James Kate Construction: Roofing & Painting
JK Roofing did a great job! Everything Went as I was told it would go. The Roofing crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards! I have already recommended JK Roofing to others and would use them again.

    MNG Fence & Stain
MNG built the dog separation fence perfectly and even produced an alternate design that I was very happy with than the one I asked for, and it is more functional. They took both fence faces down moved them forward and just repaired what was missing, which not only they saved me money but also looked better than the original. They came in price better than 2 other bids!

    MNG Fence & Stain
Brandon and his crew replaced my fence after it was very badly damaged by a Texas storm. Exceptional work and REALLY nice guys. They worked late into the evening to complete the job. I highly recommend MNG Fence.

    MNG Fence & Stain
The team members that arrived to work on my fence were polite, punctual, and (most importantly) professional; they took obvious pride in the work being done, and as a customer, that was great to see. If I'm paying a lot of money for a fence, I want it to last, and I'm sure this one will. On a personal front...I literally, have not met anyone more polite than this team. They were nice, respectful, and just left me with the feeling that they were sincere and genuine. But this was just a bonus. The real star was the quality of work. The fence looks AMAZING; the stain that recommended by the team really compliments the house and makes the yard look inviting. I am thoroughly impressed by the work they've done; so impressed, that I'm leaving this review. Normally, I only write reviews when I'm annoyed or irked; but the sheer quality of this warrants praise. I would gladly hire MNG Fence & Stain again. GREAT JOB guys

    Accuflo Roofing & Siding
    Did a great job!

Accuflo did our roof, gutters and fence after the last hailstorm. They came right out and gave me an estimate as soon as I called. Alan was very polite and knowledgable and answered all my questions. Their price was VERY competitive and they did a great job. They even helped with the adjuster pointing out some things he had missed. The crew was very fast and really kept the area picked up and as neat as possible. When they were through the place was as clean as before they began their work. The roof, gutters and fence all look amazing and for the exact price I was quoted.I hope I don`t need it but if I ever need work done again I will definately call Accuflo roofing!

    Fralia's Fencing and Construction
Things went very smooth. Another contractor referred me to this company. Chris came out and was very professional courteous. What I needed was simple. It only took about 30 minutes and I had a written bid in person. Went ahead and gave him the green light and he showed up in about a week and did the fence job in one day. It was small but he came prepared and worked till it was done. He cleaned up good too. No complaints and will use him on my next metal or cedar fence project m.

    Arlington Fence
I had a stained fence that had been previously installed and I needed the new fencing to match. I was very pleased with the job they did and how perfectly the stain matched.  My home was on the Tour of Homes in Ft Worth and I needed the work to look great and be done quickly.I found Arlington Fence to be very fair in their pricing.  I definitely plan to use this company again and refer to others

    Structured Foundation Repairs, Inc.
We have several piers either installed or adjusted.  The adjusted piers were installed from previous foundation companies.  It was a two-day job.  The crew was punctual, and professional.  However, at least a month prior to the work being performed, I still hadn?t heard from an engineering firm or utility locator service to set up a time to come out, as they were supposed to do.  On at least three occasions, I either left phone messages or emails to my representative, asking when these companies would be contacting me, but I never received a response from him, or anyone else at Structured.  It wasn?t until the Thursday or Friday before the work was to start, that someone from Structured actually called to confirm that their crew would be out the next Monday to start work on the foundation.  I told them I hadn?t heard anything from an engineering firm or utility locator service, and the person I spoke with sounded kind of surprised that these companies hadn?t been out.  However, they just said ?someone will be contacting you soon?.  Sure enough, not long after that, I received a call from the engineering firm, asking to set up a time to come out and check the house.  Later that day, someone did come out, and I was told that they were just called that morning to come out and check the house.  No one from a utility locator service ever came out to the house.
That next Monday, the crew showed up to start working on the foundation.  Not two hours in, they cut the phone line that was buried in the back yard, so we lost our home phone service.  I commented to the foreman that a utility locator service never came out to check for utilities, and the basic response he gave was ?they?re not that reliable anyway?.  This was stated on more than one occasion.  Instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to blame it on the locator service.  This is not the appropriate response to give a customer.  The response should have been something more like ?we shouldn?t have started work until the locator service had checked for utilities?, or ?you?re right, this is our fault?.
So, the rest of my day consisted of having to contact AT&T and have them come out to see how extensive the damage was.  The final decision was to just replace the phone line from the house and run it to the junction box that just happens to be in our back yard.  And of course, AT&T doesn?t do that ? they hire another contracting company to bury the line.  So, the lineman from AT&T
replace the phone line, but it had to be left above ground until the contracting company finally came out about a week or so later to bury the line.  Unfortunately, they only buried the line about 3 inches deep into the back yard.  Not only that, where the foundation work was done on the side of the house, the contractors merely buried the line in the top soil that the Structured crew left behind.  The line isn?t even actually buried underground.  Plus, we have a small area of fencing that divides the front yard from the back yard.  The area where the phone line comes from the house is in front of this fence, so the contractors (or maybe even the lineman) hardly even buried the line in front of the fence (basically under some rubber mulch), and then brought the line up out of the ground and threw a small opening between the side of the house and the fence, where they used plastic conduit through the fence and to the back side of the fence, then reburied the line from there.  I?m still trying to decide what
to do about all of this.  Whether to contact AT&T or the contracting company.
Other than the phone line debacle (which I can?t blame the crew on, because they didn?t know a phone line was there, and neither did I), the crew did a great job.  They were professional, and cleaned up pretty good once they were done.  The price was good, and they agreed to cover the warranty of piers installed by the prior companies.  They are a good company to go with if you need foundation work done, but their scheduling and follow-ups need work.  I don?t know whose job it was to make sure
that the engineers and utility locator services are contacted, but this is an area that needs attention in this company.

Red Rooster Fence and Home Repair
Nolan, the owner of Red Rooster Fence Repair, was running a little late on another job (but so was I), so he kept in good contact, and arrived within the hour. He quickly assessed what was needed per the gate, and made a quick run to the hardware store. The gate involved a lot more than slat repair, but Nolan didn't blink, he told me it might take a little longer than originally anticipated, but he still finished within the hour. Then, I supplied him with a section of 8-foot fence, which was a difficult task replacing because it was back-facing my yard, and the front faced on the neighbor's yard, over a 5-foot retaining wall. No problem, Nolan fixed it in about an hour, and he carted off the old fence.
Nolan was honest and quick to solicit my input, and then quick to do the job. Well worth the money and time.
