APROMODELING INCThe company helped my grandparents with a retrofit in their home. The job went extremely well, so we ended up hiring them for our own house project that consisted of bathroom and kitchen remodeling plus attic renovation. Unluckily, the Corona pandemic struck and I had to halt the project temporarily. Last month, we started thinking about it again and contacted Promodeling. We gladly noticed to receive a quote with almost the same pricing they gave us last January. We agreed to the date and the work started on time as we were expecting. ALemes Home ImprovementVery prompt response. Very professional. Two gentlemen performed the services. They requested installation instructions in advance in order to bring the appropriate tools. They arrived on time and installed the fans and doors in less than one day. Very polite and respectful. Wore masks. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up when they were done. AJeremy was very professional and had excellent subcontractors to do all the work. He listened to our needs and even made suggestions as to what and why we should do certain things. We hired him for one job and later hired him to do a second job. Although there was an issue with resurfacing a patio. Jeremy was in full agreement that that part of the job should be redone. We have one more project that we will likely hire him to get it done.

ADustin provided a very detailed quote. He was by far the best price, @ $34k. He was very responsive to my calls and emails when it came to questions and he even came out with Lloyd to personally to meet with me regarding the job and spent time to again answer all the questions I had. I actually chose another company based on a couple reasons: 1) they have a licensed carpenter that builds the cabinets-they are not manufactured elsewhere, 2) their folks are licensed and insured not just with the company but individually, and 3) the company is insured, bonded and do background checks on their employees - Reliant stated they are not bonded and do not do background checks. These were the three driving factors of my decision. I would ask Dustin to quote in the future.

FAfter having me DocuSign a work authorization and providing a credit card number to protect them in the event I cancelled last minute, they texted me twenty minutes before my scheduled appointment and said their guy wasn’t feeling well. There was no apology and no offer of any accommodation, no proactive attempt to help us. I understand things happen, but I rate this company an F for terrible customer service and an uncaring attitude.
