    Cool Kings heating and air
My grandparents a/c unit went out this past summer so I called Cool Kings to help them out. They came out quickly, were very friendly and professional, and installed a new unit. My grandparents were extremely happy with the cost and loved that the unit was American made :) highly recommend Corey with Cool Kings!

    Cool Kings heating and air
Cory was able to get our old one working very quickly even though we knew that we needed a new one. When this one breaks again, we are going to get Cory to get us a new one. They were responsive to our limitations and happy with work with us. We can't say enough nice things about Cory or Terry. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

    Dayton Services
They came out to fix my a/c Simple issue evidently because he wasn't here 15 minutes. I paid the bill, wow, and asked for an itemized bill. Tech said it would be emailed to me. it never was, I have asked for this atleast half a dozen times and still no itemized invoice. They have coupons on their site that I mentioned to the tech, I don't believe they were honored, and since they will not respond to my inquiries I believe they ripped me off!!!!!

    Fox Service Company
It went really well.  They are very dependable.  They came out to do the consultation and I made another appointment to have system put in.  It all went smoothly.  I was able to get no interest financing.  The clean up was awesome, they took care of everything.

Stans Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
Stan's was bought by the Strand family in 2011, and we still have them come out twice a year for a/c and heating checks. Glad it is still a locally-owned company. Stan's seems to operate just as it always has, they show up on time, are courteous, and are thorough. They must be doing something right, because we've had the same system in our house since we moved in 19 years ago and only have had a couple of minor issues, so I'm thankful they have kept things in great shape and that we have been able to get our money's worth out of our system.

    Green Collar Operations
From the original energy audit to the installation, this company is professional and true to their word. They even came back because they forgot to install one of the door weather strips. Helped me get the installation done before the end of the year so I could take the tax credits on my 2013 taxes. Their communication was awesome. I highly recommend Green Collar Operations.

    Dave's Heating & Air
We had several bids from different companies, but decided to use Dave's because we had used them on several properties for years. Also, we wanted to be sure we could get the energy rebate.
Since the unit is in the attic and is very heavy, it took a long time to install.
After installation, it did not work right and the installer came back out and rewired the thermostat. Our credit card was not billed right away. My husband called several times because he wanted to apply for the tax rebate. We were never able to apply for the rebate.
Quite a while after the unit was installed I looked at the ceiling in the middle bedroom. It is located by the pull-down stairway in the hall. The ceiling was damaged. I called Dave's to tell them and I also sent a picture. It looks like someone put something heavy on the ceiling or stepped on it. The pull-down stairway was also damaged. I was told the installers said they did not do the damage. Nobody else has been in the attic. There are not things in the attic. No one ever came out to check. Our calls were not returned.
For years we have maintained a yearly maintenance on several homes with Dave's and have always been pleased with their work. We were really surprised they did not value us as a long standing customer enough to check this issue. I have one more prepaid service call on another home and will not use them again or refer them to anyone else.

    Precision Heating & Air LLC
They said that everything was installed properly and working correctly. They are also going to be coming back out again to check the heating furnace as per the Big Deal I purchased with them. They were very informative and gave us a lot of information. I liked working with them. It was easy to schedule a time for them to come out and there were no problems. They called before they were coming, so I would know when they would be arriving, and I appreciated that.

    Church Services
I just remembered this incident after writing my review about my experience on September 4, 2013.
We had some other work done by them in March of 2012 (they still called themselves Christian Brothers back then, now it's Church Services).
My mother-in-law got the idea, since they were already here, that she wanted a new kitchen faucet. I asked if they could do it and the service tech said yes, he had new faucets in his truck.
So he went ahead, took out the old faucet, installed the new one and worked a bit on the PVC water pipes.
When all was said and done, we were charged the insane amount of $642.21.
The new faucet was from Delta and looked like one of the cheapest I've ever seen. I looked the same product up on Delta's website and it was not even $100. For the faucet alone we were charged $422.80 (this included the installation). For the work on the pipe we were charged $219.41.
I should have gotten an estimate, but I thought "how expensive can it be" and just told him to go ahead and do the job. 45 minutes or so later I was out of over $640.  Later that day I called their manager (don't remember the name) and complained about the cost of the service, which seemed very high to me.
He would not cave. When I confronted him with the fact, that the newly installed faucet was pretty much the cheapest on the market, yet we were charged $422 for it, he told me a long story about how much work it involved to install the faucet and explained the price difference with the cost of installation. So for taking out a faucet, putting in a new one (which was not even worth $100) I paid $422, in addition to $219 for some minor pipe work.
    Wow, what a deal!
Unfortunately I hired them again just recently (see my review dating September 5, 2013). Since I hadn't had any negative experiences with them in several years- except the one with the faucet - I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake.

    Arise Services
It took them a week to get the new air handler in, and it promptly quit
cooling. Their response was that Trane had sent them a defective
part. This may be true; but after all their prior delays, no shows,
and late shows, I don't know what to think. I rated them B because the
price was fair. I plan to hire someone else for the biyearly
inspections. This apparently is a small company, and they are located too far from where we live.
