    South Point Hyundai
I purchased my 2012 Veloster here 2-1/2 years ago and have had all necessary or recommended service (which hasn't been much) performed there.  From sales to service, this is a great dealership and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a service advisor that checks that everything is taken care of with the mechanics. They are always very thorough when I bring my Navigator in for normal check ups and when I need additional services they again are always very thorough and if something (like a new filter, etc), the advisor notifies me and then is taken care of. Time wise, my wait is always within a reasonable amount time for my vehicle to be in great shape and be safe on the road.

We love this location. They are always prompt to come to our vehicle and inform us of any specials that are going on. They really seem to give the best price for the best services needed.
Clean, wax, dry, vacuum and clean wheels are the standard for us on a weekly basis.
The guys (and gals) that dry our vehicle our smiling even in 100 degree Texas weather. It makes me tip them more since they are doing more than I would do in this heat.

    Hewlett Volkswagen
Things went really well as they always do.  They are always very thorough and go over everything with me in detail and take their time answering all my questions.  They have a great area upstairs to work from with free WIFI this always makes it really convenient for me so that I can work while I wait.  They are always conscious of my time and want to get me everything I need as efficiently as possible. They have an abundance of free coffee, tea, water etc. for the customers while they wait.  It is always clean.  Whenever I call to get in I am usually able to get in the same day.  The service staff is very knowledgeable and the Service Manager Samantha in my opinion is one of the best there is.  She is an asset to her profession, Hewlett VW,  and has chosen her career well.

    Easy Oil Change
I have used Steve's mobile oil changing services for 7 years now.  Because of how easy he makes it I never miss an oil change and I have had fewer problems with my truck than I have ever had before.  I simply call him up and let him know it is time.  He calls me back to coordinate where my truck will be on the day he can work on it. He shows up to where I am, takes my keys, completes the service, hands me my keys back and takes my payment on his mobile phone device.  Total time lost in my day is only about 5-10 minutes depending on how long I keep him talking.  His service includes changing the oil and oil filter, checking the tire pressure and adjusting them as needed; checking all other fluids under the hood and filling them ups as needed (washer fluid, brake fluid, engine coolant, power steering fluid, automatic transmission fluid); sometimes I ask him to replace my air filter if it is needed and my windshield wiper blades.  His prices are very affordable...and given that I don't have to take the time from my day to drive somewhere and sit on hard uncomfortable seats in queue behind a bunch of other peoples it is definitely the best value in town.  His coming to visit me is definitely far better than my having to drive to any of the other brick and mortar lube places in town.

After reading about them on Angie's List, I stopped by early in the morning to make an appointment. The man I spoke to seemed quite knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn't prepared to leave my car that day, but they had LeRoy, who was also very friendly, drive me to my office not far away. I dreaded a phone call telling me how expensive it was going to be to fix it. Instead, I got a call telling me it was ready to be picked up. I was able to go by before lunch and get my - now cool - car! I will definitely use them again!

    Lester's Mobile Automotive
Vehicle had been parked for a while.  Wouldn't start.  Lester came to our home, worked on starter, changed spark plugs, and checked timing belt.  He got the car to start.  But, it still would not run.  He came over two days in a row and worked with his son on it.  Eventually, we were told timing belt needed repair or replacement.  An additional cost to us.  We decided to leave well enough alone & paid Lester for his services.  Eventually, sold car AS IS.  Lester was calm, courteous, professional and somewhat costly.  But, as vehicle was not drivable, we had to have a mobile mechanic work at our house on the vehicle.  And, Lester did give us his professional and honest opinion.

    Yost Automotive
I took my vehicle to a couple other mechanics that quoted me between $2500-3000 to fix these issues.  I went to Yost and he let me know the previous mechanics mis-diagonsed the problem, thus causing the high estimates.  Yost correctly figured out what the issue is and it was able to save me a lot of money.  I had a previous issue that Yost took care that included a one year warranty,  then part went out about 14 months later.  Yost was still willing to honor this warranty because they stand behind their work there.  The shop manager I deal with is Mike Lilly and he is about as friendly as they come.  Yost is extremely customer service oriented and I trust my vehicle completely with these guys.

