the efforts of the 3 guys that night.  It was well after midnight when they were done.  But it was was too late - both in damages and costs.
Bottom line is:  FURNITURE WAS SCRATCHED BEYOND WHAT SCRATCH COVER WILL CONCEAL.
    DISHES WERE BROKEN...SOME IRREPLACEABLE!
GLASS IN PICTURE FRAMES WERE BROKEN!
SEVERAL BOXES OF ITEMS JUST DISAPPEARED!
PLATE GLASS MIRRORS FOR BRIDGE BEDS WERE BROKEN.

A Better Tripp Moving & Storage
They were very reasonably and comparably priced. They were very professional and handled things with care. They eliminated some chores for me. They kept all of the agreements. They communicated very clear about what needs done and what doesn't need done. They had one small slip, but they handled it quickly.

We dealt with Alan. He and his crew were very great from the estimate to the completion of the job.

    El Sol Logistics Inc
They are wonderful and fabulous. They charge on an hourly basis. Their pricing depends on lot of factors like household or anything else. They gave us the best service possible. They exceeded on every point; they came on time, they stayed until it was done, they didn't cut any corners, they were very careful with the items.

    Unicorn Moving & Storage
Unresponsive company. Wrote email requesting on-site estimate for packing/moving from Marble Falls, TX. to Bastrop, TX. After five days I called to ask why no call from them to set an appointment. Told by "Scott" that the person doing estimates "didn't go out that far" (45 miles). This is supposedly a local moving company that handles exactly the kind of household move I seek. If they are too busy to telephone, even to say they don't want my business, that's fine. I have contracted with one of their direct competitors. You snooze, you lose, Unicorn.
