    Great! Dan Finn, FinnTastic Plumbing company owner, was the 2nd plumbing service to immediately contact me after I queried Angie's List for plumber service, after 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. Mr. Finn told me to call him back if the first plumber didn't respond, and he would respond that night. First plumber who contacted me showed up after dark, about 5:30 pm, looked at the ground and a possibly interfering nearby tree, and gave me a couple of best case worst case scenarios ranging from $500+ to $3500 or so. I told him I'd get back to him if I wanted to go with him. I then called Mr. Finn around 7 pm and asked him to come out Saturday morning to look at it, and that we could make it through the night okay with the water shutoff. Mr. Finn sent his employee "Mark" out to us and he arrived at the coordinated time of 8 am, even calling me before then to let me he was on his way. (Later I would learn that Mr. Finn had put Mark on standby for a response to me Friday night.) Mark got right to work, estimating that it was a minor leak that probably wouldn't require the multi-thousand dollar replacement of the entire water line I had been quoted. In short order, Mark found the leak, a small crack in a 22 degree joint coupling that would just require an inline replacement repair. After securing the parts necessary, Mark repaired and tested the line and then restored the ground appearance to as normal as could be made. All of this during a continuous steady downpour of rain. Entire time taken including finding the leak, removing the broken section, getting replacement parts from a home supply store, and restoring the area was just over 3 hours. Great work! Super fair price!

    Ryan and Drew did a great job. They repaired a water-damaged ceiling in our guest bedroom and installed hardware on two bathroom sinks. They were very professional and kept us informed as to what they were doing along the way. We will definitely hire them again for future work. Highly recommended.

    Beware of this business! The owner is a jerk and they are unreliable. I called to complain that they never meet their commitments to show up, never call back, and are all together unresponsive. The owner proceeded to accuse my wife of not listening to what he supposedly said and told me to go find someone else to service my equipment. This wasn���t the first time this has happened. Can���t believe they can treat customers this way and stay in business. Horrible service!! Watch out!

    We purchased our home almost 2 years ago and KMP was recommended to us by the previous homeowner. Each time we have worked with KMP we've had highly knowledgable and caring plumbers come to our house. We've been offered alternatives for each repair and educated on what caused the problem to occur. Our first repair was on the tankless hot water heater during the first year we owned our home. We had contact KMP for a second opinion after the plumbing company our home warranty company had required us use said that the entire tankless system would need to be replaced and would require our brick to be torn out and replaced on the exterior of our home. We chose to get a second opinion (that was not covered by our warranty company) before proceeding and found that KMP was able to flush out the system, replace a filter and some other parts that had corroded during 8 years of use, and our tankless water heater is still running strong one year after it was serviced by KMP. Needless to say we were so grateful for their help and the time, money and stress they saved us from spending with the warranty company's plumber. We were able to file a reimbursement claim with the warranty company and they gladly paid us back the amount that equated to 1/4 of what they would've had to pay out if we had gone with their plumber. Most recently, we contacted KMP at the end of the Labor Day holiday for an emergency repair that our landscaper was supposed to have taken care of while we were out of town. KMP once again arrived quickly, diagnosed what was wrong and offered us options of how to move forward. The repair was complete within a couple of hours and we were able to save our landscaping that had been left without water in the Texas heat for 7 days. KMP even followed up with inspection paperwork for our records during the next possible business day. We highly recommend KMP Plumbing. We will continue to refer them to our friends and reach out to them for any repairs we need.

    I had purchased 3 American Standard bathroom vanity faucets, and 1 American Standard bathtub faucet. Roberto came out and did the installation of the vanity faucets but said that the bathtub faucet that I purchased would not work. The faucet installed by our builder was made by Moen, and Roberto said that he knew of a specific new Moen faucet that would work great on our bathtub. He said he would follow up with me in 1-2 business days to give me the specifics about the faucet including pricing and installation cost. That was on June 30. Today is August 25 and he still has not called me back with the info. I have their office repeatedly to try and get a status, yet they always had an excuse for why Roberto was not following up. To make matters worse, we had a problem with one of the sink faucets that they installed in June. They sent Roberto back out on August 7 to fix the issue. My wife talked to him about the bathtub faucet and he promised to follow up with the info we needed. I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm beyond fed up with the fact that 7 weeks, and a whole lot of phone calls later, I'm no closer now to finding out what kind of faucet I need than I was at the end of June. C'mon, folks.... this is not rocket science. Look up the part, call me with an installed price. I wouldn't even bother with these people anymore except Roberto has been to my house and says he knows exactly what kind of faucet we need. You've got one guy (Roberto) making your whole company look bad because of his extremely poor follow up skills. You need to deal with this.

    Celeste from Handyman Connection came out to our home to give us a bid. I was trying to decide between her company and another contractor to have granite countertops installed. We talked a few times afterward. We texted as well. I kept in contact with her constantly but didn't always get a response from her. I was ready to hire them! I had found some granite that I really liked. I told her about it, sent photos, gave contact info regarding the granite company and who to speak with. She said she had to talk to someone else in her company and supposedly passed the info to them. Then she said she would go to this granite company and check out the selections. I also spoke with the granite company and they were expecting a call from Celeste, but she never called. Then the other day, I get a text and I sent a reply. Here are the text: Good Morning. I wanted to apologize to you Rosilyn this is the first time that my granite place has not come through with what they said they would I als o went to a different place and seem to be having the same problem. I think the granite that you're wanting is so new on the market that not everyone has it yet. Which would mean that it's a very high dollars per square foot. I did not go to see Red I really haven't had the chance to go that way. I just w anted to basically tell you I'm so sorry that I haven't been able to take care of you as I promised. I don't blame you for going with someone else someon e who only does countertops. With myself and my company we do so much more takes a little bit longer. No excuses I apologize anything I can do for you in the future please let me know. 5/5/17, 12:09 PM So, basically, they blew me off!!! I was ready to hire them to do the job!!!! I sent her a response by voicemail and text stating there must be a misunderstanding and to please give me a call. No call back or response. By the way, the granite I chose was Low Level 2....not expensive, not exotic, just different from what you see at the home improvement stores. This type of behavior is why contractors get a bad rep! So, my advise to anyone out there looking for a contractor, don't call these people!

    They put a snake down it, and I told him that was not the problem. Sure enough I had them back out 4 wks later for same problem and this time they listened to me and ran a camera down the clean out drain outside. Roots from tree had exploded the pipes leading to septic tank. Quote was very high to repair. Called another plumbing company and got the work done with a savings of $800.

    He showed up a bit ahead of the scheduled time and had everything working correctly within a couple of hours. He also replaced a few other components and now the toilet functions like new. I've used Charlie's Plumbing before and they've always done an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
