    Texas Shower Company did a fantastic job helping me address storage needs in my guest bathroom. They custom built upper cabinets to match my existing vanity and suggested I turn the entry door to the bathroom for ease of entry. The cabinets were so perfectly executed that I requested additional cabinets in the master bath as well. Both jobs were completed on time, professionally and the final product is very functional. As a property manager I have worked with several contractors and I can honestly say that Chad and his team were top notch.

    This was a one-off project that required quite a bit of design work. The new built-in cabinets and microwave look like they have always been there, function well and add much needed storage to the kitchen. Very satisfied with the results.

    I have been using the company for 3-4 years. We usually call Doug for any service. He is very reliable and does a great job. He is very meticulous in his work. It is very easy to schedule with them when  I need their service.

    It all started with a gutted home. After my Husband finished with redoing framework, Elect/ Plumbing/ Fiberglass and Foam Insulation and working with other trades; it was time to call Mr Hernandez in to drywall. 
    Mr Hernandez asked us to pay for the job in 3 parts; 
    Part One
     $4000.00 was for the drop off Drywall; So in advance of about 2-3 weeks of Mr H crew he had a team bring in Sheets, and Sheets and Sheets of Drywall/ Mud /tape. These were not just 4X8s, We also had 4X12 dropped.  I think we counted  32 boxes of mud.  The Drywall piles were placed about the house and left while My husband did his finishing touches before the drywall scheduled to install.  My grandaughter took great joy dancing on them like a stage and several lunches were served on those piles of Drywall. (Mr H said it was fine)
    Part Two
    $4000.00 installation; Another crew was sent to install Drywall.  Every Wall, Every Closet, Every Ceiling. This was no small patch job; entire interior of the house was sheet rocked. Including the Bathrooms (special rated stuff for bathrooms) 
    Part Two Two
    Tape and Float.  Every seam on Every Wall, Every Closet, Every Ceiling...
    Sanding, sanding and more sanding. 
    Part Three
    Primer Paint Every Wall, Every Closet, Every Ceiling. Mr H said that was standard for him to do the primer as if there were any imperfections, Primer would reveal them. 
    Everything looked marvelous. 
    End of Part Three Mr Hernandez was paid the final $4000.00
    Money well spent. All of Mr H crew were hard working, polite and didn't mind an audience. I loved watching the process throughout.
    Mr Hernandez was very straightforward with his bid, he explained the process to doing the job in phases, the expectation of payments in phases. There were no "surprises". Mr Hernandez delivered exactly as he promised as did we. I couldn't be more pleased. 
    My only regret is allowing my husband to talk me into painting the house ourselves and not getting Mr Hernandez this well deserved glowing review sooner.

    The support and customer service from the Austin Window Fashions team was tremendous. From start to finish, the entire experience was very welcoming and professional. We first visited their showroom to get a good look at what they had to offer. While there, the representative took the time to show us all the options, asked good questions to better understand what we are looking for and need, and then setup an appointment to visit our home. Soon after, she showed up at our home and again spent a fair amount of time helping us choose and plan. Overall, she was amazing. Once we got it down to a few choices, she took some laser measurements and delivered us detailed quotes a few days later. After the order was placed, the blinds were installed about 3 weeks later. The installer was efficient, clean, professional, and polite.
    We did have a few manufacturing issues/defects with a couple of the blinds. Once again, the Austin Window Fashion team shined. The customer service to resolve the problems was outstanding! In short, we had replacement blinds installed quickly after the problems were noted.

    Overall the experience was fine. We visited the showroom floor before the design/sales rep came out to our home. The showroom was nice and the person on the floor was very informative and polite. The design/sales rep visited our home the same day with plenty of samples for review. She was polite and professional, but unfortunately provided very little design advice
    or support when it came to choosing the best products, colors, etc? Also, she seemed rather distracted during the visit. We received an extensive set of quotes within a few days based on general measurements (not precise), which had very
    competitive pricing. Then there was a follow up a few days after, in which we had a few questions about an abnormal configuration. Unfortunately, we never heard back and unitized another vendor.

    I bought paint for Angie's  100$ deal for one room. They were to show up between 8:30 and 9am. Arrived at 8:15am. Asked if I wanted nails removed and patched. Did what I asked. Painted well. The leader was very friendly and polite. The other worker didn't say anything. I asked if they could paint the door . The leader called to ask Sammy. I thought the price was a little high so leader called Sammy again and I talked to him. We agreed on a price. I went to McCoys and bought paint for door and they painted it. The leader reminded me to update survey. I would use them again for another Angie's deal. Sammy person on phone was very friendly and accommodating. Leader was friendly considerate of playing music very low. I told him he was welcome to play it louder and he said he was trying not to bother me. Other worker who didn't talk didn't make me feel comfortable. I only spoke to him once and he didn't understand what I was saying which could have been my fault.

    Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend them to others. Upon request, a representative came out to our home to look at the existing closets and inventory. While at our home, she provided great idea's and suggestions, took laser measurements, and asked many questions so the closets could be designed to meet our needs. Within 1 or 2 days, we received drawings of the recommended design and a quote. Next, we visited the showroom floor to finalize the design and pick out some finishing components. A few weeks later, Maxwell's showed up on time and prepared to complete the installation. Everything went as expected during install and the crew was polite, professional, and clean. They showed up with all the correct materials, colors, and accessory components. The B scores are applied because the overall fit and finish really don't match the price. The materials are all above average quality, but many of the boards have some minor defects and visual imperfections. Also, the overall fit of the shelving could be better. The issue is nobody's walls are perfectly straight and ,to be fair, they did warn us of this prior to install. Therefore, some shelves stick out beyond the edge of the framing and some shelves are short of the edge of the framing, and you end up with some gaps here and there. Basically, everything is pre-cut per design and little or no modifications are made to better fit your walls (fit and finish).

    He planned the project himself, bought all materials, and did all the work himself. The job turned out beautifully. He showed up every day when he said and got it done in a timely manner. The tile work was lovely. The whole job was very professional. I am delighted with the product. And he was a really nice guy with good communication.

    I disliked that there was some disconnect when between the time we hired them and after I accepted their bid because they did not come back. They should have come back and they arranged a meeting so all the decisions could be made, but I had to go visit a place and make the picks. They had to pick up tile form a tile from a tile company and I told them where the tile place was. After they picked it out they left there and came back and three days later they called and told me that the tile they picked out was over the quote they gave me. They did not really put it in writing about how much tile money they had and I thought that I would go back to the tile company and pick something else that was within my budget. There was a delay of 2 to 3 weeks due to all this communication stuff. Once I picked out the tile it was perfect. They were here when they were supposed to be here. I would work with them and know how their system works because of their system I wanted to cancel at one point because I was so frustrated.
