    They were very nice and great to work with. They delivered the next day, they forgot the night stand and offered to run back and get it. I told them not to worry about and just deliver next time they were in the "neighborhood". Roughly a week or so later they called and dropped it off. Loved doing business with them. The furniture is not top of the line but is very solid and we love it.

    Went to Rooms to Go to purchase furniture . Upon finalization of the sale the sales person said call at any time if you have a problem. Sales person even gave us his personal cell number to call if he was not at the store.  He wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied!  Wow that's customer service!
    They delivered as promised in the time frame as promised so we are thinking what great service.  THEN it all went down hill.  After they had left we started really looking at the furniture and noticed the backs of several pieces didn't fit properly and the foam on the storage area on one of the love seats  had a very bad blemish in it.  Later that evening as we were going upstairs we noticed several gouges in the wall, and boot scuff marks on the baseboards.  How did we know the delivery men had done it?  We had just finished painting the entire interior of the house the Sunday before they delievered getting ready for company over the Thanksgiving weekend.  We called the customer service number and they said they would not be able to do anything until Dec 1st because of the holiday etc but they would replace the chair and send someone to look at the loveseats.   They would also send the wall damage complaint to the delivery company.  A couple of days later one of the recliners in the love seat broke!!  We called back to customer service and was told an adjuster would have to come out decide if the loveseat could be repaired or if it would have to be replaced, but could take another two weeks. We basically told them that would not be acceptable as we were expecting another round of company for Christmas and why were they replacing the chair for minor blemishes but when we tell them a piece is broken they have to look at it????  Long story short after several calls up the chain they replaced 3 of the four pieces we bought.  The second delivery crew took a chunk out of the front door jamb and one of the love seats BROKE again after they left!  Called customer service and they are closed until Monday!  Tried calling the store no help, called the sales person no answer OR return call.  Hmmmmmm  so much for 100% satisfaction. Now in the interim we get a call from a claims adjustor for the damage, we send pictures and the bill for 300.00 in repairs.  Reader's Digest Condensed version.... the claims adjustor told us to "go to H***"  they would not be reimbursing us for any of the damage.  We did finally get 4 pieces of furniture that work and look nice, but the whole experience has taken

    Canales was one of a few furniture stores we went to 'check out' after finding them on a web search.  Our fantastic sales rep., Rosemary, did an overall excellent job, especially assisting us in finding the perfect hutch to match the dining room set we had picked with her help. Our furniture was delivered on time. A few days later we received a call from Rosemary to confirm that our furniture had been delivered and assembled to our satisfaction and thank us again for our purchase. We will definitely buy from Canales furniture again. They offer beautiful furniture and their prices are reasonable, however, their biggest asset is having employees like Rosemary taking great attention and care to their customers.

    Freed's Homefurnishings
    The furniture has better pricing than Rooms To Go, Ashley, etc. Also the furniture is higher quality than the previous mentioned stores. We had a slight problem with the dinette set we purchased-there was a cap missing on one of the chair legs, and I was concerned with some distressed marks on the table. I was alittle put off with the delivery guys, and also when I called to schedule a time for the repairs.
    But I have to tell you our salesman, Robert Simpson got right on it. Everything was repaired to our satisfaction. Robert was very accommodating-e-mailed pictures, moved furniture around the store so we could get a better idea of size. We really had a very positive experience with Freed's
