During the estimate process (had several companies come out) Structured Foundation was a front runner. Price wise, they were very competitive but what tipped it for me was pointing out some areas to see if my insurance company might cover some of the cost and not requiring payment until after the job was done. Unfortunately the damage was not bad enough for the insurance company and the other's who came out required half the payment before they'd start work. The crew were quick and left my yard better than it started out. Part of the services were an engineer checking the work after the house was lifted as well as a plumber checking for leaks (which I already knew I had)

Piers placed quickly (2 days). No cracks closed up when house was lifted which was a big surprise. The post-lift measurements were better than the pre-lift measurements but not to a level figure. Might be the reason the cracks did not close. After physical work was completed, I had to make phone calls to get the various tests and follow-up scheduled. Office follow-up needs improvement.

Darryl came in and provided detail information of the problem with no sales pressure. The Crew finished up in time and cleaned up all the loose dirt. They even repair mortar cracks on exterior of the house with no additional charge

Taylor was very responsive and came recommended from a friend. A rental property of mine that was built in the 1960s was having some serious issues. He picked up right away and was out in a days time. Taylor evaluated the property and wrote a bid right then and there. He did spend some time taking measurements but pretty much knew what needed to be done. After a few days of gathering bids I called him back and got on the calendar. His price was in line with other providers and I felt his company would do a great job. They came out in a weeks time did the job in two days and now my rental house is in good shape! Overall it was a normal job and Taylor handled the project from the initial sale to completion like a professional. Will use him again for future foundation issues.

We have several piers either installed or adjusted.  The adjusted piers were installed from previous foundation companies.  It was a two-day job.  The crew was punctual, and professional.  However, at least a month prior to the work being performed, I still hadn?t heard from an engineering firm or utility locator service to set up a time to come out, as they were supposed to do.  On at least three occasions, I either left phone messages or emails to my representative, asking when these companies would be contacting me, but I never received a response from him, or anyone else at Structured.  It wasn?t until the Thursday or Friday before the work was to start, that someone from Structured actually called to confirm that their crew would be out the next Monday to start work on the foundation.  I told them I hadn?t heard anything from an engineering firm or utility locator service, and the person I spoke with sounded kind of surprised that these companies hadn?t been out.  However, they just said ?someone will be contacting you soon?.  Sure enough, not long after that, I received a call from the engineering firm, asking to set up a time to come out and check the house.  Later that day, someone did come out, and I was told that they were just called that morning to come out and check the house.  No one from a utility locator service ever came out to the house.
That next Monday, the crew showed up to start working on the foundation.  Not two hours in, they cut the phone line that was buried in the back yard, so we lost our home phone service.  I commented to the foreman that a utility locator service never came out to check for utilities, and the basic response he gave was ?they?re not that reliable anyway?.  This was stated on more than one occasion.  Instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to blame it on the locator service.  This is not the appropriate response to give a customer.  The response should have been something more like ?we shouldn?t have started work until the locator service had checked for utilities?, or ?you?re right, this is our fault?.
So, the rest of my day consisted of having to contact AT&T and have them come out to see how extensive the damage was.  The final decision was to just replace the phone line from the house and run it to the junction box that just happens to be in our back yard.  And of course, AT&T doesn?t do that ? they hire another contracting company to bury the line.  So, the lineman from AT&T
replace the phone line, but it had to be left above ground until the contracting company finally came out about a week or so later to bury the line.  Unfortunately, they only buried the line about 3 inches deep into the back yard.  Not only that, where the foundation work was done on the side of the house, the contractors merely buried the line in the top soil that the Structured crew left behind.  The line isn?t even actually buried underground.  Plus, we have a small area of fencing that divides the front yard from the back yard.  The area where the phone line comes from the house is in front of this fence, so the contractors (or maybe even the lineman) hardly even buried the line in front of the fence (basically under some rubber mulch), and then brought the line up out of the ground and threw a small opening between the side of the house and the fence, where they used plastic conduit through the fence and to the back side of the fence, then reburied the line from there.  I?m still trying to decide what
to do about all of this.  Whether to contact AT&T or the contracting company.
Other than the phone line debacle (which I can?t blame the crew on, because they didn?t know a phone line was there, and neither did I), the crew did a great job.  They were professional, and cleaned up pretty good once they were done.  The price was good, and they agreed to cover the warranty of piers installed by the prior companies.  They are a good company to go with if you need foundation work done, but their scheduling and follow-ups need work.  I don?t know whose job it was to make sure
that the engineers and utility locator services are contacted, but this is an area that needs attention in this company.

The sales guy came out and measured the foundation and then mapped out areas of foundation showing the elevation. Once that was complete he sat down with me showed me all the measurements. He confirmed for me what I knew about what needed to be done. Week or so later, they came out and handled the job. They were on time and always communicated with prior to and during the job. Overall a good job done for a reasonable price.

ALL AMERICAN FOUNDATION REPAIR & DRAINAGE, LLC
One side of the house was starting to slope downwards due to soil movement, approximately 2 inches lower than the middle of the house. They were able to reinforce it to prevent further movement and raise it about 1 inch to remove at least some of the effects of the recent foundation movement. There is already an improvement in doors fitting correctly and drywall cracks that have gotten better. They installed 8 exterior piers, one of which was put underneath the brick patio. The tunneled underneath the patio in order to install it, about 6 feet into edge of the structure. Impressive work from a knowledgeable crew.

scott came out and was very helpful, answered all my questions about foundation. i asked him about roots from trees and he said most of mine were fine but a neighbors could be a problem.  i asked if anything can be done for roots as i want to plant more bushes/trees.  he said their company offers a root barrier - so roots won't get to my foundation.  that would give me peace of mind! he said i didnt need it around entire house, but recommend certain areas if i wanted to get it.  he will be sending me a quote. (no sales pressure, it wasn't required to fix my foundation problem like the other items)
it is nice to be told you don't have to pay!  he said just have it checked again in 5 years or call back if i notice any other changes. i called because of the integrity i read on other reviews, very glad i did.  i wouldn't use anyone else. too bad they don't do other types of work!

ALL AMERICAN FOUNDATION REPAIR & DRAINAGE, LLC
We found All-American Foundation Repair on Angie's List and after reading the great reviews, we asked David to come out and do an inspection of our house.  David was very prompt, friendly and did a thorough check of our foundation.  He also inspected our outside drainage and made suggestions on how we might further improve what we've done.  David was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly.  We were very excited that David told us our house was in great shape and there wasn't anything we needed to do at this time.  He taught us how to properly use soaker hoses to maintain our foundation and hopefully eliminate any future problems.  There was supposed to be a $55 inspection fee, however David waived this and did not charge us anything.  We will definitely call him in the future if we have need of foundation or drainage issues and would highly recommend him to others.

called company to share my concern. I sent report  per their request, but never heard back.

So I get the companies response, that says I never called or provided the address. Completely false, they are just CYI'ing

I provided the address to Angies list when I filled out the review and yes I did call and speak to the company and share my concern. I sent the report  via email on Oct 1 to  Heidi Morrison Operation Manager Structured Foundation Repairs, Inc. 972-484-1200

The address where the estimate was provided is 4403 Westcliffe Drive in Mansfield. I still have the report and be glad to upload if allowed. Sales guy named Chad did the report.