On April 27, 2012, I had my ?98 Ford Contour towed to the Alpha Plus Automotive from Riata Ford.  The timing belt had broken and the deal wanted a large sum to repair it.  Robert Vicharelli, the owner/operator of Alpha Plus, agreed to for repair the timing belt and replace the water pump for $526.  After shopping around and I accepted the bid from Alpha Plus because his was price better and the fact that he had previously and satisfactorily worked on my vehicle.  I picked up the car on May 2 and paid  $526 (Mileage 198,799).
On the drive home, the engine light came on.  I called Mr. Vicharelli at Alpha and said to bring the car back in.  I drove the car back on 5/3/12 and car broke down on the way there.  It would not start and I had to tow it back into Alpha myself.
On May 15, 2012 I picked up the car for the second time after nearly two weeks.  [Mr. Vicharelli had the car from 5/3 to 5/15.
I live in Manor, which is about 15 miles from Austin; hence the round trip was 37 miles before the car broke down again (odometer reading 198,836).  Please see the work orders written up by Mr. Vicharelli for the odometer reading.]  It took Mr. Vicharelli two weeks to figure out what was wrong with the car and repair it again.   He informed me that the timing belt tensioner and timing belt idler needed to be replaced.  He refused to stand behind the initial repair.  I believe that these two issues should have been checked during the first repair and fixed.  Mr. Vicharelli insisted on charging and additional $90 for labor, plus another $180.78 for the cost for a new belt, the tensioner and the idler, for a grand total of $270.87.  He held the car hostage until I gave him the $270.87.
When I picked up the car, I gave Mr. Vicharelli a piece of my mind.  I told him I believed that he had not performed the work properly and that he should have diagnosed the additional issues with the tensioner and the idler at the first repair.
Before I left on 5/15, I popped the hood to check the repair.  I saw that there was a puddle under the car.  Mr. Vicharelli came
out and said it was the power steering pump.  He said he would fix it, so I left.  When I came back, he wanted more money before he would fix it.  I refused because it was not leaking when I brought it in.
On May 19, 2012, I took my car into Broken Down Automotive to have them fix the leaking power steering unit.  They could not find a leak.  It is very strange that there was a leak when Mr. Vicharelli looked at the car, but it was gone when Broken Down Automotive looked at it.  This repair cost a total of $20.
In the mean time the car began to not run properly and agrinding sound started coming from the side of the engine where the timing belt is located.
On July 18, 2012 the car was running very rough and missing.  I took the car into Broken Down Automotive and they tracked down the issue to the fact that the battery cable was not re-tightened and the spark plugs had been re-gapped by Alpha Plus.  He corrected the issues.  He said the cost to diagnose the cause of the grinding sound from the engine would be very expensive, so I have not pursued it.  This repair cost $30.
On July 23, 2012, I took the car into Luu Auto Electric because the ?Check Engine Light? had lit up on 7/20.  Luu Auto Electric connected the car to the computer, which showed the issues as, ?P1381 Camshaft position timing over advanced B1.?  They indicated that there was a ?timing belt issue? and that the belt would need to be re-installed properly.  This repair cost $35.
I contacted Mr. Vicharelli of Alpha Plus Automotive to inform him of the issues and to ask him to stand behind the repairs.  He has not returned my calls.
On July 25, 2012 I took the car into Broken Down Automotive and they re-installed the time belt correctly.  The cost was $185.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about this issue.  They tried to resolve it with Mr. Vicharelli of Alpha Plus Automotive.  He has made statements that are not correct and are the opposite of what his work orders say.  The Better Business Bureau cannot pursue it further and the complaint is now considered closed and UNRESOLVED.
The vehicle has not run properly since Alpha Plus made the initial repair back in May 2012.  I am unemployed and cannot afford to spend any more money on the vehicle.

    Dave's Ultimate Automotive - North
When I first took the truck in, I wanted to be sure that I was current on any maintenance I needed to do. They did a free check of the truck to verify the current condition. After the check I was informed that the truck was in really good condition and only needed to get fluids flushed and changed. I was not able to leave the truck that day and before I could get it back in, the check emissions light on the dash came on. That gave me the extra push to get the work done. I dropped off the truck, rented a vehicle and picked it up the next day, even though it was ready that afternoon. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was friendly, answered all my questions, and even dropped me off at the car rental place. The work is covered under a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty.
