  James Kate Construction: Roofing & Painting

  We used James Kate Construction to replace our roof and gutters, to paint the exterior trim around our house, and to do touch-up interior painting. The roof and gutter portions of the project involved an insurance claim. Our insurance agent recommended James Kate. The roofing and the painting representatives were each very professional and knowledgeable. They walked us through the process and provided accurate estimates. The insurance settlement was handled with little effort on our part. The work was done in stages by crews specializing in each segment. Each stage started and ended on time. The crews were competent and professional, and they respected our property. All work was finished to our complete satisfaction. Final invoices were in agreement with the estimates.   It went exceptionally well! Curtis was the epitome of professional from answering my first email to delivering the table. He gave us what I consider to be a great price, showed up on time to evaluate the job, to get the table, and when he returned the table. He met the timeframe in which he bid the job to be complete and the table is absolutely gorgeous!! It's not that it just looks a lot better, it is a definite "WOW!!". He was awesome about communicating with us. It's so refreshing to deal w someone as professional about everything as he was. A lot of people in business for themselves can be flaky at times and not very reliable -- not the case here. We are going to have him do another project for us as well.   In a word great. Quality work; they were there when they said they would be; and they cleaned up after themselves; at the agreed upon price. The finished porch cover was larger at no extra cost due to minimum length of lumber purchased. Care was taken to work around the rain and cover any openings in the roof; Technicians expressed concern and took appropriate measures. The cement pad was nicely sloped and graded, grass trim was installed around the edges. Brick columns installed. Gutters installed. Sprinklers were adjusted. Requested trim fix completed on the door due to weathering over the years. We wanted the new porch cover to look as if it was original to the 10 year old house, and it does.

  Blake and his team at Restoration1/Patriot Services finished out the restoration at my home after lightning struck my house and the attic caught fire. We had water, fire, and smoke damage. They have excellent customer service. They made me feel that they really cared.They were very kind, professional, and pleasant to work with. They made themselves available, and always answer our messages and calls in a prompt way. They did everything they said and we are very happy with the results. I���m happy to recommend them.

  The wine cabinet turned out perfectly. Ben was wonderful and very responsive to me. His entire crew at Covenant Crafters were wonderful. It was a pleasure doing business with a company who actually did what they said they���d do. I would highly recommend Covenant Crafters. They not only did a beautiful job, and totally got my vision as to what I was looking for, and they did so at a fair price. They built my cabinet and then stained it to match existing built-in cabinets in the adjacent room. I also had them add glass to my cabinet doors in the butlers pantry, which also turned out beautifully. The icing on the cake is that Ben is an honest, reputable man. I would always go to Caventant Crafters for any future cabinet-related projects. Good job guys and thank you again!

  He did an excellent job! He was professional and very reasonable for the amount of work we needed done. He was always very courteous, making sure to cover any areas that were exposed from getting dirty. I would highly recommend. He turned out blah master bath into a spa. It���s beautiful. Things that were done: removed bathtub, existing walls, he tiled, grouting and removed existing wallpaper, re-texturing the walls and painting the walls. Built a wall in our bathroom so we could have a double shower. Installed everything to perfection. Even coming back when we saw a small issue with the grout, came back very friendly, very nice and did the fix. We had just taken a shower too early before it was dry, we were too excited to get in there!

  They did a great job! They called me back the same day and set up for the repair the very next day. They arrived on time and taped off the area so there was no mess. They fixed the crack and charged the amount that I was quoted. Great experience and will definitely use again!
