    We were greeted when we walked in and filled out the paper work needed. While we waited we shopped for frames. We went to the exam rooms and was greeted by another eye doctor in the room. We had a good experience he was very nice and knowledgeable.

    Dr. Smith was very nice, the staff was courteous and when I arrived I was seen promptly.  The staff was great taking at least 1 hour or more letting me try on dozens of pairs of glasses and giving good opinions on the fit.  I felt that the selection of frames were trendy and lots of options with high quality work.  Glasses were ready for pick up within 4 days of exam.

    Dr. Conte's office could get me in within two hours--where he determined that there was nothing IN my eye, but that it was simply a serious abrasion caused by me wearing my contacts too long. He dilated my one eye to confirm the breadth of damage, gave me instructions, antibacterial drops for my eyes, and quickly sent me on my way. Instructing me to come back a week later, when I arrived, he asked whether I'd like to go ahead and get my annual eye exam done during this appt.

    Two birds, one stone? I accepted. Process took kind of long because they were training a new gal from another office on their equipment, but nevertheless, it was thorough and well done. I don't generally come to this office any longer because I now live more than an hour away, but if I lived anywhere close, Dr. Conte would still be my preferred practitioner. And that he could get me in in my "emergency" situation only confirmed my appreciation of his effective bedside manner and authentic approach to dealing with medical concerns.

    Driving hint: going down the main road to his NW Fort Worth practice, Vision Source, his office is right behind the Chic-Fil-A.

    I have been a patient of this office on and off for a few years now. The reason I elected to have my annual eye exam done here this year was because I was in desperate need of contact for an international trip, otherwise, I would not have gone back.
    I was not happy with the outcome of the exam. I have gone back for further checkups since June and still am not able to see crystal clear. While I shared my concern that my visual acuity was not as good as with my old prescription, all I heard back was that I am able to see 20/20 on the chart on the Dr. office. I still don't see well and have opted to wear my contacts only until absolutely necessary.
    The staff is not very helpful at explaining the benefits covered by the insurance, but I did get my contacts fast.

    I see Dr. Marcus Alan there and he has even given me recommendations for my cataract surgery. They are an excellent and large facility. There are four or maybe more doctors that practice there. It is a modern facility which is very well laid out. They have the air conditioning down low and all the personnel are super friendly. They have all kinds of equipment needed to do any kind of testing especially since I was run through multiple tests.

    He is an excellent doctor and the surgery he performed on me came out great. He has good bedside manner and answers my questions. He always takes time to answer my questions and gives me a thorough examination. I like his technical expertise as far as a surgeon goes. The only negative is that his office personnel are kind of curt sometimes. This is because they deal with so many people which makes them so rushed.

    They are not really good. I ordered glasses from them in December. They arrived but they didn’t call me when they arrived in January. I haven’t picked them up yet and I am waiting for the doctor to call me back so that they can reschedule. I can’t get a hold of the manager of the shop. I just called the second time and the manager found it. The service is horrible with them. I used Target for about ten years Florida and the one here in the last year. I don’t know if they change doctor or management but it is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. They are not at all professional. I have been in there for 10minutes and there was nobody in the optical section. There is really no office as it is open into a store. I wouldn’t use them again.

    It was time for bi-focals, and I was new to Mansfield, so I checked Angie's List and found Dr. Cooke. I called and they were able to set up an appointment within the week. The staff was great; the wait was short; Dr. Cooke was friendly, informative, and thorough. I think I've found our new eye doctor.

    The staff was Very friendly and helpful. They did the preperation for the exam and were quick but through. Shortly thereafter Dr Martin took me back to the exam room and I was given the most professional and complete exam that I have ever had. He was very friendly and often answered my questions before I thought to ask them. I was concerned about glacoma and he was very clear about the symptoms and showed me in a photograph taken of my eyes that I had No symptoms. He also talked to me about cataracts and, showed me that I was OK there also.  I left with a wonderful pair of glasses and the knoweledge that my eyes are doing well even at my age. (I am retired). I will be going back to him every year for a checkup and I reccommend him to Anyone.

    They were outstanding!!! From the initial phone call to inquire about the office, the complete office staff, to Dr. Cameron Smith himself, I could not have been more impressed. They even were open extra hours to accommodate people going back to school. They helped me determine the best way to use our insurance. Dr. Smith works with each patient, giving them the time that is needed, not just "get them in, get them out". He has state of the art equipment and knowledge. Thank you!
