FVanderfriff ToyotaHad appt for maintenance and when I arrived they said it would be 3 hours before they could get to me. I told them I had an appointment but they said appointments dont mean they will see you at that time. I said that is what appointments are for but they would not service my vehicle on scheduled time. Letters to general manager went ignored. The service was to be free, so I didnt want anything but for the manager to acknowledge the problem but I was totally ignored. Very poor way to service a customer when there are so many other options.- Ron M.

AB&M AUTO SPECIALISTSThis was my first experience with B&M Auto, and I was favorably impressed. Everything was handled as I expect it to be - things were done right. I will be giving them my business when something more serious needs to be fixed.- Jon J.

AJERRY'S GENERAL AUTOMOTIVEJerry's Automotive is a family owned business. We have never been dissatisfied with any repairs or maintenance done on our large SUV'S. They are very professional, honest and the mechanics are the best in the DFW Area. We were recommended by friends to Jerry's and have in turn recommended them to others. If you are currently unhappy with your auto service repair shop.....change to Jerry's. You will be VERY HAPPY that you did. We were 17 years ago!!- Sandra J.

AB&M AUTO SPECIALISTSThey figured out the problem and fixed it. Other mechanics kept saying it was an EVAP system issue and that it was going to be hard to pin point the issue and very expensive to fix. B&M discovered that it was not an EVAP issue but that a sensor just needed to be updated.- Jodi Heather B.

AJORDAN'S AUTOMOTIVEI took my vehicle in half expecting them not to be able to find the problem, or fix it affordably. I was surprised on both counts. They traced down a problem I'd been trying to locate on my own for several months. And fixed it at a cost well below what I expected. I'll be sure to use them in the future

FAutoNation Ford Arlington
Bought a new Explorer from them with average service. The first oil change though was a terrible experience. I scheduled an "appointment" for 930 AM to drop my vehicle off. In my 17 years of driving I've come to appreciate than oil change should take between 20-45 min. I eventually left before they could do their service. Read on for the bad part...
They quoted me 1.5 hours to get my car into the oil and lube service and then 45 minutes to do the job. A loaner vehicle was not an option either. To me, 2.5 hours wasted sitting around is unacceptable. Im a busy father of 3 little kids with a full time job, time is my most valuable resource. Prior to taking my vehicle back the Service Specialist asked if there was anything else they wanted me to look at it, when I said the brakes were squealing he immediately said 'Well, we cant look at those." Why ask them? He went on to say I have an appointment for an oil change, brakes is a different department - but again, why even ask them? Then he proceeded to tell me "squealing brakes are a good thing, Ford made the decision to use harder brake pads so they last longer, and squeal...so, if you want use to put soft brake pads on, we can - but - you'll just replace them every 10,000 miles...guess its up to you buddy." As a guy with an Engineering degree, I really don't appreciate snarkiness, I just don't.
When I asked the manager about the point of having an "appointment" I was told that it gets me "hooked up with a service specialist." When I asked how that impacted my wait time, he said there were "walk-ins as well" and I had to wait my turn. So effectively, having an appointment means absolutely nothing.Furthermore - when I asked to have my car back and to speak to a manager the level of unprofessionalism escalated.
When I asked why it takes 1.5 hours to get in he said "when you go to the doctor, don't you have to wait?" When I vented my frustration of the point of an appointment is to utilized peoples valuable effectively I was told that "there are other walk-ins and I can either wait my turn or leave." I left.
After the situation I have tried numerous times to discuss my displeasure with Autonation. Ive left 4 message for the General Manager to call me back and heard nothing. Sent an email, nothing. Talked with Autonation corporate on their live chat who took my phone number and email, nothing. Lastly - received an email heads up about a survey about my "completed service" and if I was dissatisfied at all to call LD. I did, she answered and listened to my issues, agreed to gather more facts and call me right back, its been 10 days. I left her a voicemail the next day just in case she lost my phone number.
Autonation is big and so they don't care about their customers. I bought a new vehicle there and part of the deal was my first oil change was free. Now, I have to go pay for one. I don't appreciate that, furthermore - the absolute horrid and unprofessional responses and lack of concern for unhappy customers throughout the management chain speaks volumes.
I will not ever be back to buy a vehicle from AutoNation, I will not ever be back to pay for service at AutoNation. If you are reading this, take the time to do your homework and be careful about dealing with a place that's so big they don't care about customer satisfaction.

ABALLARD'S TEXACOHave been meaning to post this review for a few weeks. Ballards is now owned by Ben Fields. Ben has been in business for probably 20 years with his Stricktly Foreign garage. Now he recently purchased this and I assume the name will become Family Car Care Center. Have known Ben for 30 years. He basically knew what the problem was when I called to discuss. My wife dropped off the car and it was fixed same day as promised. He also had someone take her too and from work. Problem was an ECM of some type....... Really all I know is the car was fixed right the first time. Give him a try.............

AQuantum MechanixThe work was done promptly, just as promised and quoted. Tommy took the time to explain what was needed and did not try to up sell additional work. He also checked on an airbag warning light for us and suggested we try the dealer under warranty. Very satisfied in all regards. This is a quality auto repair shop!- Grove T.

CFIRESTONEIt didn't go so well. They wanted to replace the whole engine. They were professional and had our car for about a day. They told us what was wrong with it and made some suggestions. We wanted something different and they wouldn't do it. I would use them again, just not for something major.- Christina J.

AQuantum MechanixService was excellent and the owner is very humble and very honest. We thought we were going to need some extensive electrical work done but we only needed minor repairs. The work was done promptly and was of utmost quality. I highly recommend Quantum Mechanix!
